The purpose of this study is to provide implications by conducting research on brand benefits for skiwear brand customers. For this purpose, a structural equation model was established and empirical research was conducted by selecting brand convenience as a hygiene variable and brand emotion, brand satisfaction, and repurchase intention as endogenous variables. In order to analyze the general characteristics of the subjects, frequency analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 and Cronbach's alpha analysis was conducted using the same statistical program. Confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using AMOS 21. In addition, the benefits of skiwear brand, which is an independent variable, were composed of two sub-dimensions, and psychological benefits rather than functional benefits were found to have a stronger impact on brand emotion, suggesting practical implications.

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among organizational justice, athlete satisfaction, team commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior toward college athletes. To achieve this purpose, this study employed a convenience sampling method via a questionnaire dissemination. A total of 285 responses were collected from college athletes. Among those, 21 responses were excluded as they were not completed, leaving 264 usable data. The data was computed in SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0, and analyzed with correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. Overall, organizational justice had a positive influence on athlete satisfaction, team commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Athlete satisfaction had a positive influence on team commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. However, there was no relationship between team commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. These findings provided empirical foundational data on the impact of organizational justice on psychological and behavioral outcomes and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of organizations, with a focus on college athletes who played a central role in the context of college sports setting.

In this paper, fast charge multiple battery modules and optional modules that can charge distribution charge will be introduced.

The marketing environment around the Korean retail stores is becoming increasingly voltage due to the recent changes in the marketplace. These changes are not only offering business opportunities but also posing competitive threats for many retailers these days. The key to survival and growth of these retail stores lies in developing and delivering quality services. This article reports the findings of a field survey which measured customers current perceptions of six different types of stores in terms of various service dimensions. The store types examined in the study were: traditional markets, department stores, shopping centers$.$supermarkets, convenience stores, discount stores, and membership wholesale clubs. The study also makes an attempt to determine service dimensions which have significant impact on customer perceptions across different store types. By analyzing the gap between how stores are perceived and how they should be perceived, the article discusses and suggests strategic directions for each type of retail stores.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the key factors that influence consumers' preference for mobile payment in China. China has been quietly experiencing a third technological revolution that has markedly changed the way of life for its people. We used the structural equation modeling with 573 Chinese people to investigate the mobile-payment system in China based on the technology acceptance model. We found that factors such as value of service, security, convenience, and perceived usefulness have an impact on consumer satisfaction, and that satisfaction supports consumer purchasing. Also, it is possible to conclude that this proven instrument will assist researchers to further develop and refine mobile-payment research models.

치과 영역에 디지털 시스템의 유입은 치과의사와 치과기공사에게 큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 그리고 이전 보다 향상된 정확도와 편리함 그리고 업무 효율성 증대를 가져왔다. 그러나 디지털은 모든 것을 해결해주지 못하며 분명 한계도 있다. 따라서 임상가는 전통정식 방식과 디지털 방식의 장단점에 대해 분명히 이해하고 두 방식이 조화를 이루는 본인만의 워크플로우를 설계하는 것을 권유한다. 본편에서는 필자가 임상에서 3D 프린터를 어떻게 활용하고, 적용하고 있는지를 소개하고 있다.

Intelligent control technologies (fuzzy logic, neural network, chaos, and genetic algorithm) have been a great deal of influences and impact, especially in home appliances industry. As a result, products that utilize these technologies are pouring into the market from just about every companies. These products are getting good responses from the consumers, because they offer convenience and amenities through the intelligent self-control. In this article, the functionality of the intelligent control technologies will be explained, and how they are being applied to the consumer products developed in Samsung Electronics Co.

Purpose: This study was to examine the relationship between recovery experience and the burnout among hospital nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The participants were 281 nurses working at three general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The data were collected by convenience sampling using self-reported questionnaires that consisted of general characteristics, burnout, recovery experiences, self-efficacy, social support, job demand and organizational system. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Stepwise multiple regression showed that organizational system had the greatest impact on hospital nurses' burnout, followed by job demand, self efficacy, position and recovery experience. Conclusion: Recovery experience is found to be a new factor that influences the burnout among hospital nurses. Therefore, further research is needed for confirming that recovery experience influences the burnout of hospital nurses. Also there is a need to develop a program to increase recovery experience from job stress at the organizational level to reduce hospital nurses' burnout.

With the growing importance of the financial industry, financial service companies need to better understand the behavior of consumers and develop effective marketing strategies accordingly. This study examines the key determinants in the satisfaction of financial services customers. According to the study, "satisfaction with branches," "product profitability," "corporate stability," "convenience" and "relational benefits" have an impact on the satisfaction levels. In particular, "branch satisfaction" was a vital factor for bank-centered customers, while "product diversity" was a key for securities-centered customers. This study will hopefully benefit not only financial companies, but also regulators and authorities in the finance industry.

비압축성 유체유동에 대한 Navier-Stokes 방정식과 충돌 접촉면 조건으로 특징지어지는 강체-유체 충돌문제를 Lagrangian 유한요소법에 의해 해석하였으며, 계산의 편의상, 속도장을 점성및 중력항과 압력항으로 나누어 수행하는 소위 fractional step method를 도입하였다. 유체영역은 4절점의 4각형 요소로 분할하였으며, 충분히 작은 시간간격의 도입을 전제로 하여 explicit time marching법으로 수치해석하였다. 매 시간 step의 초기에 우선 운동량-충격량 법칙으로 강체의 수면충돌후 속도를 구했으며, 그 속도로 표현되는 충돌 접촉면의 경계조건과 완전한 형태의 자유표면조건 그리고 운동방정식 및 연속 방정식을 모두 만족하는 속도장을 구하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 수치해석법에 의하면, 유체충격문제에 있어 매우 중요하다고 알려져 있는 tip splash를 포함하는 자유표면의 형상을 쉽게 추적해 갈 수 있다. Lagrangian 유한요소법의 적용의 타당성을 확인하기 위하여 대칭형 2차원 쐐기 모양의 강체가 수면충돌하는 경우를 예로하여 시간의 경과에 따른 충격수압의 분포 및 충격외력 등을 추정한 결과, 본 방법의 적용의 유효성과 아울러 몇가지 유용한 결론을 유도할 수 있었다.
