  • Ground water development skill growth and life circumstances improvement increase ground water use. So managerial difficulties and various problems about ground water occur. Poor ground water management organization, lack of management person, thoughtless development add ground water pollution and lack of water volume. And local excessive developments or abandoned well occur. This paper presents ground water management system model making use of GIS and helps effective management by realizing necessary analysis functions in ground water management system and ground management methods. Local information of ground water recorded and development data, site examination data made D/B. And linearment analysis data making use of a satellite image data, hydraulic test data, the quality of water examination data, these local characteristic values made out thematic maps and making use of these data can form elementary data of ground water modeling It makes easy to understand environmental development conditions and pollution source conditions about new ground water development location, linearment growth, DRASTIC, the quality of water examination. Ground water management system making use of these functions can choose right location of ground water.

  • This study examines the communication status and strategies of geological resource related companies in Korea through the comparison with American companies. Through this analysis, this study is to draw the domestic companies' characteristics and problems on communication, and even to suggest how to execute the communication about geo-technologies at national level. The results indicate that geo-technologies related compaies in Korea don't use a lot of advertising communication as means of providing informations about corporate itself, corporate activities, and it's product, etc. And the companies using advertising communication tend to execute more organization advertising focusing on corporate image than product advertising. The advertising utilized by geological resource related companies is usually targeted at consumers, they don't use advertising endorser actively. And all the companies analyzed in this study have their own website and run it. This study provides some recommendations on communication strategies and executions for various geo-technologies related organizations.   • In this paper we present a projection mapping system onto human's moving hand by a projector as information delivery media and Kinect to recognize hand motion. Most traditional projection mapping techniques project a variety of images onto stationary objects, however, our system provides new user experience by projecting images onto the center of the moving palm. We explain development process of the system, and production of content as applications on our system. We propose hardware organization and development process of open software architecture based on object oriented programming approach. For stable image projection, we describe a device calibration method between the projector and Kinect in three dimensional space, and a denoising technique to minimize artifacts from Kinect coordinates vibration and unstable hand tremor.

  • The OGC(OpenGIS Consortium), which is standardization organization of geographic data, have been studied standard for geographic data such as GML and GML based annotation for image and map. Annotation for map is applicable in various ways, understanding about geographic data, decision making and exchange of communication. For instance, Map annotation can be used for highlighting tour-course as symbols or explaining it as text on a map in tourism. This study suggests some annotation methodology for national digital map and presents a simple implementation of it. Firstly, this study suggests a way of updating OGC annotation schema which corresponds with DXF format and creating a GML application schema using the updated OGC annotation schema. Also it suggest a way of converting instance documents of annotated map to VML document with XSLT and VML for display. Later, it is needed to study for supporting another formats as well as DXF format. In addition, it is needed to study for managing the history of updated map entity with annotation in Local governments UIS(Urban Information System) in practical aspects.

  • Many enterprises make use of 'mecenat action' for positive image ensuring to company and harmony within organization members. Also, at the same time the research has continued estimating of efficiency about that area. but that estimations get accomplished inclusive and abstractive, and then estimation of significant effect isn't sufficient. In this study we consider that many enterprises practice culture and art education program, and related that analyze the estimation of effect in 'mecenat action'. Stand on this analysis we attempts to extract factor, having representation character with making standard for estimation of education effect. That is a implication that relation education programs are prepared many enterprises, In future study, we will need to make standard and select methods about effect estimation, add measurable index that reliability can increase.

  • This paper is studios about a new role model of 'Korea Comics Museum' which will be extended Into 'Korea Institute for the MANWHA & Moving Image Content's planning. Scanning all activities of 'Korea Comics Musium' until now, I'd like to suggest how to promote the comic industry by a Comic Museum's practical contribution. It needs conditions for doing its intrinsic activities, faithfully, most, than a value of Bucheon's city brand or superiority in industrial aspects. And also it is Important that establishing collection policy for spreading excellence of Korean comics, internationally and setting structure for mating network among the museums in abroad and institutions related comic industry. Finally comic museum has to equip a new working structure, furthermore, perform exhibition planning and cultivating system of artists and for this, it needs its own independent organization.

  • KOSC(Korea Ocean Satellite Center), the primary operational organization for GOCI(Geostationary Ocean Color Imager), was established in KORDI(Korea Ocean Research & Development Institute). For a stable distribution service of GOCI data, various systems were installed at KOSC as follows: GOCI Data Acquisition System, Image Pre-processing System, GOCI Data Processing System, GOCI Data Distribution System, Data Management System, Total Management & Control System and External Data Exchange System. KOSC distributes the GOCI data 8 times to user at 1-hour intervals during the daytime in near-real time according to the distribution policy. Finally, we introduce the KOSC website for users to search, request and download GOCI data.

  • The current beauty service of Korea is upgrading its outside appearance from traditional small-shop image and its speed of change and competition are more severe than ever before. The top priority trait of beauty management is based on man-power resource, and personnel-management is the most important thing that more than anything else. Compared with other arenas of business, personnel management plays a key role in beauty industry. As a result, this research begins with the issue of personnel management. In addition, I will show that the management leadership of beauty service affects organization civil actions and changing jobs in the beauty industry employees, and the leadership can lower changing job rate to some extent. The role and duty of business manager is very significant because the dependence of man-power resource is magnificent in beauty service. In spite of rapid changing of economic surroundings, the management of beauty service is still working without any detail plans. It is no exaggeration to say that the most of beauty service managers are lack of leadership conception. Although the demands of customers are changing everyday, the frequent changing of jobs among talented employees drops customers credibility and high-quality service. From a management viewpoint, re-training cost of employees leads to economic loss and the company suffers from financial problems. As a result, it creates vicious circle in the beauty industry. Today, the management atmosphere in the beauty service is hard to get its right track because of the cutthroat competitions of beauty industry and difficulties of hiring promising employees. It has been said that "Nothing ventured, Nothing gained" Above all, the beauty service requires job speciality and it produces economic profits. Therefore, the managers desperately need to change the way they regard those with job changers. In this research shows the principal index of the leadership type of beauty business managers how much affects its employees' long-term working condition. The new concept of leadership, such as alternative suggestions, setting goals, and organization civil action will reorganize the stereo-type frame. I will also investigate the factors of job changing and intention of the beauty service employees for the development option of the beauty industry.

  • It's important to develop Metadata standard to manage a large of marine geospatial data such as observation, ocean survey, satellite image more effectively. If we use metadata in Marine GIS we can make sense marine geospatial data, make the most of marine dataset. International standard organization's work and NGIS's standard are a good example to illustrate metadata standard's importance. But we don't have metadata standard for marine dataset, so it's difficult to search and use geospatial data In this paper, we presented common marine metadata element, and composited metadata implementation schema. Making Aids of Magnetic Resonacnce Image Susing 3D Printing Technology (3D 프린트를 활용한 자기공명영상검사 보조기구 제작)

  • MRI scan is a useful method in the diagnosis of musculoskeletal excellent contrast of the organization. Depending on the patient's musculoskeletal examinations state the type of aids provided the aid is used there is also challenging as well as the costs do not vary. This study was produced by the use of 3D printing technology, an MRI aids. Aids in the production process, then through 3D modeling and then convert stl files using (3D MAX.2014, Fusion360) slicing programs (Cubicreater 2.1ver., Cura 15.4ver) converted to G-code printed on the FDM scheme (Cubicon Style, output was MICRO MAKE). Output is, but in the FDM to evaluate the SNR on the MRI images were compared to the test is the case before use, and then to produce a Water Phantom case of a PLA, ABS, a TPU thickness 3mm, using aids before, It was evaluated in a clinical image after qualitatively. Obtaining an image of SNR Warter Phantom appeared to have been evaluated as T1 NON $123.778{\pm}28.492$, PLA $123.522{\pm}28.373$, ABS $124.461{\pm}25.716$, TPU $124.843{\pm}27.272$. T2 NON $127.421{\pm}26.949$, was rated as PLA $124.501{\pm}27.768$, ABS $128.663{\pm}26.549$, TPU $130.171{\pm}25.998$. The results did not show statistically significant differences. The use of assistive devices before and after images Clinical evaluation method palliative $3.20{\pm}0.88$, $3.95{\pm}0.76$ after using the aids used to aid improved the quality of the image. Production of the auxiliary mechanism using a future 3D printing is expected are thought to be used clinically, it can be an aid making safe and comfortable than the inspection of the patient is an alternative to improve the problems of the aids used in the conventional do.
