Recently there has been increasing the population of the elderly, the welfare of the elderly is no longer family's and personal problems. It is a social issue that the communities have a role to supply the systematic welfare service of the elderly and the facilities. Therefore It is needed to study the extended function and role of Gyungrodang because Gyungrodang is the most wide spreaded welfare service facilities for the normal elderly in urban single housing district. The subject of this study is to propose the facilities' program improvement method for the Gyungrodang that hold a extended role as a community welfare service facility for the elderly. This paper Is assessed as an sustainable research of normalization of the old people's living. By the comparison analysis of the existing Gyungrodang in Daejeon City and the investigation results of the welfare service present condition of the elderly in Daejeon City, finally the facilities' program improvement direction for the Gyungrodang is proposed.

This paper is to propose the Direction for the institutional improvement of Financial Supply Chain Management(FSCM) Solution which are currently coming into operation under Global e-Trading Platform. The Financial Supply Chain compromise the entire trade processes and information that manage a trader's cash, Accounts payable and receivable, Risk, working capital, and so on in international trade transaction. From a buyer's perspective, this involves the full procurement-to-payment process. For the seller, it is the order-to-cash cycle. Bolero provides the party concerned a e-trade platform which conformed to these fundamental pre-requisites to underpin fully electronic trade. But this FSCM solution have failed to provide the efficient platform to effectively manage the process of Global e-Trade because it does not correspond with e-Trade environment. Therefore, present FSCM system need the institutional improvement as follows: AA) Strengthening the role of the correspondent Bank under e-Trade System, BB) Extending the function of e-Trade intermediary institution, CC) The introduction of Trade Insurance System, etc. So, by streamlining and automating these processes on an open and flexible platform, The party concerned can optimize their trade transaction and maintain better relations with their business partners

The industrial accident rate has been steadily decreased by making all efforts for the prevention of accidents after enacting Occupational Health and Safety Act in 1981. However, ordinary typed industrial accidents still occur in small and medium sized enterprises(SME). Timely Technical Guidance(TTG) project of Korea Occupational Safety & Heath Agency(KOSHA) for SME's was initiated to visit and provide the analysis and control of industrial accidents by the staffs of KOSHA as soon as possible after accidents occurred. This study is conducted to analyze the questionnaire survey for employers, workers and TTG personnel of KOSHA with being evaluated positively whether the demonstration project of TTG has been executed consistently. However, it is suggested that the understanding of TTG project and legal support are necessary for the establishments, and the development of a variety data and lots of available contents is necessary to increase satisfaction of the TTG project. The accident rate of SME's which are employed less than 50 workers is expected to be largely decreased with applying the control and improvement over this study with maintaining and developing TTG technology.

The purpose of this study was to identify determinants for the perception of traditional food and the probability of belonging to the succession group of traditional food. This study also analyzed foods for seasonal custom and strengths as well as direction concerning improvement of traditional foods, while taking the housewives' hometowns into account. Data were collected from 304 housewives living on Baengnyeong island. Regression analysis showed that family income, age, type, years of residence on Baengnyeong island and hometown were significantly related to the perception of traditional food. Among the significant variables, hometown was the most important factor in explaining perceptional differences. Logit analysis indicated that the probability of belonging to the succession group of traditional food was high with low educational level, high perceptional degree, and North Korea as a native country. The results of chi-square analysis proved that foods associated with seasonal custom, strengths and the improvement of traditional food were different between housewives having South Korea and North Korea as a native country. In this article, similarities and differences in the foods associated with seasonal customs, strengths and the direction concerning improvement of traditional foods are discussed, and implications for both nutritionists and food marketers are provided.

In principle, R&D of general weapons systems are led by companies or government-funded organizations. In terms of project execution, the defense R&D planning system was reorganized to conduct SE-based project management by integrating the naval ship project execution procedure into the general weapon system R&D procedure. The development progress was confirmed according to the guide for SE application of DAPA, and a technical review meeting was proposed to enter into the each next phase in the R&D process. This paper focuses on improvement for technical review in terms of technical management based on system engineering for R&D mounted weapon systems and the naval surface ship project in preliminary design and detailed design. So, the improvement direction for reviewing the entry criteria for the R&D weapons systems of the naval ship and mounted weapons is proposed.

We propose the Active Plan to Suggestion System for small and medium Enterprise which are (1) suggestion direction for enterprise future, (2) suggestion body for all employee included, (3) suggestion methods for all information shared.

This paper examines the provisions in the current law related to impeachment and proposes the direction for legislative improvement. For this purpose, this paper first analyzed the meaning of the provisions related to the impeachment system in the present law and examined the proposed legal theory in applying it to the case. The main purpose of this review is to identify deficiencies and uncertainties in the content of the regulation of law that arise in applying the regulation of law to the cases. The following problems are presented from it.: (1) the provisions on reasons for impeachment prosecution, (2) the distinction between causes of impeachment prosecution, (3) the duty of the National Assembly to investigate the reasons for impeachment prosecution, (4) Provisions concerning the sentencing of dismiss in the impeachment decision (4) "acts of betraying the credibility of the people" as a decision on discharge, (5) provisions on a fixed number for judgment for impeachment In order to solve these problems, this paper used a comparative method to examine cases in the United States and Germany. In addition, when the legal system is heterogeneous, the constitutional ideology or values of our constitutional system are considered and the direction for the legislative improvement is suggested.

Most of the welding steel plate structures have complicated mechanical problems such as rolling directional characteristics and residual stresses caused by manufacturing process. For the enhancement of reliability and safety in those structures, therefore, a systematic investigation is required. SS400 steel plate used for common structures was selected and welded by FCAW butt-welding process for this study, and then it was studied experimently about characteristics of fatigue crack propagations with respect to rolling direction and welding residual stress of welded steel plates. When the angles between rolling direction and tensile loading direction in base material are increased, their ultimate strength not show a significant difference, but yielding strength are increased and elongations are decreased uniformly. It is also shown that fatigue crack growth rate can be increased from those results. When the angles between welding bead direction and loading direction in welded material are increase, fatigue crack growth rate of them are decreased and influenced uniformly according to the conditions of residual stress distribution. In these results, it is shown that the welded steel plate structures are needed to harmonize distributed welding residual stress, rolling direction and loading direction fur the improvement of safety and endurance in manufacture of their structures.
