연관규칙 분석을 통한 ESG 우려사안 키워드 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Keyword Extraction for ESG Controversies Through Association Rule Mining)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to define the anti-ESG activities of companies recognized by media by reflecting ESG recently attracted attention. This study extracts keywords for ESG controversies through association rule mining. Design/methodology/approach A research framework is designed to extract keywords for ESG controversies as follows: 1) From DeepSearch DB, we collect 23,837 articles on anti-ESG activities exposed to 130 media from 2013 to 2018 of 294 listed companies with ESG ratings 2) We set keywords related to environment, social, and governance, and delete or merge them with other keywords based on the support, confidence, and lift derived from association rule mining. 3) We illustrate the importance of keywords and the relevance between keywords through density, degree centrality, and closeness centrality on network analysis. Findings We identify a total of 26 keywords for ESG controversies. 'Gapjil' records the highest frequency, followed by 'corruption', 'bribery', and 'collusion'. Out of the 26 keywords, 16 are related to governance, 8 to social, and 2 to environment. The keywords ranked high are mostly related to the responsibility of shareholders within corporate governance. ESG controversies associated with social issues are often related to unfair trade. As a result of confidence analysis, the keywords related to social and governance are clustered and the probability of mutual occurrence between keywords is high within each group. In particular, in the case of "owner's arrest", it is caused by "bribery" and "misappropriation" with an 80% confidence level. The result of network analysis shows that 'corruption' is located in the center, which is the most likely to occur alone, and is highly related to 'breach of duty', 'embezzlement', and 'bribery'.

  • 본 연구는 사회복지실천현장의 사례관리자들의 직무세계를 분석하기 위해서 그들이 수행하는 사례관리 직무의 빈도, 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 직무군의 유형과 그 이유, 가장 어렵게 생각하는 직무의 유형과 그 이유를 질적사례연구방법을 통해 살펴보았다. 사례관리 직무범주는 데이컴 방법으로 도출했으며 도출된 9개의 직무영역을 사례관리 수행빈도, 중요도, 난이도로 분석하였다. 연구참여자는 사례관리를 주 업무로 하는 3년 이상의 사회복지사 10명이 세평적사례선택을 통해 선택되었으며 자료분석은 매몰된 분석(embedded analysis) 유형을 따라 이루어졌다. 연구결과에 대한 함의에서 연구자들은 본 연구 참여자들의 사례관리실천 경험을 "이용자 중심의 서비스와 제도적 압력 사이에서 긴장을 유지하며 균형점을 찾는 과정"으로 기술했다. 연구결과를 근거로 지역사회복지네트워크 구성, 사례관리자들의 직무권한을 보장하는 제도적 장치 마련, 균형과 상향평준화를 위한 표준매뉴얼의 개발을 제안했다.

고등학교 보건교사 DACUM 직무분석 (Job Analysis of School Health Teachers Working at High School using DACUM Technique)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to analyze the job of school health teachers working at high schools in Seoul, using DACUM (Developing a curriculum), a method for analyzing job-focused competency. Methods: A DACUM workshop was held to define school health teachers' role and identify their duties and tasks. For the workshop, a committee was organized, consisting of 5 school health teachers. Finally, the developed contents, after validation, were made into a survey asking about school health teacher's duties and tasks and the survey was carried out on 37 school health teachers. Results: 14 duties and 90 tasks were identified on the DACUM chart. The importance, difficulty, and frequency of the tasks were represented with ${\alpha}$ bet A, B, and C, with A being the highest degree. The duty with the biggest determinant coefficient (DC) was 'management of emergency patients' (DC=7.95), while the lowest was 'management of health clinic supplies' (DC=4.33). In terms of tasks, the one with the biggest DC was 'conducting physical assessment for emergency patients' (DC=7.8), followed by 'conducting health classes' (DC=7.79). 'Supervising school lunch' (DC=2.02) and 'supervising self-study' (DC=2.42) were the tasks with the smallest and the second smallest DC. Conclusion: The results of the study show that school health teachers'job expanded to include preventive activities such as health education, health counseling, and health promotion activities. The results of this study can serve as basic data for developing training programs for school health teachers as well as an evaluation-scale to measure school health teachers' job performance.

윤리적 슬로건 티셔츠의 선택 기준과 착용에 따른 태도변화 (Attributes Importance and Wearing Effect of Ethical Slogan T-shirts)

  • Some groups do ethical activities (such as ethical slogan t-shirt campaigns) only to complete the requirements for ethical duty; consequently, some people question the effectiveness of those products. The attributes of ethical slogan t-shirts should be considered seriously to reduce skepticism when planning a campaign. Researchers can also suggest a new purpose for ethical t-shirts using an ethical message. In study 1, we conduct a conjoint analysis that suggests realistic multi-attribute choice decisions. The suggested multi-attributes wear design aesthetic (high/low), price (high/low), where we donate (close/far), and the size of firm (big/small). In addition, participations were divided into two groups according to eco-friendly attitudes to confirm differences in choices between two groups. Study 1 showed that price is the most important attribute, but design aesthetic also remains important. In addition, a group that has a high eco-friendly attitude thought "where we donate" was more important than other groups. In study 2, a pre-post approach investigated wearers' attitude changes. We also divided participants into two groups and one group wear high level design aesthetic t-shirts (and vice-versa) to measure the attitude change difference. As a result of study 2, the wearers partially changed their eco-friendly attitudes. The group that wore high design aesthetic t-shirts showed a greater difference than other groups. Through this study, we conclude that customers seriously considered the design aesthetic. Finally, wearing ethical slogan t-shirts can change the attitudes of wearers.

어선선원(漁船船員)의 노동조건(勤勞條件) 개선방안(改善方案)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Reform Directions for Promotion of Fishermen's Labor Condition)

  • The Korea Seaman's Act is providing that fishermen s salaries are exceptionally defined and working hours and paid leave are not defined at all. Significant problems of Fishermen's Labor Condition are, (1) It is hard to guarantee the basic right of fishermen as their wages are variable depending on the catch. (2) Excessive working hours would hamper the labor reproduction ability and increase the frequency of disaster. (3) Moreover, fishermen have to search for a new job following the lay off after working aboard during the period defined by contract. The possible implement of Seamen's Act are : (1) The wage system must be unified by regular wages. If it is hard to perish the lay system its relative importance should be diminished whereas the fixed minimum wages and the allowance depending on the position and working days should be paid. (2) This discrimination of the fishing vessels from merchant should be eliminated by removing the item on the Act which excludes the fishermen on the working hours. If it is hard to do so practically the lower regulations defining the maximum periods of duty and minimum periods of rest for fishermen must enact separately as in Japan and England. (3) The difference in the provisions of paid leave between the merchant seamen and fishermen must be abolished (4) It is the most desirable to improve the fishermen's labor conditions through the completion of the Act. However, before doing this, the employers and employees must try to solve the problems through the collective agreement by themselves.

직무능력평가사의 직무분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Analysis of Job Competency Assessor)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 NCS에 기반한 직무수행능력 성취도(교육훈련, 자격, 현장경험 등)를 역량평가를 통해 평가하는 직무능력평가사의 역할을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 직무능력평가사의 직무모형을 개발 및 검증하고, 핵심작업을 도출하는 직무분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 직무능력평가사의 책무는 NCS 기반 평가원리 확인, 평가계획 수립, 평가도구 설계 및 개발, 평가 실행, 피드백 제공 및 재평가, 평가 기록 및 관리, 내부평가 타당성 검토, 선행학습인정 계획수립, 선행학습인정 평가 실행, 선행학습인정 타당성 검토로 나타났고, 48개의 작업이 도출되었다. 또한, 책무별로 작업의 중요도와 난이도를 곱한 임계도 값을 바탕으로 총 21개의 핵심작업을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 직무능력평가사 직무분석에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

경제방첩 법제의 개선에 관한 소고 (A Study on the Improvement of Regulations on Economic Counterintelligence)

  • 경제방첩의 중요성이 높아지고 있는 현재의 추세에 따라 우리나라도 국가정보원법을 개정하였으나 법문의 명확한 해석의 필요성이 제기되고 있고, 경제방첩활동의 실효성을 높이기 위한 방안을 마련해야 할 요구가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제인식 하에 경제방첩법령 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하고 있다. 첫째, 우리 법은 경제방첩의 범위와 관련하여 "해외연계 경제질서 교란"을 규정하고 있으나 그 의미가 명확하지 않은 바, 방첩업무규정의 법문과 개별법령 및 미국법을 참고하여 그 의미를 명확히 할 수 있다. 둘째, 경제방첩활동의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 방첩기관의 협조요청권을 강화하는 법개정 또는 자료획득을 위한 별도의 허가절차를 도입할 수 있다. 마지막으로, 경제방첩활동의 효과를 배가하기 위해 외국세력이 주도하는 활동에 대한 처벌을 강화하는 제도를 도입할 수 있다.

Norms about Alcohol Use among US Firefighters

  • Background: Problem drinking is a perennial concern in the US fire service. A large literature has documented the importance of addressing alcohol norms in intervention research. The purpose of this study was to explore alcohol norms in a national cohort of firefighters (FFs) to inform intervention development in this occupational group. Methods: Data were from a national online survey of career and volunteer FFs (N = 674). Participants were recruited through national fire service listservs and a database of FFs who had agreed to be contacted for research. Results: When asked about "acceptable" levels of alcohol consumption, FFs on average suggested levels which exceeded public health guidelines. Further, approximately half of career and volunteer FFs believed that, at least under some circumstances, drinking until intoxicated was normative. When asked how long should elapse between a FFs last drink and reporting for duty, the average suggested lag was 11.2 hours (sd = 4.6). However, among male volunteer FFs who reported heavy drinking, the average was 6.68 hours (sd = 4.77). Conclusions: Given the high prevalence of heavy and binge drinking in the fire service, it is not surprising that the alcohol norms found in this study were consistent with a culture of drinking. Participants' reports of alcohol use among their peers were consistent with the actual prevalence of problem drinking. Thus, education and prevention efforts in this occupation should focus on changing norms about alcohol use, including linking heavy drinking to other health and safety issues they face.

종가[宗家]의 제례복식[祭禮服飾]에 관한 연구 - 포를 중심으로 - (A Study on Ritual Costume of Jongga - Centering around Po -)

  • Jongga means a head family by only first son's line of each generation. It is our culture's root and identity. It also includes ritual for continuing filial duty. Ritual takes the main role on jongga culture to pay respects to Jongga's ancestors and roots. Therefore, ritual costume's importance can not be neglected. We will check a Po mainly for Jongga ritual costumes' types and designs to refind Jonggas identity and its meaning. In this research, areas are divided to Gyoungsang by Youngnam sect and Jeonla by Kiho sect. Geochang, Andong in Gyoungsang province and Haenam, Namwon, Youngkwang in Jeonla province where currently first sons of Jongga reside have been researched. The method is based on Books and visits on the places. Ritual costumes' types and designs are different between Gyoungsang and Jeonla. Firstly, now in Jongga, only a Dopo and a Durumagi are worn while the manner book shows a Danryoung, a Jikryoung, a Dopo and a Simu. Also costumes are variable on areas. Secondly, a Po is characterized by its sleeve and back-line's inside skirt. In a Po, Gyoungsang has a Duri sleeve and Jeonla has a Duri sleeve which has been changed from a Dunggun sleeve. While Gyoungsang has rectangle-shaped two pieces cloths and a split in a bottom, Jeonla has both a Mu with a split back and a complete split back in back-line's inside skirt. It seems that Youngnam sect's fundamentalism and Kiho sect's flexibility about culture of old political groups would have influenced on these patterns.

복지용구 전문가 양성을 위한 교육과정 내용구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Construction of Curriculum Content for Training Assistive Product Specialist)

  • 본 연구는 복지용구 전문가 양성 교육과정을 개발하고 복지용구 전문가 교육과정의 전문적인 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 첫 단계로 복지용구 사업소 종사자, 병원 및 의료시설 종사자, 복지용구 관련 교육 강사, 복지용구 이용자를 대상으로 복지용구 전문가의 책무 영역별 작업 중요도와 교육 필요도에 관하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 요구분석 결과를 토대로 복지용구전문가 교과목(안)을 구성한 후, 교육과정(안)을 개발하였다. 복지용구 전문가 교과목(안)과 교육과정(안)은 5명의 전문가 패널의 델파이 방법을 통해 내용타당도를 검증받았다. 그 결과, 총 21개의 교과목(전공필수 17개, 전공선택 4개)과 총 44시간(전공필수 36시간, 전공선택 8시간)으로 구성된 복지용구 전문가 교육과정(안)이 개발되었다. 본 연구는 복지용구 전문가의 질적 양성을 위한 복지용구 전문가 교육과정의 내용을 체계적으로 구성하고자 한 점에서 그 의의를 가진다고 할 수 있다. 또한 본 연구를 통해서 복지용구 전문가 교육과정의 질적 향상과 전문성을 확보할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.
