$AgGaSe_2$ 단결정 박막 성장과 광전기적 특성 (Growth and Optoelectrical Properties for $AgGaSe_2$ Single Crystal Thin Films)

  • The stochiometric $AgGaSe_2$ polycrystalline mixture of evaporating materials for the $AgGaSe_2$ single crystal thin film was prepared from horizontal furnace. To obtain the single crystal thin films, $AgGaSe_2$ mixed crystal and semi-insulating GaAs(100) wafer were used as source material and substrate for the Hot Wall Epitaxy (HWE) system, respectively. The source and substrate temperature were fixed at $630^{\circ}C$ and $420^{\circ}C$, respectively. The thickness of grown single crystal thin films is $2.1{\mu}m$. The single crystal thin films were investigated by photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction(DCXD) measurement. The carrier density and mobility of $AgGaSe_2$ single crystal thin films measured from Hall effect by van der Pauw method are $4.89{\times}10^{17}\;cm^{-3},\;129cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ at 293K, respectively. From the photocurrent spectrum by illumination of perpendicular light on the c - axis of the $AgGaSe_2$ single crystal thin film, we have found that the values of spin orbit splitting ${\Delta}S_o$ and the crystal field splitting ${\Delta}C_r$ were 0.1762 eV and 0.2494 eV at 10 K, respectively. From the photoluminescence measurement of $AgGaSe_2$ single crystal thin film, we observed free excition $(E_X)$ observable only in high quality crystal and neutral bound exciton $(D^o,X)$ having very strong peak intensity And, the full width at half maximum and binding energy of neutral donor bound excition were 8 meV and 14.1 meV, respectively. By Haynes rule, an activation energy of impurity was 141 meV.

  • Recently, people are paying attention to new forms of construction. For example, deviated from an enclosed type space, people have been interested in an atrium type and an arcade type spaces. In this study, we had hypothesis 'Indoor thermal environment will be influenced by the inflow rate of natural lights with temperature and humidity.' We selected a multi-complex cultural center and conducted this study. This place is consisted of atrium, arcade, and enclosed types. The three spaces were classified according to the type of spaces that have own features along with their forms. The atrium type space has ceiling and the side windows, and the arcade type space has ceiling windows. On the other hand, there are no windows or open parts in the enclosed type space. Three measurement points at each space were selected because of their huge space. Intensity of illumination, temperature and humidity were confirmed by the average value of three measurement points. In addition, surveys were conducted regarding indoor comfort elements in each space.

HEMP 상황 하 전술기동무선통신체계 안테나 유도전압 측정 및 분석 (Measurement and Analysis of Antenna Induced Voltage for Tactical Mobile Wireless Communication System under HEMP Environment)

  • 고고도 전자기 펄스(HEMP)의 상황은 고고도 핵폭발로 인해 발생한다. HEMP상황은 위협 레벨 조사(TLI)를 통해 HEMP 상황을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전술기동무선통신체계의 안테나 종류에 따른 유도 전압을 위협 레벨 조사로 측정 및 분석 하였다. HEMP의 영향을 받으면 전자 장비가 마비되거나 손상 될 수 있다. HEMP 방호 필터는 전원선 및 신호선용으로 상용화되어 있다. 그러나 안테나용 HEMP 필터는 상용화가 부족한 편이며 존재하더라도 낙뢰보호용으로 제작되어 있다. 안테나의 주파수와 종류에 따라 적절한 HEMP 방호 필터를 만들기 위해 유도 전압을 측정하고 외삽법을 통해 최대 유도 전압을 분석하였다. 측정 결과 HF, VHF, UHF 대역과 같이 주파수가 증가할수록 측정된 유도전압은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

건물 개보수의 의사결정과정에서 필요한 실내의 빛환경 측정 및 시뮬레이션 -사례중심으로- (Measurement and Simulation of Interior Luminous Environment for the Decision Process of Building Remodeling)

  • 건물 개보수의 의사결정과정에서는 개보수후의 건물의 경제적 가치 및 건물의 현재 상태에 대한 철저한 조사가 필요하고, 에너지 절약적 개보수의 방향 설정을 위해서는 정확한 진단과 신뢰성 있는 개보수 대안이 제시되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 건물의 개보수를 계획하고 있던 서울 K사의 본관 및 별관의 사무 공간과 서울 S호텔 객실 공간의 빛환경 측정사례를 통해 건물 조명시스템의 개보수 과정을 고찰해보고자 한다. 이 사례들에서 측정된 빛 환경요소를 통해 현재 상태에 대한 진단과 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의한 개보수의 대안을 제시하였다.

두 가지 배광을 갖는 LED 횡단보도 조명장치에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Novel LED Lighting Fixture for Crosswalk Having Two Different Light Distributions)

  • Recently, LED lighting fixtures for crosswalk become popular in order to recognize the pedestrians at crosswalk, which can enhance the safety of the pedestrian at crosswalk. However, there are several problems related to the LED lighting fixtures for crosswalk, such as a lot of energy consumption due to a constant illumination during night and glaring of pedestrians at the opposite side of crosswalk. In this study, in order to overcome these problems, we have investigated a novel LED lighting fixture for crosswalk, which has two modules with different angles ($60^{\circ}$, $120^{\circ}$). Illuminance of min and max at four-line city street crosswalk shown 50 Lux, 125 Lux, respectively. Illuminance of min and max at eight-line city street crosswalk shown 150 Lux, 200 Lux, respectively. Simulation investigation was optimized design using optical program. Prototype was verified measurement by goniometer system.

  • The stochiometric mix of evaporating materials for the CuGaSe$_2$ single crystal thin films was prepared from horizontal furnace. To obtain the single crystal thin films, CuGaSe$_2$ mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by the Hot Wall Epitaxy (HWE) system. The source and substrate temperature were 610$^{\circ}C$ and 450$^{\circ}C$, respectively The crystalline structure of single crystal thin films was investigated by the photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXD). From the photocurrent spectrum by illumination of perpendicular light on the c-axis of the CuGaSe$_2$ single crystal thin film, we have found that the values of spin orbit splitting Δ So and the crystal field splitting ΔCr were 91 meV and 249.8 meV at 20 K, respectively. From the Photoluminescence measurement on CuGaSe$_2$ single crystal thin film, we observed free excition (Ex) existing only high quality crystal and neutral bound exiciton (D$^{\circ}$,X) having very strong peak intensity. Then, the full-width-at-half-maximum(FWHM) and binding energy 7f neutral acceptor bound excision were 8 meV and 35.2 meV, respectivity. By Haynes rule, an activation energy of impurity was 355.2 meV

자연채광성능 평가를 위한 태양고정형 Heliodon의 유용성 검증에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Validation of Heliodon for Daylighting Performance Evaluation)

  • Architects may evaluate building models to see how a building will shadow itself and its neighbors at various times. A heliodon, a tilt-table which is a machine that imitates the rotation and orbit of the Earth, helps architects wanting to analyze patterns of shadow patch, passive solar heating options, site solar panels, or control solar heat gain. The heliodon swivels in three directions for setting latitude, season, and time of day. Using the device, an architect first clamps a model to the tabletop, then turns the table to the coordinates of interest. Usually, the winter and summer solstices receive strong attention, for they represent extreme cases, A more recent installation at a university adds to its heliodon a set of lamps to recreate the illumination level and more accurate patterns of shadow patch. The table holds the building model at various angles to a spotlight, which mounts in the pole. The set of scale model measurement describes the validity of various electric lamps as an artificial sun to approximate the sun's parallel rays, helping designers to distinguish between illuminated areas in and around a building and those regions falling in the shadows.

Improvement of Contour Fringes by using Addition of Incremental Images

  • Electronic speckle contouring(ESC) based on electronic speckle pattern interferometry is the optical method for measuring object shape by using fringe-projection techniques. This method has the advantages of being non-contact, non-destructive and a whole-field measurement of the surface under investigation. Fringes in ESC represent the difference in depth along the view direction between the master wavefront and the test component. The contour maps of three-dimensional diffuse objects can be obtained by small shifts of optical fiber carrying the dual-object-beams and 4-frame phase shifting. In this study we proposed the contouring method by shifting the collimated illumination beams through optical fiber in order to obtain the contour fringe patterns. And also, we performed the addition of incremental images through the geometrical analysis to obtain the contour fringe interval when we performed the incremental addition of images and experiments based on this method. We obtained both quantitative increment without decorrelation effect and qualitative improvement by reducing the noise of contour fringes.

Langmuir Probe를 이용한 유도결합형 플라즈마의 전자 밀도 측정 (Electron Density Measurement of Inductively Coupled Plasma Using Langmuir Probe)

  • In this paper, electrical characteristics of inductively coupled plasma in an electrodeless fluorescent lamp were investigated using a Langmuir probe with a variation of argon gas pressure. The RF output was applied in the range of $5{\sim}50W$ at 13.56MHz. The internal plasma voltage of the chamber and the probe current were measured while varying the supply voltage to the Langmuir probe in the range of $-100V{\sim}+100V$. When the pressure of argon gas was increased, electric current was decreased. There was a significant electric current increase from l0W to 30W. Also, when the RF power was increased, electron density was increase. This implies that this method can be used to find an optimal RF power for efficient light illumination in an electrodeless fluorescent lamp.

나노-펄스 노출에 따른 비정질(InTe)x(GeTe)y박막의 결정화 속도 평가 (An evaluation on crystallization of amorphous (InTe)x(GeTe)y thin films by nano-pulse illumination)

  • In this work, we report several experimental data capable of evaluating the phase transition characteristics of (InTe)x(GeTe)y (x = 0.1, 0.3, y =1) pseudo-binary thin films. (InTe)x(GeTe)y phase change thin films have been prepared by thermal evaporator. The crystallization characteristics of amorphous (InTe)x(GeTe)y thin films were investigated by using nano-pulse scanner with 658 nm laser diode (power : 1~17 mW, pulse duration : 10~460 ns) and XRD measurement. It was found that the crystalline speed of In-Ge-Te thin films are faster than $Ge_2Sb_2Te_5$[1] and also the crystalline temperature is higher. Changes in the optical transmittance of as-deposited and annealed films were measured using a UV-VIS-IR spectrophotometer and four-point probe was used to measure the sheeresistance of InGeTe films annealed at different temperature.
