The e-business strategies ultimately Pursue creating the maximal value for customers through the competitive advantages and business opportunities newly created on the basis of information technologies. For the realization of e-business strategies, the successful implementation and operation of e-business system must be the crucial activities in and out of an organization. Therefore, in physical world, there were lots of interests that what kind of key factors can lead the success of e-business system. Moreover, in the field of academia also, there have been many research results for investigating and finding out the key success factors for e-business system. However, the perceptual level of the significance of key success factors that organization members perceive can be changed over each phase of system life cycle such phases as introduction, growth, maturity, and decline. This study investigated that there might be significant differences in the perceptual level regarding importance of success factors among phases of system life cycle.

Recently domestic companies have struggled to deal with different kinds of crisis accrued from various sources. However, their perception on the crisis and crisis management system are extremely vulnerable. In particular, although almost all companies have had many business related crisis, they have tended to ignore the crisis with simply considering it as unlucky and not to approach it provocatively in preparing some preventive measures and turning it into an opportunity due to the lack of recognizing the importance of risk management. In other words, domestic companies have not systematically prepared detailed plans for potential crisis, rather have tended to recognize the importance of having crisis management system after experiencing a detrimental crisis or accident. Furthermore research on the issue has conducted sparsely in the academic world. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences among types of businesses in terms of the degree of crisis experienced previously, the perception on the importance of crisis management system, the level of crisis management implementation, and the areas of crisis management being focused in the future. Usable data was collected from 201 companies using an on-site survey. Data was analyzed with SPSS 21.0 using some descriptive statistics and a series of ANOVA (One-way Analysis of Variance). Results and implications were provided, along with some future research directions.

The purpose of this study is to call attention to the consensus of stakeholders of corporate e-Learning system for the sake of its success. We identified the critical success factors(contents, technical features, management, and organizational support) as major components of corporate e-Learning systems and questioned whether stakeholders' consensus on the importance of these components facilitates the successful implementation of these components. We also questioned whether the influence of these components on user satisfaction could be moderated by contextual factors. Based on empirical testing of 18 e-Learning user companies, we verified that the consensus of stakeholders regarding the importance of content, technological features, and organizational support has a positive influence on the perceived quality of these factors in their e-Learning systems, which in turn is positively related to user satisfaction. The learning subjects and learning style did significantly moderate the influences of these perceived qualities on user satisfaction.

Recently implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with packaged business software is growing rapidly. The purpose of this article is to provide further insights into the business process change and change management in implementation process of ERP systems. This paper examine an survey of some 146 firms' adoption and implementation of packaged ERP software. In this paper, we propose an integrated approach of business process change and change management of the implementation process. This research highlights the importance of change management for implementing ERP. In addition, we empirically reveals that the eventual success of ERP systems depends on effective business process change and change management during the ERP implementation.

Importance recognition of the nursing management(N. M.) clinical practice contents and the actual practical experience were studied against 289 students of 3 nursing schools who had undergone the senior N. M clinical practice. The most important item they considered from the practical evaluation was responsibility followed by interpersonal relationship, trust, communication, and ethic. For the importance of the N. M. contents, nursing unit management was considered as the most important(4.37/5). Abilities they could actually experience from the clinical practice were nursing unit management(22.0%), understanding of nursing management(20.7%), and human resource management(19.8%). And, abilities they could never experience were marketing(52.4%) and financial management(44.0%). Since there was an inconsistency between the importance of contents students recognized and the actual experience, I suggest a completion of standardized protocol of N. M. clinical training and implementation of management training exclusive preceptor system.

The purpose of this study is to fully understand the present state of the domestic construction companies, and to analyze phased business types and construction management techniques in order to initiate overseas expansion. Because of the recession in the domestic construction market, a thorough and strategic perspective to constantly develop inroads into overseas market is required. So we carried out a questionnaire survey targeting the experts of the overseas construction and researcher, and consulted them in depth. The questionnaire survey was divided into three sections. The first section is the necessity of overseas construction and the reason. The second is the overseas business types classified into the way of advance in short-term and long-term phase possibility of expansion. Lastly, the importance of the phased construction management techniques and the current capacity of the domestic and the foreign business trends were scrutinized. On the basis of the consultation and surveys, we analyzed the overseas business types and the construction management types in the short-term and long-term phase.

Due to the expansion of accommodation space caused by increase of population along with lifestyle changes, most of people spend their time indoor except for the travel time. Because of this, environmental change of indoor is very important, and it affects people's health and economy in resources. But, most of people don't acknowledge the importance of indoor environment. Thus, monitoring system for sustaining and managing indoor environment systematically is needed, and big data clusters should be used in order to save and manage numerous sensor data collected from many spaces. In this paper, we design a big data cluster for the indoor environment monitoring in order to store the sensor data and monitor unit of the huge building Implementation design big data cluster-based system for the analysis, and a distributed file system and building a Hadoop, HBase for big data processing. Also, various sensor data is saved for collection, and effective indoor environment management and health enhancement through monitoring is expected.

Factory monitoring systems are gaining importance in wide areas of industry. Especially, there have been many efforts in implementation of vibration measurement and analysis for monitoring the status of rotating machines. In this paper, a digital signal processor (DSP) based monitoring system dedicated to the vibration monitoring and analysis on rotating machines is discussed. Vibration signals are acquired and processed for the continuous monitoring of the machine status. Time domain signals and fast Fourier transform (FFT) are used for vibration analysis. All of the signal processing procedures are done in the DSP to reduce the production and maintenance cost. The developed system could also provide remote and mobile monitoring capabilities to operator via internet connection. This paper describes the overview of the functional blocks of the implemented system. Test results based on signals from small-size single phase motors are discussed for monitoring and defect diagnosis of the machine status.

ESG management has garnered significant recognition as a crucial concern across all global industries. Within the logistics sector, there is a growing awareness of the importance of ESG management. However, active engagement in ESG practices remains predominantly confined to large corporations, leaving small and medium-sized logistics companies lagging in their comprehension and implementation of ESG principles. Previous studies have consistently underscored the necessity of establishing ESG management guidelines. Furthermore, there has been a call to determine the relative weights assigned to various ESG implementation evaluation criteria, taking into account the distinctive attributes of each category of logistics company. This study endeavors to ascertain the weightings of ESG implementation evaluation items for different types of logistics companies by employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. The framework of evaluation is based on the evaluation items outlined in prior research, particularly focusing on ESG management guidelines tailored for small and medium-sized logistics companies. The findings of the analysis reveal distinct prioritizations across different sectors within the logistics industry. For maritime logistics companies, the environment emerges as the foremost concern, followed by society, information disclosure, and governance. Conversely, land transportation companies prioritize society, followed by governance, environment, and information disclosure. In the warehousing sector, environment takes precedence, followed by society, information disclosure, and governance. Comprehensive logistics firms, on the other hand, prioritize the environment, followed by information disclosure, society, and governance. Such guidelines are pertinent for regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders seeking to assess ESG practices within these enterprises. Moreover, this research contributes to the body of knowledge available to domestic small and medium-sized logistics companies, aiding them in effectively navigating and implementing ESG management principles.

Although defense standardization is recently becoming more and more active, there are still many obstacles to achieve attainments as planned. On the other hand, national standardization already has been applied as a mandatory rule in the overall industries and R&D programs and is well supported by systematic and specialized national basis. Furthermore, advanced countries, such as U.S.A., England and NATO, are considering defense standardization as a essential element to achieve low cost and highly efficient acquisition system and to enhance interoperability among the allied forces. This study aims to form public opinion in support of importance of defense standardization and to provide the vision and various implementation tasks for improving defense standardization outcome.
