비행 시뮬레이터 인증제도 연구 (A Study on the Flight Simulator Certification System)

  • In this report US and Korea civil and military simulator certification system is researched, and a plan for improvement is proposed. Korean simulator certification system should adopt FAA's system and improve upon it. Certification criteria should have a basis on FAA certification criteria and add military operation characteristics selectively. Flight test data, used as comparison criteria in certification, should be acquired in package during aircraft development or overseas acquisition. The establishment of certification system is expected to improve external credibility and improve competitiveness in overseas market.

  • This paper presents the configuration and characteristic analysis of the protection system to improve the safety of the building integrated photovoltaic(BIPV) system. BIPV is a solar power system installed in buildings. Since the BIPV system is installed in buildings, there is a high risk of electric shock and fire accidents. Therefore, in order to improve the safety of BIPV, a protective system is required to block or quickly detect risk factors. In this paper, as a protection system to improve the safety of the BIPV system, it is composed of a rapid shutdown (RSD) that can quickly separate the PV system to prevent fire and electric shock accidents and a system to detect Arc faults that cause PV system fires. RSD and Arc Fault Detector analyzed the operating characteristics according to each condition and confirmed that the safety of the BIPV system can be improved through this.

  • 본 논문은 낙뢰 Surge 방호를 위하여 독립접지를 공통접지로 개선하는 효율적인 방법을 제안하였다. 낙뢰 Surge 방호를 위해서는 등전위 이론에 근거하는 공통접지방식이 적합하고, 중성선이 있는 전원계통에서는 공통접지방식을 사용하는 것이 국제적으로 통용되는 기술규격이다. 따라서 낙뢰 Surge에 취약한 문제점을 갖고 있는 기존의 중성선이 없는 전원계통과 독립접지방식을 중성선이 있는 전원계통과 공통접지방식으로 개선을 하고, 정전압소자를 이용하여 낙뢰 Surge를 방호하는 효율적인 등전위 시스템 구축 방법을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문은 낙뢰 Surge 방호를 위하여 독립접지를 공통접지로 개선하는 효율적인 방법을 제안하였다. 낙뢰 Surge 방호를 위해서는 등전위 이론에 근거하는 공통접지방식이 적합하고, 중성선이 있는 전원계통에서는 공통접지방식을 사용하는 것이 국제적으로 통용되는 기술규격이다. 따라서 낙뢰 Surge에 취약한 문제점을 갖고 있는 기존의 중성선이 없는 전원계통의 독립접지방식을 중성선이 있는 전원계통의 공통접지방식으로 개선을 하고, 정전압소자를 이용하여 낙뢰 Surge를 방호하는 효율적인 등전위 시스템 구축 방법을 제안한다.

  • In this paper, a DC converter to improve the performance of Power LED system is discussed. The mathematical model of PWM converter power stage using 3-Terminal PWM cell is introduced for power LED system. A controller for DC converter system is used as a self-tunning regulator with a recursive least-squares algorithm. Minimum variance control method is used as a control law. Experiment results verified that proposed control system could improve the performance of Power LED system.

  • The heating system, ondol is indispensable for the Korean traditional houses. In the field of architecture today has been made rapid progress in Korea, but it is fact that under-floor heating system in traditional houses in korea has not improved up to now. As a matter of fact, to improve the traditional ondol under present housing structure is very difficult problem. So long as we live in such houses, we architects will have to fulfil our responsibility to improve the ondol system. This article offering data as a basic experiment will be helpful in studing under-floor heating system ondol.

Managing Business Quality Using a Performance Management System

  • Purpose - The study's aim is to assess performance quality delivered through a performance management system. The case study first measures the effectiveness of the present performance management system of Bhushan Steel Ltd. (BSL), and then secondarily analyzes the employee training impact. Research design, data, and methodology - A case study research approach using a survey was followed. The final sample size was 50, with a simple random sampling technique used. Primary data came from the company itself and the secondary from books, the Internet, journals, etc. Results - BSL employee appraisals are used for many developmental aspects such as competence in the present job, improvements, performance development, and training needs. The results indicate that individual performance can improve if employees perceive the system as more transparent (i.e., not so confidential). Conclusions - Overall, the BSL employees think that the company appraisal system is useful; however, to make it better the company has to improve many aspects including appraisals based on supervisor observations. The company could use a self-appraisal and a 360-appraisal approach to improve such assessments.

Exploring Control in Bottom-Up Information System Development Projects to Improve Software Development Performance

  • Recently, bottom-up information systems (BUIS), developed according to the requirements of individual user departments, have become popular. However, effective management of BUIS projects is not enough, with many organizations having experienced integration challenges with such individual projects. BUIS projects are relatively small and limited in scope, as opposed to the large, complex systems developed through traditional top-down information system development projects. Due to these differences in characteristics, the control modes as well as the aspects to improve development performance in each type of project are also different. Therefore, it is difficult to apply the results of prior research on control in system development projects to improve BUIS project performance. The purpose of this study is to derive a new theory of control to improve BUIS project performance. The results contribute to the improvement of firm performance through effective control of BUIS projects in modern enterprises.

  • Korea's laws regarding ICT must follow the Void for vagueness doctrine, the Principle of forbidden general delegation, the Principle of justification of system and the Principle of balancing test in the Constitution. The Act for the Promotion and Convergence and so on of Information and Communication in the Future should be improved as follows. It is desirable to improve the part where the principle of system justification of the Constitution is problematic in relation to existing laws. It is desirable to improve the ICT's policies on industry and convergence technologies so that they are well balanced between promotion and regulation of ICT's industries. It is desirable to improve the information service policy and legislative makeup relationship between various government agencies related to ICT. It is therefore desirable to improve the institutional complement to the post-regulatory framework for the protection of users of ICT in the future. It is desirable to create a device to replace the functions of the Information Service Budget Council in the special law of ICT.
