Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the recognition of achievement and importance of nursing program outcome among nursing students. Methods: The survey was performed with 439 nursing student and recruited from 3-year or 4-year nursing students, scheduled to graduate from university. The data was collected by questionnaires and was analyzed with SPSS statistics 19.0. Results: The achievement of nursing program outcome was 3.28. and the important of that was 4.38. The achievement of nursing program outcome on critical thinking and communication of 4-year nursing students were higher than 3-year nursing students. Achievement of program outcome were significantly different according to satisfaction of curriculum, club activity and voluntary activity. Conclusion: These findings indicate that outcome-based nursing curriculum is need to consider the importance and achievement level of program outcome for nursing students.

Purpose: This study conducted an empirical study to identify the current status of real estate managers' ESG awareness and to derive recommendations for improvement. Research design, data and methodology: A survey was conducted among those who actually manage real estate assets regardless of region. Descriptive statistical analysis, paired sample t-test, and IPA analysis were conducted using SPSS 27.0 statistical package. Results: The results of the t-test showed that respondents perceived their on-site management achievements to be lower than their perceived importance in all areas of ESG. In the IPA matrix, the mean of achievement is higher than 3, which is moderate. Environment (E) was found to be relatively low in importance. In the Social (S) aspect, the achievement level was low compared to its importance, and Governance (G) was found to be low in importance. Conclusions: Based on the analysis, it seems that policies are needed to emphasize the importance of environmental issues such as greenhouse gas reduction in the environment (E) sector and to strengthen realistic achievement in the social (S) and governance (G) sectors.

이 글에서는 교육적 성취를 통한 미래 한국 사회의 모습을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 선행연구들에서 밝혀진 경험과학적 결과들을 기초로 하여, 크게 네 가지 주제 즉 신뢰, 효능감, 삶의 질, 사회적 비전을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 첫째, 교육적 성취를 통해 신뢰에 기반하는 사회를 형성하는 것의 중요성을 논의하였다. 한국 사람들의 한국 사회에 대한 인식을 검토하고, 한국 사회의 다양한 기관들에 대한 신뢰 수준을 살펴본 결과, 한국 사회에서 신뢰의식의 구축이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다. 교육기관으로서 학교, 교육자로서 교사에 대한 신뢰도 마찬가지로 강화되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 교육적 성취를 통해 효능감 있는 사회의 형성과 관련하여 논의하였다. 집단효능감의 개념을 탐색하고, 청소년기 집단효능감 및 성인들의 정치효능감에 대한 검토를 통해, 집단효능감 향상의 필요성이 시사되었다. 더불어 개인효능감의 측면에서는 교사효능감 및 자녀양육효능감의 개념구성과 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 셋째, 교육적 성취를 통해 삶의 질을 지향하는 사회로 나아가야함을 지적하였다. 한국 사회 구성원들이 추구하는 삶의 질의 현주소를 확인하고, 교육적 성취가 삶의 질에 어떻게 관련되어 있는지를 살펴보았다. 학교생활에서의 삶의 질을 검토하고, 학생들의 스트레스 등 개인의 정신건강에 대한 배려가 필요함을 확인하였다. 넷째, 교육적 성취를 통해 비전을 가진 사회로 발전해야 함을 논의하였다. 세대집단별 통일에 대한 견해와 남한 및 북한에 대한 의식 등을 검토함으로써, 국민적으로 합의된 비전의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이외에도 교육적 성취의 맥락에서 미래 한국 사회가 해결해야할 기타 과제들을 검토해 보았다. 이러한 논의들을 종합해 볼 때, 교육적 성취를 통해 미래 한국 사회를 구축해 나가는 과정에서 한국 사회의 현상들에 대한 토착심리적 접근과 이해의 필요성이 확인되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) 기법을 활용하여 사립대학 기록물관리전문요원의 직무를 분석하여 직무의 중요도와 실제 업무 수행의 성취도 차이를 분석하는데 있다. 또한 전문적인 교육을 통해 기록물관리전문요원의 자격을 갖춘 집단과 그렇지 않은 집단의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 우선, 연구 목적 달성을 위해 법령과 지침 등을 통해 기록물관리전문요원이 수행해야 하는 업무를 도출한 후 실제 기록물관리전문요원의 검증을 거쳐 세부 업무를 확정하였다. 이를 기초로 사립대학 기록물관리업무 담당자에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 수집된 데이터는 업무의 중요도와 실제 성취도를 알아보기 위해 IPA기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기록물관리전문요원과 전문요원이 아닌 경우 모두 기록관리 업무를 수행하고 있기 때문에 중요도에 대한 이해는 높은 편이었다. 그러나 실제 성취에 있어서 기관의 인식과 같은 환경적인 요인이 상당 부분 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose - This study is a study on China's national flower, the Peony Festival', with a focus on the Heze International Peony Festival, which is called the "City of Peonies, to investigate the difference in the importance and achievement of festival items". Design/methodology/approach - IPA is used to identify items that need to be improved for festival satisfaction attributes, and to suggest the direction of the annual peony festival in the future. Findings - The difference in importance and achievement for each of the 17 items of the Heze International Peony Festival, there was a statistically significant difference between importance and satisfaction, except for the peony admission ticket. It was found that satisfaction was relatively low in these items as it was higher than the average value. Second, the first quadrant showed information on traffic communication, food taste, convenient facilities (parking lot, restroom, shelter), service delivery speed, service provider attitude, natural scenery at the festival site, road signs, and information boards. Third, the diversity of cultural performances appeared in the fourth quadrant. Finally, the second quadrant is an area of high importance but low achievement. Two items were derived: the environment of the entertainment venue and the diversity of the entertainment venue. Research implications or Originality - These are the items that led to the dissatisfaction of visitors to the festival, and seem to be the items that need to be improved the most urgently.

The research discusses interrelationship of structural and reliability importance measures which used in the probabilistic safety assessment. The most frequently used component importance measures, such as Birnbaum's Importance (BI), Risk Reduction (RR), Risk Reduction Worth (RRW), RA (Risk Achievement), Risk Achievement Worth (RAW), Fussel Vesely (FV) and Critically Importance (CI) can be derived from two structure importance measures that are developed based on the size and the number of Minimal Path Set (MPS) and Minimal Cut Set (MCS). In order to show an effectiveness of importance measures which is developed in this paper, the three representative functional structures, such as series-parallel, k out of n and bridge are used to compare with Birnbaum's Importance measure. In addition, the study presents the implementation examples of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) metrics and alternating renewal process models with exponential distribution to calculate the availability and unavailability of component facility for improving system performances. System state structure functions in terms of component states can be converted into the system availability (unavailability) functions by substituting the component reliabilities (unavailabilities) for the component states. The applicable examples are presented in order to help the understanding of practitioners.

In a large complex system, maintenance priorities for the failed components are important to maintain the sys-tern reliability at required level. Commonly used methods of determining maintenance priorities are based onranking the failed components by using reliability importance measures such as Birnbaum reliability importance,risk achievement worth and F-V importance, etc. In the preceding works, maintenance priorities for the failedcomponents are determined by using such existing measures, In this study, a new method of determining main-tenance priorities, which utilizes the joint reliability importance is proposed. By investigating the sign of thejoint reliability importance, maintenance priorities obtained by the existing methods are adjusted to yield new re-vised priorities. The revised maintenance priorities are shown to be more effective than the existing ones fromthe standpoint of the speed of system recovery, Effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by numericalexamples.

본 연구의 목적은 청년 일자리 창출을 위한 교육과정인 청년취업아카데미 '웹툰전문가 양성 과정(상명대학교 수행)'에 참여한 수강생들을 대상으로 중요도-성취도 분석을 통해 수강생들의 만족도를 제고하고 향후 문화콘텐츠 분야 청년 일자리 창출을 위한 웹툰 전문가 양성과정 개설 활성화를 위해 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. '웹툰전문가 양성 과성'에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육 대상자들은 교과내용과 강사에 대해 중요하게 생각하고 있으며, 만족도도 높다. 둘째, 시설에 대해 중요하게 생각하고 있으나 만족도는 낮아 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 소통에 대해 중요하게 생각하지 않고 있으나 만족하였으며. 소통이 잘 되었음을 보여주었다. 넷째, 취업률의 경우 중요하게 생각하고 있지 않고, 만족도 또한 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 대상자가 대부분 2~3학년이고, 웹툰 분야의 특성상 조직으로의 취업보다는 1인 작가 창업의 경우가 많으며, 대학교 2~3학년의 재학생을 대상으로 하는 과정 특성상 취업에 대한 중요도와 만족도는 낮은 것으로 보인다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 청년 일자리 창출을 위한 '웹툰전문가 양성 과정'에 대한 만족도를 높이고 활성화 방안을 위한 운영상의 시사점과 교육전략 수립 시 유용한 정보를 제시하였다.

The first objective of this study is to verify diverse responses of users of internet landscape architecture media to service quality. Second, the degree of value and evaluation of service users is understood. Third, the general relation between users' importance/achievement response and overall satisfaction is analyzed. Thus, the general relation between users' response and satisfaction is analyzed. It aims to contribute to the suggestion of basic data for the development of internet media in the landscape architecture area The results of this study are like following. First, there were significant differences in expect and performance responses depending on 'age' among demographic variables, and 'academic background' and 'work' among socioeconomic variables. Second, the influence of service quality on satisfaction was verified as significantly positive(+). Especially, the influence of appearance showing low importance and achievement was the most noticeably shown, so that it was analyzed as the most efficient progress. Third, the determinant of satisfaction was shown differently depending on 'age' among demographic variables and 'work' among socioeconomic variables.

This study examines how family and school social capital moderate the relation between family income and academic achievement. I use the data from the Korean Educational and Employment Panel(KEEP) on the third year middle school students in 2004. Results show that higher levels of family and school social capital, as well as financial capital such as family income are more positively associated with academic achievement. In addition, family and school social capital are served as moderators of the influences of family income on academic achievement. For example, higher parental concern about children and teacher-student bonding provides an extra boost to the positive relationship between family income and student achievement. Furthermore, lower educational expectations can make the relation between income and achievement negative. These findings underscore the importance of social capital at home and at school as the alternatives to promote academic achievement. In particular, greater concern and support encouraging social capital at home and school should be directed at low-income students who are struggling with academic achievement.
