기업의 IT 아웃소싱 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 위험요인 분석 (The Risk Factors of IT Outsourcing Decision in the Korean Firms)

  • 본 연구는 국내기업들의 IT아웃소싱 의사결정과정에서 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 위험요인을 고찰하여, IT아웃소싱의 제약요소로 작용하고 있는 위험요인을 실증적으로 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 문헌 연구 및 전문가 인터뷰 등을 통해서 IT아웃소싱에 대한 위험요인은 거래관련 위험, 고객 위험 및 공급업체 위험으로 분류되었으며. 총 79개사로부터 수집된 총 141개 설문을 통해 실증분석한 결과 고객 위험과 공급업체 위험요인이 IT아웃소싱 수행의사에 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 기업에서는 고유 업무의 연속성 확보 등 고객 자체의 위험요인들과 공급업체의 기술력 확보와 인력의 전문성 등 공급업체 위험 요인들에 대한 대응을 통해서 IT아웃소싱의 적용 및 확대가 가능한 것으로 분석되었다.

외산 ERP와 국산 ERP를 도입한 국내 중소 물류기업간의 위험 관리 비교 연구 (Difference of Risk Management between Foreign and Domestic ERP : Empirical Approach with Korean Small & Medium-Sized Logistics Firms)

  • This work investigates how domestic or foreign ERP affects the relationship between risks associated ERP implementation and intention to adopt risk-mitigating options. We propose three risks such as ERP vendor risk, economic risk, and security risk should affect positively the intention to adopt the risk-mitigating options. To validate the impact of risks and to examine the difference between domestic and foreign ERP, we collected data from IT managers in small and medium sized logistics companies in South Korea using survey questionnaires. We validate the difference between domestic ERP and foreign ERP using multiple regression analyses. We find that IT managers using domestic ERP are willing to adopt risk-mitigating options for economic and security risk. In contrast, we find that IT managers using foreign ERP are willing to adopt risk-mitigating options for ERP-vendor risk. This work may provide IT managers in logistics industry a practical guideline of choosing either domestic or foreign ERP based on their risk preferences.

보상과 간호 전문직 자부심이 신종감염병 환자 간호의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Reward and Nursing Professional Pride on Nursing Intention in Patient with Emerging Infectious Disease)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of nurses on the nursing intentions in patients with emerging infectious diseases. Methods: Data were collected from 201 nurses with over one year of clinical experience in a general hospital located in Seoul, South Korea. A structured self-report questionnaire was utilized to measure belief factors, core factors, rewards, and nursing professional pride, as well as nursing intentions in patients with emerging infectious diseases. Results: The results revealed that nurses' intentions to provide care for patients with emerging infectious diseases were significantly influenced by perceived behavioral control (β=.26, p<.001), clinical experience (β=-.14, p=.008), behavioral beliefs (β=.31, p=.010), feeling of vocation (β=.29, p=.012) and attitudes toward behaviors (β=.08, p=.034). Conclusion: Enhancing nurses' intentions to provide care for patients with emerging infectious diseases requires the implementation of systemic and educational strategies aimed at strengthening their confidence and beliefs.

The Role of ICT in Smart-work Continuance

  • Despite the increasing interest in the positive effects of smart-work, the introduction rate of domestic firms in Korea is lower than that of other developed countries. A gap also exists between the introduction of smart-work program and the actual use by workers. Thus, even if the smart-work program was introduced to firms, the actual usage rate of the program would still be lower than the introduction rate. Moreover, even if the program was initially used, evidence suggests that the usage rate tends to decrease rather than being used continuously. In this study, we intend to find out the mechanism by which the continuance intention of smart-work is formed. To achieve this objective, we established a research model based on literature on Information System (IS) continuance model and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) support. We also hypothesize that concerns about career disadvantage in the mechanism plays a negative role in the satisfaction of smart-work. To analyze the hypothesis empirically, we surveyed domestic workers who used smart-work. Our data analysis was based on 333 responses. We found that all paths were statistically significant, except for the direct effect of ICT support on perceived usefulness and the direct effect of perceived usefulness on smart-work continuance intention. The results of this study extend existing IS continuance model and suggest implications for practical smart-work implementation and improvement.

스마트워크 시스템 성공을 위한 사용자 만족의 영향요인에 대한 연구 : P그룹사를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect Factor of End User's Satisfaction for Smart Work System's Success : Focused on P Corporation)

  • At the center of the repeating evolution of IT industry, there is mobile computing in the ubiquitous environment, and the increasing usage of smart phones contribute more to its growth. P corporation co-developed with Google and implemented smart work system called SWP for the purpose of 'communication and collaboration with co-workers' beyond the general goal of increasing productivity and comfort of employees. The primary objective of this study is to objectively analyze the influence of the effect factor from end user's perspective and user satisfaction on SWP usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. To accomplish this research purpose, this study established research models and hypothesis by collective review about information system success models, and tested the research hypotheses using the structural equation modeling technique by data collected from 320 SWP system users of P corporation. Variations for system satisfaction evaluation standard are 1)SW system usage 2) intention for continuous usage 3) individual performance, effect variations are 1) social factors 2) technical factors 3) combination of social and technical factors. Therefore, this study is about influence factors on success of SWP system and how the factors impact the outcome. The test results of this research model is summarized as follows. Firstly, system user's satisfaction had positive impact on all three; SWP system usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. Secondly, social factor 'SWP control system' and technical factor 'information quality' and 'system quality' had positive impact on SWP system user satisfaction, while social factor 'shared value' and technical factor 'service quality' did not have significant effect on user satisfaction. Shared value however, had interactive effect with 'information quality' and 'service quality'. This study is expected to contribute to spread of academic research on smart work system by suggesting a model that can show important factors for corporation while explaining the successful implementation of SWP and its continuous usage.

우간다에서의 고급 정보통신기술 수용도 연구 : GIS/GPS 고릴라 추적 시스템 사례 (A Study on User Adoption of Advanced ICTs in Uganda : Focused on GIS/GPS Gorilla Tracking System)

  • Uganda is a country blessed with the biggest number of mountain Gorillas in the whole world. These animals contribute at least 12% in revenue generation to the Tourism sector through tracking by both local and foreign tourists who pay for the tracking permits. However, Gorilla tracking is also a big challenge even in the presence of highly skilled and well-trained game rangers. Development and implementation of a secure Computer and Mobile based Gorilla Tracking (GT) system that uses GIS and GPS technologies would be the most ideal technology to use. Therefore, this study aimed to find out the critical factors that would affect the Behavioral Intention of the would-be users to successfully decide to use such GIS/GPS-GT system. We used the existing UTAUT model to integrate six factors such as Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Employee Peer Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention and System Use. However, Infrastructure Availability and Non-Technical Facilitating Conditions were added to reflect Ugandan ICT context. This amended UTAUT model was used to carry out the survey. The questionnaire was emailed to 220 government employees in the fields of ICT, Tour and Travel, Environmental Groups officials and Farmers who garden near the game reserves. A total of 133 were obtained fully completed, whereas 127 were deemed usable thus yielding a response rate of 58%. The analysis results show that except for non-technical facilitating conditions, effort expectancy, peer influence, performance expectancy and infrastructure availability positively affects behavioral Intention to use GIS/GPS-GT. This indicates that people in Uganda don't bother about regulations and rules in regard to using information system. As long as the system does what they want it to, anything else does not matter. As an employee in an organization is told to use a system by their supervisor, they have no objection to otherwise they risk losing their job. This implies that, supervisors have a great responsibility in the process of developing, implementing and using the system in Uganda.

교통정보 웹사이트의 서비스 품질 평가 (The Evaluation of Web Site Service Quality for Transportation Information)

  • 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 교통과 통신의 발달은 인터넷과 결합하여 교통정보의 확산을 가져 왔다. 일반 사용자들 또한 웹 기반 교통정보를 능동적으로 찾아 실생활에 적용하고 있다. 이에 따라 이용자 중심의 교통정보서비스를 제공해 줄 수 있는 웹사이트 구축은 해당 업체나 기관에 있어서 필수적인 업무가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 검증된 측정도구인 WebQual을 이용하여 사용자들에게 필요한 교통정보를 제공해 주는 웹사이트를 선정하여 각 웹사이트의 서비스 품질을 WebQual을 이용하여 평가 및 분석해 보았다. 추가적으로 WebQual의 세부 요소들과 사용자 만족 및 재방문의도와의 관계 또한 알아보았다. 연구결과 교통정보 웹사이트의 서비스 품질을 규명하기 위한 WebQual의 사용은 충분한 효용성을 가지고 있었다. 또한 WebQual의 각 세부요인들은 사용자 만족 및 재방문의도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다.

간호대학생의 의료관련감염관리를 위한 표준주의 수행도에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Nursing Students' Performance of Standard Precaution for Healthcare-Associated Infection Control)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과에 재학중인 학생을 대상으로 의료관련감염관리를 위한 표준주의 지식, 수행의도, 수행에 대한 태도, 표준주의지침 수행을 위한 안전환경 및 수행도를 파악하고 이들 요인들이 간호대학생들의 표준주의 수행도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하고자 시도되었다. 2018년 6월 15일부터 6월 30일까지 경기도 A대학교 간호학과 3~4학년 296명에게 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 표준주의 수행도와 의료관련감염 관리지침 수행의도, 의료 관련감염 관리지침 수행에 대한 태도와 표준주의지침수행을 위한 안전환경은 각각 양의 상관관계로 나타났다. 대상자의 의료관련감염예방 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호학생의 의료관련감염 관리지침 수행의도와 표준주의지침수행을 위한 안전환경으로 나타났으며 이 두 변수가 의료관련감염예방 수행도를 20% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 의료관련감염관리에 대한 표준주의의 수행도를 증진시키기 위해 수행의도를 높일 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발과 보다 안전한 실습환경 조성이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Cross Cultural Study on Behavioral Intention Formation in Knowledge Sharing

  • The implementation of Knowledge Management Systems does not guarantee knowledge sharing within organizations because knowledge sharing cannot be mandated. Although previous investigations have attempted to identify the motivational factors that facilitate knowledge sharing, the results of these studies cannot be easily applied across organizations due to the highly context specific nature of knowledge sharing. Societal culture, as well as organizational culture, affects knowledge sharing behavior. This is why successful knowledge sharing initiatives in the United States, for example, may prove ineffective in another country with a very different culture like China. Therefore, it is clearly important to understand the effects of different societal cultures on individuals' knowledge sharing behaviors. The principal objective of this study is to deepen our understanding about the impact of national culture on an individual's knowledge sharing intention. In order to achieve this goal, field data was collected from 197 employees from a variety of companies and organizations in two countries-Sweden and China. In a collectivistic culture such as China, anticipated reciprocal relationships have been shown to directly affect individuals' attitudes toward knowledge sharing, and the organizational climate has also been shown to affect subjective norms to a significant degree. Subjective norms can influence intentions to share knowledge indirectly through attitudes. In the highly individualistic culture of Sweden, one's sense of self worth and anticipated reciprocal relationships have been shown to profoundly affect individuals' attitudes towards knowledge sharing. In both countries, anticipated extrinsic rewards have been shown to exert no detectable effects on respondents' knowledge sharing attitudes, and subjective norms and organizational climate have been determined not to affect knowledge sharing intentions directly. Rather, in both cases, knowledge sharing intentions have been shown to be directly affected by attitude.

우리나라의 스마트폰 관련 연구에 대한 문헌적 고찰 (A Review on Research Related Smartphone in Korea)

  • 최근 스마트폰의 급격한 확산은 우리 일상생활에 패러다임을 바꾸어 놓고 있다. 애플의 아이폰이 출시되면서 스마트폰에 대한 관심이 폭발적으로 증가하고 스마트폰을 활용하는 인터넷 기반 서비스가 활성화되고 있다. 스마트폰 이용자는 경제활동 인구의 99% 이상이 사용하고 있으며 초기 형성단계를 지나 포화상태에 도달한 것으로 전문가들은 내다보고 있다. 스마트폰은 PC와 유사한 수준의 고기능 환경구현이 가능한 범용 운영체제를 탑재하고 있다. 또한, 다양한 응용프로그램을 설치하거나 삭제할 수 있는 확장성이 뛰어난 이동통신 단말기이다. 스마트폰과 같은 새로운 정보기술이 등장하는 경우 이의 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾는 것은 연구자에게 있어 매우 중요하며 흥미로운 주제이다. 이러한 시점에서 스마트폰의 행위의도에 미치는 요인을 규명하는 연구는 상당히 중요하다. 본 연구는 2008년 이후 국내 학술지에 게재된 연구 중 스마트폰 관련된 연구로 설정된 총 99편의 연구논문을 대상으로 하였다. 행위의도와 관련된 실증연구의 논문이 76편을 리뷰 하였다.
