국내 공연장 안전관리 실태 및 개선 대책에 관한 연구 (Improving Current Status of Safety Management for Domestic Performance Theatre)

  • It is a fact that domestic performance art has been sharply progressed but it is focused on only performance quality technique, not on safety of performers and the audience. It is a pity that people's effort to keep safe stage environment have not traced to innovative change, eventually leading to be forced to perform under hazardous condition. This study is to find out and identify that domestic regulation and accident cases are investigated and compared with cases of advanced countries, to verify that performer and the audience are main elements to develop performance art. And it is to show more effective safety measure after pointing out hazardous elements. Research change is limited to review only performance ones of all cultural facilities and to review accident cases from these places to show reasonable safety measures for stage facilities. Operation manager covers almost all of areas such as devices, management, despite a fact that they take charge of stage facilities, illumination, sounds, already. Some conclusions are as follows; 1) performance theatre-related regulations should be established again. domestic safety standards for performance theatre safety should be established. 2) characteristic and purpose of performance place should be clarified at the stage planning and design of them 3) operation expert performance place is required to be trained to cover emergency situation at any time.

학교보건사업을 통한 건강증진 사업에 대한 연구 (A Study on School Health Promotion Services)

  • The study was designed to gain necessary basic data in order to grasp the health knowledge, attitude, and practice level of students and teachers of elementary, middle and high schools. This study was conducted through interviews of 3,400 students and 1,022 teachers attending 14 different schools large, middle and small cities and rural towns during a period of nine months (from Oct. 2 1995 to Jun. 30 1996). By the results of this study, the recommendations can be summarized as follows: 1. A school health development committee should be established of 10 members: school health related teachers (physical trainers, nurses, and teachers in charge of health), parents, persons related to health administration, local medical doctors, and student reprensentatives in order to support and immplement school health development plans. 2. Like advanced countries, a health class of 2~4 hours should beplaced in middle and high schools. A nurse majoring in health from a university should be the teacher. 3. A curriculum of health should contain the following: education on health, sex, alcohol, tabacco, the misuse of the drugs, the structure and function of human body, the growth of the body, mental health, safety and emergency care, the prevention of disease, proper eating habits and nutrition, daily health life, family health education, society health, community health, environmental pollution and individual responsibility. 4. Create a school health promotion center, with a nurse's office, and a sports center which has health machines (bars, aerobics, training, twist machine, belt massage, running machine, bench press, chest waist, hack hip extension machine) as well as a physical strength measuring machine (muscular strength, alertness, flexibility, endurance, lung functions and so on), so that the teaching staff and students can use them and train their bodies. 5. Through a refresher education program, urge teachers to understand school health promotion services. 6. Regulate a standard and establish a system of monitoring the physical enviroment of the school (the height of desks and chairs, illumination facilities, ventilation facilities, safe drinking water). 7. Create a check list of health to evaluate improvement.

가로공간 보행증진을 위한 보행만족도 평가 - 행정중심복합도시 1지구 상업·주거지역을 대상으로 - (Satisfaction Evaluation for the Pedestrian Improvement of Street Spaces - Focused on the Commercial and Residential Areas in the First District of Administrative-Centered City -)

  • 여성, 아이, 노인, 장애인 등 보행약자를 위한 보행친화가로를 조성하기 위하여, 차량 중심에서 보행자 중심으로 바뀌고 있는 도시환경변화의 패러다임을 반영시켜야 하며, 이를 통해 도시 가로의 보행환경의 질을 높이고, 보편적 이동권을 확보하여 사회통합을 유도해야 한다. 본 연구는 세종특별자치시 행정중심복합도시 1지구에 위치한 상업 주거지역 주변의 가로공간을 대상으로 보행도로 현황을 분석하고 파악하여, 보행환경을 향상시킬 수 있는 보행증진방안을 제안하고자 수행하였다. 연구 대상지의 물리적 환경을 파악하기 위해 위성지도와 수치지도를 사용하였으며, 조사 지역의 기본자료에 대해서 정리하고, 가로 현황과 보행 환경에 대하여 현장 조사를 결과를 바탕으로 사용자에 대하여 의식과 만족도를 평가하기 위해 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 총 315부의 설문지가 분석되었으며, 조사 대상지 4곳의 보행서비스 수준은 모두 최상급인 A급이었으며, 녹지 시설의 배치도 비교적 충분한 것으로 파악되었다. 연구 분석 결과, 요인분석을 통해 영향력 있는 요인들은 높은 순서에 따라 디자인>편리성>가로수 및 휴게시설>안전성>안전 보호시설>교통 및 안내시설>연속성>노면 기본상태>쾌적성 이다. 주거지역: 교통 및 안내 시설>노면 기본 상태>쾌적성>편리성>연속성>디자인>조명 및 범죄 방지시설>안전성>가로수 및 휴게시설로 나타났다.

근대 이상주거 고댕의 사회궁전에 나타나는 건축특성 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Characteristics of Godin's Social Palace System of Modern Ideal Housing)

  • This study analyzes the architectural characteristics of Godin's Social Palace system of ideal housing for laborers during the 19th century. Utopian socialists in the first half of the 19th century proposed different solutions to reform their chaotic capitalist society, in response to the maladies of the Industrial Revolution. Fourier designed an ideal housing referred to as the Phalanstere, in which residences coexisted in a cooperative society. His disciples tried in vain to make this ideal housing system real. The only realization of this type of ideal housing was called Godin's Social Palace, which was constructed in Guise, France. The main architectural characteristics of Godin's Social Palace are as follows: dwelling units in consideration of function and expansion are applied basically in the housing. Further, a natural ventilation system is applied between housing and courtyard, and water supply is established in the housing. In Particular, natural lighting and artificial illumination are used in the entire building appropriately. In addition, a device which promotes a community between inhabitants is established. As for such modern facilities and social devices, inhabitants were able to live a more comfortable life. Hence, it is confirmed to have been one of the important factors for sustaining the Social Palace for more than 100 years.

전원생활에 대한 현대인의 욕구에 따른 펜션건축계획 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Plan of the Pension by Modern People's Desire for Rural Life)

  • This study focused on the architectural plan of the pension to meet modem people's desire for rural life, and the result of the study is as follows: First, the architectural plan for the characteristic of the location must apply the various architectural types considering the suburbs, tour and culture town, and community for the location improvement. Second, the architectural plan for the characteristic of the plot requires the encircled space and courtyard between buildings, the private gardens for the rooms, and the consideration of the surrounding environment. Above all, the plan for the subsidiary facilities is the most important. Third, the architectural plan for the characteristic of the plan requires the close connection with the outside, the wide opened view from the guest room, and the individual entrances for the guest rooms. Fourth, the architectural plan for the characteristic of the decorative design must consider the mass separation plan, the application of the facade design factors and eco-friendly environment materials, the night illumination plan, and the space program for the scenic view.

  • 최근 LED를 이용한 IT 기술이 많은 관심을 받고 있으며, 특히 무인시설물에서는 효율적으로 LED를 관리해야하기 때문에 통신 및 조명 제어기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 LED 특성상 FOI(Filed of Illumination)의 제약이 따르기 때문에 서비스의 범위와 커버리지가 제한적이라는 한계를 가지며, LED 제어의 경우 최근 스마트단말을 이용한 기술이 많이 보급되고 있으나 수많은 스마트단말의 OS 플랫폼에 종속적으로 프로그램을해야만 하는 번거로움이 있기 때문에 개발 비용적인 측면에서도 매우 비효율적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 LED 기반 IT기술의 서비스 이용범위를 유연하게 넓힐 수 있는 LED 지향각의 원격제어 기술을 제안하고, 단말환경에 독립적으로 효과적인 LED제어를 가능하게 하는 차세대 웹표준인 HTML5(Hypertext Mark-up Language 5)기반의 시스템을 제안하였으며, 제안 기술의 핵심 프로그램을 제시하고 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로써 유용성을 입증하였다.

지방도시 수변공간 이용자 행태 및 현황분석에 관한 연구 -남강, 태화강, 금호강을 중심으로- (A Study of Analysis of Present Condition and Users' Behavior on Waterfront in Local City -focusing on Nam river, Taewha river, Gumho river-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze present condition and users' behavior on waterfront in local city. To analyze the current physical statues and behavioral issues, 3 cities including Jinju city(Nam river), Ulsan city(Taewha river), and Dae-gu city(Gumho river) has chosen as research areas, the questionnaire and field survey were conducted in research areas focusing on post occupancy evaluation. In this study, it was found that main behaviors of waterfront were rest and exercise and overall satisfactions of waterfront were related to the decision-making for revisitation. However, unsatisfactory physical factors of waterfront were the position and number of facilities related to the behaviors such as rest, exercise, and bicycle riding. Especially, most unsatisfactory factor was the inadequate lighting in respect of intensity of illumination and position although much people had been used each waterfronts at nighttime. In conclusion it was thought that it was necessary to reinforce the program related to culture and leisure such as public performance and to establish infrastructure related to life-time sport and various outdoor exercise for waterfront activation.

USN 기반 EMC 인증환경 관리 시스템 (A EMC Certification Environment Management System using USN)

  • EMC(electromagnetic compatibility) 인증에서 현재까지는 인증사업자 등록 자격요건으로 인증시설 및 인증장비 등을 집중적으로 고려하였으나, 향후에는 인증 시험환경 또한 엄격하게 제한할 것으로 예견되고 있다. 현재 인증 시험환경을 국제표준으로 제정하고자 하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 인증산업의 시장경쟁력 및 부가가치를 높이기 위한 목적으로 온도, 습도, 조도, 일/이산화탄소, 자기장, 인체감지 등을 실시간 자동으로 측정하여 원격에서 자동으로 모니터링하고, 적정한 측정환경을 유지할 수 있는 시스템을 USN(ubiquitous sensor network) 기반으로 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템의 유용성은 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

교사환경기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Environmental Standards of School Building)

  • The purpose of this study was, through analyzing the previous researches, to grasp the present status of environment of school building(ESB), research the sundry records of each element and, through comparative analysis of the standard of ESB in Korea, the United States, and Japan, select the normative standard of ESB, to clarify the point at issue presented in Regulation of Construction & facility Management for Elementary and and Secondary School in Korea, and to suggest an alternative preliminary standard of ESB. To carry out a research for this purpose, these were required: 1. to investigate the existing present status of ESB, 2. to make a comparative analysis of the standard of ESB in each country, 3. to suggest the normative standard of preliminary standard of ESB, 4. to analyze the controversial points of the standard of ESB in Korea, 5. to suggest an alternative preliminary standard of ESB. The conclusions were as follows: 1. Putting, through analyzing the previous researches, the existing present status of ESB together, it seemed that lighting environment, indoor air environment and noise environment were all in poor conditions. 2. In the result of a comparative analysis of the standard of ESB in Korea, Japan and the United States, in Korea the factors of each lighting and indoor air environment were not presented properly, in Japan, in lighting environment aspect, the standard on natural lighting and the factors on brightness were not presented., and in the USA the essential factors of each environment were throughly presented. In the comparison of the standards on each factor, Korea showed that the standard level presented was less properly prescribed than those of the USA and Japan but it also showed that the standard levels prescribed in the USA and in Japan were mostly similar to the standard levels in records investigated. 3. With the result of the normative standard selection on School Builiding environment factor of prescribed in this study, the controversial points of the standard of ESB in Korea were analyzed and the result was utilized to suggest new preliminary standard of ESB. 4. As the result of the analysis of the controversial points of the standard of ESB in Korea, it was found that the standard of ESB in Korea should be established on a basis of School Health Act and be concretely presented in School Health Regulation and School Health Rule. The factors of each environment was improperly presented in the existing standard of ESB in Korea. Moreover the standard of them was inferior to that of the records investigated and those of in the USA and in Japan and it also showed that the standard of it in Korea was improper to maintain Comfortable Learning Environment. 5. A suggested preliminary standard of ESB acquired through above study as follows: 1) In this study a new kind of preliminary standard of ESB is divided into lighting environment, indoor air environment, noise environment, odor environment and for above classification, reasonable factor and standard should be established and the controling way on each standard and countermeasures against it should be considered. 2) In lighting environment, the factors of natural lighting are divided into daylight rate, brightness, glare. In the standard on each factor, daylight rate should secure 5% of a mean daylight rate and 2% of a minimum daylight rate, brightness ratio of maximum illumination to minimum illumination should be under 10:1, and in glare there should not be an occurrence factor from a reflector outside of the classroom. And the factors of unnatural lighting are illumination, brightness, and glare. In the standard on each factor, illumination should be 750 lux or more, brightness ratio should be under 3 to 1, and glare should not occur. And Optimal reflection rate(%) of Colors and Facilities of Classroom which influences lighting environment should be considered. 3) In indoor air environment factors, thermal factors are divided into (1) room temperature, (2) relative humidity, (3) room air movement, (4) radiation heat, and harmful gases (5) CO, (6) $CO_2$ that are proceeded from using the heating fuel such as oval briquettes, firewood, charcoal being used in most of the classroom, and finally (7) dust. In the standard on each factor, the next are necessary; room temperature: $16^{\circ}C{\sim}26^{\circ}C$(summer : $E.T18.9{\sim}23.8^{\circ}C$, winter: $E.T16.7{\sim}21.7^{\circ}C$), relative humidity: $30{\sim}80%$, room air movement: under 0.5m/sec, radiation heat: under $5^{\circ}C$ gap between dry-bulb temperature and wet-bulb temperature, below 1000 ppm of ca and below 10ppm of $CO_2$, dust: below 0.10 $mg/m^3$ of Volume of dust in indoor air, and ventilation standard($CO_2$) for purification of indoor air : once/6 min.(about 7 times/40 min.) in an airtight classroom. 4) In the standard on noise environment, noise level should be under 40 dB(A) and the noise measuring way and the countermeasures against it should be considered. 5) In the standard on odor environment, odor level under Physical Method should be under 2 degrees, and the inspecting way and the countermeasures against it should be considered.

제주특별자치도 중학교 가정실의 실내환경 및 시설.설비 현황에 관한 연구 (Study on the Indoor Environment and Status of Facilities and Equipments of Home Economics Practice Rooms of Middle Schools in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province)

  • 이 연구는 제주특별자치도 중학교 가정실의 실내환경 및 시설 설비 현황에 대해 조사 분석하여 문제점을 파악하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법은 현장조사와 설문조사를 채택하였다. 현장조사는 제주특별자치도내 중학교 41개교 중 10개교를 선정하여 2006년 8월 16일부러 9월 30일까지 온도, 습도, 조도, 교구실태를 조사하였고, 설문조사는 제주특별자치도 41개 중학교 기술 가정과 교사 95명을 대상으로 2005년 11월 1일부터 2005년 11월 23일까지 우편을 통해 조사하였다. 현장측정을 하면서 회수된 설문지들을 포함하여 총 95부중 64부가 회수되었으며 응답한 설문지 중 유효한 61부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win.12.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율 분석을 하였다. 연구결과를 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들은 가정실 크기에 대해 불만을 느끼고 있지만 가정실의 크기에 대한 명확한 기준이 없어 가정실 크기에 대한 기준이 필요하다. 둘째, 설문조사와 현장조사 결과 가정실의 여름 겨울철 실내온도는 부적당한 것으로 나타났다. 섯째, 현재 각각 설치되어 있는 형태의 작업대, 개수대, 가스대 형태는 비효율적이다. 넷째, 환기시설을 갖추고 있는 곳은 많지만 환기는 잘 이루어지지 않아 환기시설이 미흡하다. 다섯째, 소화기 외에 다른 안전시설이 미비하므로 안전시설 확충이 필요하다. 여섯째, 교구보유율이 매우 낮으며 교구가 조리기초 영역에 편중되어 있다. 결론적으로 제주특별자치도 중학교 가정실의 실내환경은 온 습 조도 및 환기 설비가 전반적으로 미흡하고, 가정실의 구조가 비효율적 동선을 이루고 있으며, 시설 설비 현황은 오래된 건물과 낮은 교구보유율로 매우 낙후되어있는 상태이다. 그러므로 이러한 문제점들을 개선하기 위하여 실내환경과 시설 설비 관련 기준에 맞추어 시설 설비 개선 및 교구 확충이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 필요가 있다. 학생들의 가치관이 다양화되고 있는 만큼 의생활에 흥미와 관심과 의욕을 가질 수 있도록 충실한 의생활교육이 요구되는 시대에 맞게, 내용은 물론 수업체제를 발전시키는 것이 큰 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이렇게 변화하는 사회, 생활에 학교교육이 발맞춰 나가기 위해서는 교육과정의 틀을 바꾸는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니므로, 교과서의 내용을 교육과정 개정주기보다 자주 정기적으로 개편하여 내용을 수정, 보완할 수 있도록 그 방법을 모색해야 할 것이다.1{\pm}10.8%$, 여자 $54.6{\pm}9.9%$로 조사되었다. 칼슘의 섭취량은 평균필요량에 비해 전체 $74.9{\pm}31.9%$로 나타났다. 에너지 섭취량에 있어서 남자 노인들은 모두가 필요추정량의 75% 미만을 섭취하고 있었고 여자 노인의 경우에도 97%가 필요추정량의 75% 미만을 섭취하여 에너지 섭취량이 매우 낮았다 반면에 단백질 섭취량에 있어서는 남자 노인의 경우 100%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하였고, 여자 노인의 경우에는 91%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하여 대조적이었다. 비타민 A와 E는 각각 평균필요량과 충분섭취량의 125%를 초과하는 비율이 높게 나타난 반면에 비타민 $B_2$는 특히 남자 노인에서 평균필요량의 75%미만을 섭취한 비율이 높게 나타났다. 엽산 섭취량에 있어서는 평균필요량의 75% 미만을 섭취한 비율이 전체 96%로 나타나 심각한 부족상태로 조사되었다 반면에 철의 섭취량은 남녀 모두 100%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하여 섭취한 것으로 나타났다. 아연의 섭취량은 남자 17%,여자 15%가 평균필요량의 75% 미만을 섭취한 것으로 조사되었다. 에너지와 엽산은 모든 노인들에서 평균필요량에 미달되게 섭취한 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 단백질과 철분은 남녀 노인 모두에서 평균필요량 보다 적게 섭취한
