The work of creating character motion needs the higher professional technology and sense and the creating work of realistic and natural motion possess the most part of production term. In this paper we introduce the easy and convenient 3D animation authoring tool which makes the motion based on whole-body inverse kinematics and motion editing function. The proposed 3D animation authoring tool uses the forward kinematics using quaternion and whole-body inverse kinematics to determine the rotation and displacement of skeleton. Also, it provides the motion editing function using multi-level B-spline with quasi-interpolant. By using the proposed tool, we can make 3D animation easily and conveniently.

This article concerns a ring property which preserves the reversibility of elements at nonzero idempotents. A ring R shall be said to be quasi-reversible if $0{\neq}ab{\in}I(R)$ for a, $b{\in}R$ implies $ba{\in}I(R)$, where I(R) is the set of all idempotents in R. We investigate the quasi-reversibility of 2 by 2 full and upper triangular matrix rings over various kinds of reversible rings, concluding that the quasi-reversibility is a proper generalization of the reversibility. It is shown that the quasi-reversibility does not pass to polynomial rings. The structure of Abelian rings is also observed in relation with reversibility and quasi-reversibility.

We study the structure of right regular commutators, and call a ring R strongly C-regular if ab - ba ∈ (ab - ba)²R for any a, b ∈ R. We first prove that a noncommutative strongly C-regular domain is a division algebra generated by all commutators; and that a ring (possibly without identity) is strongly C-regular if and only if it is Abelian C-regular (from which we infer that strong C-regularity is left-right symmetric). It is proved that for a strongly C-regular ring R, (i) if R/W(R) is commutative, then R is commutative; and (ii) every prime factor ring of R is either a commutative domain or a noncommutative division ring, where W(R) is the Wedderburn radical of R.

영상 신호처리는 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있으며, 영상 데이터는 전송 과정에서 여러 가지 원인으로 열화가 발생된다. 일반적으로 salt and pepper 잡음 환경에 의해 훼손된 영상의 잡음을 제거하는 대표적인 방법에는 CWMF, A-TMF, AWMF 등이 있으며 이 필터들은 고밀도 잡음 환경에서 잡음제거 특성이 다소 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 중심화소가 비잡음인 경우 원 화소로 대치하고, 잡음인 경우 국부 마스크를 네 방향으로 세분화하여 선형 보간법을 이용하여 원 화소를 추정하고 추정된 화소에 공간 가중치를 적용하여 처리하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 salt and pepper 잡음(P = 50%)에 훼손된 House 영상에서 26.86[dB]의 높은 PSNR을 보이고 있고, 기존의 CWMF, A-TMF, AWMF에 비해 각각 16.46[dB], 12.28[dB], 12.32[dB] 개선되었다.

이 논문에서는 900 MHz 대 RFID 휴대 리더용 안테나의 대역폭을 광역화하기 위해 동축 프로브 주위에 실린더 형태의 비아를 갖는 구조의 원편파 마이크로스트립 안테나를 제안한다. 유전율 4.4의 FR4 기판으로 제작한 두께 6.4 mm, 크기 $84{\times}84\;mm$ 안테나의 반사 손실 10 dB 대역폭은 92 MHz로 비아가 없는 같은 치수의 마이크로 스트립 안테나에 비해 대역폭이 약 3배 이상 확장되는 것을 측정을 통해 확인하였다. 10 dB 대역폭 내에서 이득과 축비는 각각 $0.01{\sim}1.825\;dB$, $2.3{\sim}8.2\;dB$ 범위에 있다.

최근, 디지털 영상처리 장치에 대한 수요가 급격히 증대되면서 영상의 우수한 화질이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 디지털 영상을 획득, 처리, 전송하는 과정에서 여러 외부 원인에 의해 영상의 열화가 발생되며, 영상 열화의 주된 원인은 잡음에 의한 것으로 알려져 있다. 영상에 첨가되는 잡음에는 다양한 종류가 있으며 AWGN이 대표적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 AWGN 환경에서 국부 마스크의 표준편차를 적용한 임계값을 사용하여, 그 값에 따라 서로 다르게 처리하는 평균필터 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 제안한 알고리즘은 AWGN(${\sigma}=15$)인 Baboon 영상에서 24.56[dB]의 높은 PSNR을 보이고 있고, 기존의 MF, CWMF, AWMF에 비해 각각 3.34[dB], 2.57[dB], 3.32[dB] 개선되었다.

본 논문에서는 제한된 웨이퍼 공간을 효율적으로 사용하기 위해서, 여파기의 크기를 소형화시키고 스커트 특성을 향상시킨 다중 결합 선로 공진기를 제안하였다. 다중 결합 선로 공진기는 반 파장 개방 선로를 여러 번 구부린 형태로서 공진기의 크기를 소형화시키고, 각 선로의 상호 인덕턴스 성분에 의해서 공진기와 공진기 사이의 결합력을 감소시킬 수 있었다. 다중 결합 선로 공진기를 이용하여 공진기 사이 거리에 따른 결합 계수와 급전 위치에 따른 external Q를 구해서 12폴 여파기를 설계하였다. 중심 주파수 1.79 GHz, 3 dB 대역폭 7.62 MHz로 제작된 고온초전도 여파기는 통과 대역의 아래쪽에서 70 dB/MHz, 위쪽에서 41 dB/MHz의 가파른 스커트 특성을 보이고 있다.

Objective : This study was carried out for the purpose of proving the effect of anti-allergic efficacy on B cells and the mast cells of the BALB/C mouse by the abstraction from a Moutan cortex. Methods & Results : In order to know what the effect of an abstraction from Moutan cortex and about the expression of CD23 and IgE, IC-2 cell (mouse mast precursor cells that was dependent on IL-3), it was necessary to be activated. We then analyzed it from the flow of cytometry on the increase and the divorce of the B cells activated by anti-CD40. In order to know what the effect of it was on the organization of cytokine gene expression from the increase and divorce of the B cells and allergic acting by Moutan cortex, we found it necessary to examine the IC-2 cells and B cells. At the same time, as we examined the histamine release of IC-2 cells by ELISA method, we also examined the effect of Moutan cortex on the increase and divorce of the B cells by 3H-thymidine uptake method. We then analyzed the release of IL-4, IgE and histamine. Conclusions : As a results, Moutan Cortex promoted blood supply by extending the blood vessel of nasal mucous, which was contracted by the hypertrophied nasal mucous.
