Data Analysis Platform Construct of Fault Prediction and Diagnosis of RCP(Reactor Coolant Pump) (원자로 냉각재 펌프 고장예측진단을 위한 데이터 분석 플랫폼 구축)

  • Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) is core part of nuclear power plant to provide the forced circulation of reactor coolant for the removal of core heat. Properly monitoring vibration of RCP is a key activity of a successful predictive maintenance and can lead to a decrease in failure, optimization of machine performance, and a reduction of repair and maintenance costs. Here, we developed real-time RCP Vibration Analysis System (VAS) that web based platform using NoSQL DB (Mongo DB) to handle vibration data of RCP. In this paper, we explain how to implement digital signal process of vibration data from time domain to frequency domain using Fast Fourier transform and how to design NoSQL DB structure, how to implement web service using Java spring framework, JavaScript, High-Chart. We have implement various plot according to standard of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and it can show on web browser based on HTML 5. This data analysis platform shows a upgraded method to real-time analyze vibration data and easily uses without specialist. Furthermore to get better precision we have plan apply to additional machine learning technology.

  • Particle and noise are effectively used to implement unspecific VFX like an explosion, magic. Particle can create freely but, The more usage, the higher CPU/GPU usage. This paper using polygon mesh that is hard to change but consumes fixed resources to overcome the demerit of particle and reduce CPU/GPU usage. Also, using shader, apply noise texture that is suitable unspecific pattern to vertex and surface texture mapping of polygon mesh for implement VFX in unity. As a result of experiment, shader applied sphere polygon mesh show 2~4ms CPU, 1~2ms GPU usage in profiler. Also It has been shown that shader can be used to implement unspecific VFX.

  • Purpose: Increasingly limited environmental resources encourage all sectors to implement robust distribution systems, including Logistics Service Provider (LSP) as a company that manages customer logistics activities. However, efforts to achieve a robust distribution system have many challenges. To overcome these challenges, as a first step, LSP needsto classify and analyze the challenges faced and find solutions. Knowledge of the challengesin managing robust logisticsisstill not widely researched in developing countries. This paper explores existing research gaps in the region. Research design, data and methodology: The research enquiries used are a questionnaire and in-depth interviews. In the field study, surveys, observations, interviews related to robust logistics implementation in the LSP were carried out. Results: The results of the study show that although robust logistics is recognized as very important, understanding among LSPs is still very diverse. The main challengesfound in this study come from the economic aspect and the internal conditions of the organization. Conclusion: LSP is advised to carry out internal strengthening of the company, especially for economic and organizational aspects therefore they can implement robust and sustainability practices more intensively. LSP needs to have good financial support in order to implement the aspects on an ongoing basis.

  • The advent of very large scale integration(VLSI) has had a tremendous impact on the design of fault-tolerant circuits and systems. The increasing density, decreasing power consumption, and decreasing costs of integrated circuits, due in part to VLSI, have made it possible and practical to implement the redundancy approaches used in fault-tolerant computing. The purpose of this paper is to study the many aspects of designing fault-tolerant systems in a VLSI environment. First, we expound upon the opportunities and problemes presented by VLSI technology. Second, we consider in detail the importance of design mistakes, common-mode failures, and transient faults in VLSI. Finally, we examine the techniques available to implement redundancy using VLSI and the problems associated with these techniques.

  • This project is to design and to implement an cornputenzed acquisition system by structured analysis technique for the Yomi university library. In result of desgmng, we added three subsystems, whlch are accession control, account, and print out system, to DOBIS/E acquisition system because we found that our DOBIS/E acquision system is able to use as we do ordenng and receiving in traditional process. DOBIS/E system and three added subsystems is closely related, and allow acquisition librarians to work more efficiently than before.
