In this paper we develop algorithms in programming lan-guage SCHEME for implementation of the main first order gradient techniques for unconstrained optimization. Implementation of the de-scent techniques which use non-optimal descent steps as well as imple-mentation of the optimal descent techniques are described. Also we investigate implementation of the global problem called optimization along a line. Developed programs are effective and simpler with re-spect to the corresponding in the procedural programming languages. Several numerical examples are reported.

The paper discusses the establishment of management strategy and quality policy by the alignment of BSC or policy deployment, the effective handling methodologies of control plan based on SPC, and the traceability of calibration uncertainty and MSA, etc.

In this paper, we propose a design and implementation of Home Network Middleware which offer integrated service of electronic products. Most senior nations setting to core paradigm to ubiquitous computing techniques and effort to get the novel information and making more power about information techniques. But, they don't have a skill to Home Network Middleware in electronic products. It is a more important in Home Network Middleware. So, we will try to study about Home Network Middleware skill. And suggest to proposition that is a novel Home Network Middleware.

We have been implemented simple statistical pattern recognition methods for harmful gases classification using gas sensors array fabricated by MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System) technology. The performance of pattern recognition method as a gas classifier is highly dependent on the choice of pre-processing techniques for sensor and sensors array signals and optimal classification algorithms among the various classification techniques. We carried out pre-processing for each sensor's signal as well as sensors array signals to extract features for each gas. We adapted simple statistical pattern recognition algorithms, which were PCA (Principal Component Analysis) for visualization of patterns clustering and MLR (Multi-Linear Regression) for real-time system implementation, to classify harmful gases. Experimental results of adapted pattern recognition methods with pre-processing techniques have been shown good clustering performance and expected easy implementation for real-time sensing system.

컴포넌트 기반 개발(Component Based Development, CBD)은 미리 구현된 블록단위의 컴포넌트를 사용하여 소프트웨어 개발 비용 및 시간을 단축할 수 있다. 또한 컴포넌트는 내부의 상세 부분을 숨기고 인터페이스를 제공하여 대형 어플리케이션을 개발하는데 복잡성을 감소시킬 수 있다. 엔터프라이즈 프레임 워크 환경에서의 패밀리 (Family)의 공통적인 요구사항은 컴포넌트 내 업무 워크플로우 형태로 표현될 수 있으나, 다양한 패밀리 멤버(Family Member)의 요구사항에 특화된 워크플로우를 하나의 컴포넌트 내에 표현하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 따라서 패밀리 멤버 (Family Member)를 위한 컴포넌트간 워크플로우 가변성 관리 및 구헌 방법에 대한 필요성은 끊임없이 요구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 .NET 기반 하에 엔터프라이즈 프레임워크에서 컴포넌트 워크플로우 가변성을 위한 구현 기법을 제시한다. 제시된 컴포넌트 워크플로우 가변성 구현 기법은 엔터프라이즈 프레 임워크에서 패밀리가 사용할 수 있는 공통 업무 워크플로우가 컴포넌트 내에 이미 생성되었음을 가정하며. 다양한 패밀리 멤버에 특화된 컴포넌트간의 워크플로우 구성 및 실행을 위한 기법으로 컴포넌트간 워크플로우의 확장성을 높여주게 된다.

In this study, we deals with the implementation of an optimal basis identification procedure for interior point methods. Our implementation is based on Megiddo’s strongly polynomial algorithm applied to Andersen and Ye’s approximate LP construction. Several techniques are explained such as the use of effective indicator for obtaining optimal partition when constructing the approximate LP, the efficient implementation of the problem reduction technique proposed by Andersen, the crashing procedure needed for fast dual phase of Megiddo’s algorithm and the construction of the stable initial basis. By experimental comparison, we show that our implementation is superior to the crossover scheme implementation.

By managing not only geographical information but also various kinds of attribute data. GIS presents useful information for decision-makings. Most of decision-making problems using GIS can be formulated into network-optimization problems. In this study we deal with the implementation of network optimization system that extracts data from the database in GIS. solves a network optimization problem and present optimal solutions through GIS' graphical user interface. We design a nitwork optimization system and present some implementation techniques by showing a prototype of the network optimization system. Our network optimization system consists of three components : the interface module for user and GIS the basic network the program module the advanced network optimization program module. To handle large-scale networks the program module including various techniques for large sparse networks is also considered, For the implementation of the network optimization system we consider two approaches : the method using script languages supported by GIS and the method using client tools of GIS. Finally some execution results displayed by the prototype version of network optimization system are given.

본 논문은 XML(eXtensible Markup Language) 파싱(parsing)기법을 이용한 안드로이드 기반의 날씨 정보 어플리케이션의 설계 및 구현에 관한 사항이다. GPS 위치 프로바이더와 XML 파싱기법 이용하여 현재 위치에 따라 날씨 정보가 변하게 된다. 또한 알람 시스템을 이용하여 어플리케이션의 접속과 종료에 상관없이 알람 이벤트가 발생 될 때의 시간을 기준으로 날씨 정보를 음성(English)으로 출력한다. 모든 어플리케이션에서 사용자 인터페이스는 앱의 첫 인상이 중요하기 때문에 복잡하지 않고, 단순한 방법으로 사용자 인터페이스 설계를 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to fully understand the present state of the domestic construction companies, and to analyze phased business types and construction management techniques in order to initiate overseas expansion. Because of the recession in the domestic construction market, a thorough and strategic perspective to constantly develop inroads into overseas market is required. So we carried out a questionnaire survey targeting the experts of the overseas construction and researcher, and consulted them in depth. The questionnaire survey was divided into three sections. The first section is the necessity of overseas construction and the reason. The second is the overseas business types classified into the way of advance in short-term and long-term phase possibility of expansion. Lastly, the importance of the phased construction management techniques and the current capacity of the domestic and the foreign business trends were scrutinized. On the basis of the consultation and surveys, we analyzed the overseas business types and the construction management types in the short-term and long-term phase.
