Recently reliability Improvement and certification are considered as important issues by world-wide leading and highly qualified companies in advanced countries. In Korea, from a few years ago, the policy for reliability certification newly has been driven to improve product competitiveness in part and material industry. As yet the reliability certification is local and domestic, it is necessary to develop local certification system to global certification system. Reliability certification system is composed of accreditation body, testing laboratory and reliability assurance. In this paper, we review the reliability certification system and its application in Korea and the current research trends in advanced countries. Finally we propose some suggestions for the eliability certification system to be an international standard.

본 연구의 목적은 지반함몰 사고를 예방하기 위한 제도 개선안을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다음과 같은 수행절차를 따른다. 첫째, 지반침하 및 지반함몰 등의 혼용되어 사용되는 용어를 정의한다. 둘째, 지반함몰 사고 현황 및 원인 분석과 강우량과 지반함몰 원인간의 상관관계 분석을 실시하여 중점관리 원인을 도출한다. 셋째, 중점관리 원인에 대한 제도 개선안을 제안한다. 그 결과, 지하관로 손상과 지하공사 부실이 중점관리 원인으로 규명되었으며, 이를 관리할 두 가지의 제도 개선안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 보다 실효성 있는 지하함몰 예방을 위한 제도개선의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 2001년 개발을 시작으로 학교도서관의 자료 관리를 해결하고, 자료의 공동 활용을 위한 데이터 구축을 지원해 온 DLS의 근본적인 문제점을 조사하고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구방법으로 DLS 전문위원 9명을 대상으로 자료선정, 자료등록, 대출반납, 장서점검, 통계, 이용자검색의 6가지 영역에서 DLS의 사용현황과 문제점을 조사하고 이를 해결할 개선방안을 제안하였다. 자료선정 측면에서는 수서시스템 도입 및 온라인 희망도서 구입신청 기능 추가가 필요하다. 자료등록 측면에서는 데이터 품질 관리 향상과 검색기능 향상을 위한 색인어의 체계적 입력 및 어휘통제가 필요하다. 대출반납 측면에서는 대출속도 향상이, 장서점검 측면에서는 폐기자료의 복원 기능이, 통계 측면에서는 정확한 통계자료 생성이 필요하다. 이용자검색에서는 검색속도 향상 및 이용자 인터페이스 기능 향상이 필요하다. 본 연구는 앞으로 DLS 시스템 개선에 많은 기여를 할 것이며 이에 따라 DLS 이용도 향상될 것이다.

최근 국가연구개발사업의 추진에 있어서 국제공동연구의 비중이 점차 높아지고 있으나 국제공동연구로부터 발생되는 지식재산권 등의 성과물 관리제도는 미흡한 실정이다. 국제공동연구의 대부분을 수행하고 있는 대학이나 출연(연) 등 공공연구기관의 자체적인 성과관리체계가 미흡하고, 정부차원의 관련 법령도 제대로 정비되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제공동연구 수행과 관련한 성과물 관리제도의 실태와 문제점을 분석하고 그 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Recently, the strategy of the age of limitless competition for existence of manufacturing company appears for the enhancement of productivity through the automatic system, the reduction for the cost for standardization and the decision making process for the information system. Especially the critical success factors in manufacturing company can be summarized for the establishment of production visibility through the production management, material & work-in-process management, the establish of the flexible manufacturing system for the changed order priority and the establish of the quality system for improvement of product and process quality. The existing production management systems supply only simple information about production results on real time, can delay quick decision making. And it can prevent acquiring the information about various customer needs and the communication problems with other systems. In this paper, it will show MES system, a solution for the problems of existing production management systems. And through a case study of D company, it will reveal improvement effect on shipment error using MES system and economic analysis for MES itself.

소방법 제정 당시부터 건축물의 화재예방을 위해 방화관리제도가 도입되어 운영해 오고 있으나, 화재로 인한 피해는 끊이질 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 특정소방대상물의 화재예방차원에서 방화관리제도의 향상을 위한 개선방안을 제시하는데 중점을 두었다. 현재 방화관리제도는 관리적 제도적 측면에서 여러 가지 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 특정소방대상물을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 법령개편과 민간소방전문기관의 설립을 통한 통합방화관리체제구축, 교육환경개선 및 방화관리자 자격기준과 교육강화 등 방화관리자교육제도의 개편, 효율적인 방화관리 운영을 위해 방화관리대상물의 종합관리 전산시스템을 구축하여야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to derive the limitations of the existing management system by analyzing the characteristics of the PC process to improve the PC construction project management system process. To overcome the limitations derived, we present a process of managing integrated information from the design-production-construction stage using QR codes and clouds. This is expected to help develop a PC construction project management system.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 안전보건경영시스템의 올바른 정착과 지속적인 개선을 통한 산업재해를 줄이기 위한 시스템 성숙도평가를 제안하는데 있다. KOSHA 18001시스템 실행의 현재 수준파악과 성숙도 측정의 검증을 통한 결과로서 다음 내용으로 요약된다. 시스템의 지속적인 성숙도 등급 향상을 위해서는 경영층 인식부문(의사결정) 46.0%, 본사지원활동 32.0%, 현장실행참여 22.0%로 중요도 로 검증되었다. 본사/현장의 활동은 위험성평가, 안전보건 재해예방활동, 성과평가 및 모니터링, 자원관리 및 지원, 경영검토 및 개선 등 활동의 중요도 순으로 실행 우선순위가 결정되었다. 또한, 전문가 그룹은 시스템의 강점, 약점, 개선주제를 제시함으로써 지속적인 개선활동과 연계시켜야 시스템을 정착할 수 있다고 제시하였다. 셋째, 안전보건경영시스템 실행의 성숙도 등급을 관리할 수 있는 도구를 제시하였다.

Recently many organization to become survival in changing marketplace, they must commit to implementing tools, systems, and quality management techniques. In this paper we develop process method of Team's problem-solving to reduce in failure costs. This paper suggest the step process how to measure quality cost reasonably that works in all types organizations. Or what is continuous improvement? Continuous improvement can be described as the continuous reduction of variation. Variation has many sources(machines, methods, materials, measurements, people, and environments) and cause(special & common in organization). As quality cost are not the answer to every organization financial, or quality-related problem, it's real results are designing & implementing quality cost system might be the answer.

System engineering(SE) management techniques applied for space launch system development are introduced to assess the current status and address the effwctiveness of these techniques. Management plans and guides are prepared for the work breakdown structure , data, comfiguration, interface control, Quality assurance, procurement, reliability, risk and verification/validation . Further improvement is required for the system engineering management plan(SEMP) to merge the international cooperation into current engineering managment system.
