이 논문은 우리나라의 복지제도의 현황을 살펴보고 예술인 중 영화 창작자를 중심으로 부정기적인 근로형태의 창작자와 정기적인 근로 형태의 예술 근로자의 구분 필요성에 대해 주장한다. 더불어 현재 시행되고 있는 예술 복지 지원에 대한 자격 검증에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 향후 예술인 복지 지원 사업의 활성화 방안을 기대하며 자격 증명에 대한 논의 및 "예술인 복지카드" 도입 방안을 제안하도록 한다.

Effective knowledge sharing and creating requires human networking as well as system. Corporation 'S' organized 'community of practice(CoP),' which is a virtual group based on work process, skill, and interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest effective CoP establishment and implementation methods, based upon 'S' experience. The effective methods this study suggests are : setting up clear CoP objectives by each CoP; dual CoP system with career centered and subject centered; alignment with business strategy; guide by knowledge integrator, and professional competence development as CoP purpose. Key success factors to CoP activities also include effective communication, facilitators' competency, and managers' support.

This paper proposed context based annotation model and annotation ambiguity correction methods. The proposed model provides various annotation types, semantic models, and pen-based free drawing interface. Annotation correction method that is specifically based on the context which includes various textual and structure information between free-form marking and annotation. Also, interface for XML environment using the proposed model and correction methods is proposed and possibilities of application is looked at. The results from the implementation of the proposed method show that the annotated areas included in the free-form marking information are more accurate, achieving more accurate exchange results amongst multiple users in a heterogeneous document environment

Recently, various applications of robot system become more popular in accordance with rapid development of computer hardware/software, artificial intelligence, and automatic control technology. Formerly robots mainly have been used in industrial field, however, nowadays it is said that the robot will do an important role in the home service application. To make the robot more useful, we require further researches on implementation of natural communication method between the human and the robot system, and autonomous behavior generation. The gesture recognition technique is one of the most convenient methods for natural human-robot interaction, so it is to be solved for implementation of intelligent robot system. In this paper, we describe the state-of-the-art of advanced gesture recognition technologies for intelligent robots according to three methods; sensor based method, feature based method, appearance based method, and 3D model based method. And we also discuss some problems and real applications in the research field.

기존의 PC 통신 서비스가 최근 인터넷에 기반을 둔 멀티미디어 웹 서비스로 빠르게 대체됨으로 인해 과거 많은 인력과 자금을 투자하여 개발한 유용한 데이터베이스와 PC 통신 환경 상의 많은 서비스가 사용자로부터 도외시되어 사장되는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 과거 PC 통신 환경 상에서 제공되었던 텍스트 위주의 명령에 기초한 데이터베이스 서비스를 사용자의 정보 접근이 용이한 멀티미디어 웹에 기초한 데이터베이스 서비스로의 효율적 전환을 위한 구현방법 및 기술에 관해 연구하였다.

In this paper, we compare several methods for implementing a VHDL design database through a case study on VHDL tool development system. We implemented three versions of the VHDL design database which the VHDL tool development system is based on. The first version was coded in the C programming language following value-oriented paradigm. The second one was coded in the C++ programming language following object-oriented paradigm. The third one was implemented using an existing object-oriented database. Based on our experience, we present quantitatively the pros and cons of each implementation method. The value-oriented version was most difficult to implement but showed good performance. Compared to the value- oriented version, the C++ version was twice as easy to implement and showed about the same performance. Using an existing object-oriented database allowed easiest implementation but resulted in a 1.5 to 6 times slower version.

Design of an in-process feedback control system has been studied for precision grinding. A grinding system consists of a grinding tool, a turn table and a disk-shaped workpiece on the table is taken as an object. A grinding process model has been deduced which gives some reasoning about the process errors. In the control system the tool position is actively controlled by an electro-magnetic actuator in-process. The ground error is feedback to compose a closed-loop control system and an optimal PID controller is applied. Some control performances such as transient response and disturbance such as transient response and disturbance attenuation have been examined, which convinces the effectiveness of the control. Some methods for implementation of the control. Some methods for implementation of the control have been suggested from a standpoint of practical application.

As distributed computing systems become popular, many modeling techniques and methods have been developed in specify the specification formally and verify the distributed/concurrent sytems. In spite of importance of communication in distributed object-oriented systems, specifying of communication method generally has not been emphasized in the design phase. One reason is due to the system designer misunderstanding, that is, a specification needs to be independent on the implementation. However, since defining communication pattern indistributed object-oriented systems is more serious than the required message passing method in the design phase. specifying the communication pattern is necessary instead of postponing until the implementation. In this paper, two formal specification techniques, temporal logic method and Petri nets method, for the communication in distributed systems are discussed. One is based on the temporal logic, which specifies the different patterns of primitive predicates. This method enable to define the underlying mechanism which can be interpreted as constraints. The Petri net method helps to specify the dynamic behavior of communicational patterns using the properties of Petri nets.

본 연구는 해외 현황 고찰을 통한 우리나라 창업 중소기업 4대 보험 경감 방향성에 관한 연구다. 해외 현황 고찰을 바탕으로 몇 가지 사회보험경감방안(사회보험료 직간적 지원, 사회보험료 면제, 사회보험료 유예 또는 융자)을 제안했으며 이에 대한 경감 방안 별 장단점, 정부의 재정상황, 경감방안 실시의 용이성과 효과, 사회보험경감의 실시를 위한 여건조성 등을 제시했다.

This study aims at examining kinetic efficient shading systems and their implementation methods. These days, the importance of the shading devices are getting more significant due to the energy problem. Cordially, suitable shade designs are required as an important element for the exterior envelope of the building. This study employs the optimal shading design as an efficient shading method with the kinetic system that can be converted actively by the altitude of the sun. The proposed kinetic shading system works not only as a lightshelf in case the altitude of the sun is high but also as a vertical louver when the sun is getting lower in order to block the direct sunlight. This study has analyzed the thermal performance and shading coefficient of the kinetic shading system in comparison to existing fixed shading devices using the Ecotect. The results, in sum, conclude that the suggested kinetic shading system could decrease direct sunlights 26.2% more than the existing shading methods.
