This study was carried out to development the environment-friendly control method of Myzus persicae using Beauveria bassiana and Environment-friendly agricultural materials (EFAM). Germination rate the dried conidia of B. bassiana was 90 percent at $24{\sim}27^{\circ}C$ temperature condition. Mortality of M. persicae was 56.7% at $1{\times}10^7$ cfu/ml conidia concentration. Four EFAM such as Pachungtan, Wangjungwang, Newbiodakill, Muginchon were low toxicity to B. bassiana growth. Among them, Muginchon (derris extract) and Wangjungwang (neem extract) could have synergistic effect to aphid mortality when mixing treat with B. bassiana, which protection value was 99% in 3 days after treat.

Objective : The aim of this research was to investigate the depressive effect of depletion of B15(心兪), B23(腎兪), L5(尺澤), B40(委中) in hypertentive stroke patients. Methods : Depletion on B15(心兪), B23(腎兪), L5(尺澤), B40(委中) in hypertentive stroke patient who were admitted in Dong-Seo Oriental Medical Hospital every other day form 4 weeks, without western antihypertensive drug. Results : After treatment in 2nd week, depletion on B15(心兪), B23(腎兪), L5(尺澤), B40(委中) without western antihypertensive drug increased the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. After treatment in 4th week, depletion on B15(心兪), B23(腎兪), L5(尺澤), B40(委中) without western antihypertensive drug decreased the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. After treatment in 4th week, values of RBC and hemoglobine were not significantly changed. Conclusions : Continous depletion on B15(心兪), B23(腎兪), L5(尺澤), B40(委中) in hypertentive stroke patient without western antihypertensive drug implies decreasement of blood pressure, without change of values of RBC and hemoglobine.

Expression of the NF-$textsc{k}$B-dependent genes responsible for inflammation, such as TNF-$\alpha$, IL-1$\beta$, and nitric oxide synthase (NOS), contributes to chronic inflammation which is a major cause of neurodegenerative diseases (i.e. Alzheimer＇s disease). Although NF-$textsc{k}$B plays a biphasic role in different cells like neurons and microglia, controlling the activation of NF-$textsc{k}$B is important for its negative feedback in either activation or inactivation. In this study, we found that ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) inhibited I$textsc{k}$B$\alpha$ degradation to block expression of the NF-$textsc{k}$B-dependent genes in microglia when activated by $\beta$-amyloid peptide (A$\beta$). We also showed that when microglia is activated by $A\beta$42, the expression of A20 is suppressed. These findings place A20 in the category of ' protective ' genes, protecting cells from pro-inflammatory reper-toires induced in response to inflammatory stimuli in activated microglia via NF-$textsc{k}$B activation. In light of the gene and proteins for NF-$textsc{k}$B-dependent gene and inactivator for NF-$textsc{k}$B (I$textsc{k}$B$\alpha$), the observations now reported suggest that UDCA plays a role in supporting the attenuation of the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and NO via inactivation of NF-$textsc{k}$B. Moreover, an NF-$textsc{k}$B inhibitor such as A20 can collaborate and at least enhance the anti-inflammatory effect in microglia, thus giving a potent benefit for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as AD.uch as AD.

최근, 디지털 영상처리 장치에 대한 수요가 급격히 증대되면서 영상의 우수한 화질이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 디지털 영상을 획득, 처리, 전송하는 과정에서 여러 외부 원인에 의해 영상의 열화가 발생되고 잡음제거에 관한 연구가 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 영상에 첨가되는 AWGN(additive white Gaussian noise)을 제거하기 위해, 3 × 3 마스크 내의 화소 분포에 따라 3개의 레벨로 나누어 처리하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 AWGN (σ = 15)에 훼손된 Barbara 영상을 적용하여 처리한 결과, 기존의 MF(5 × 5), A-TMF(5 × 5), AWMF(5 × 5), MF (3 × 3), A-TMF(3 × 3), AWMF(3 × 3), GF(5 × 5)에 비해 각각 2.87[dB], 2.95[dB], 2.88[dB], 1.52[dB], 1.49[dB], 1.58[dB], 1.25[dB] 개선되었다.

강 제조 회사들은 연속주조금형의 표면을 보호하기 위해 Ni-B 또는 Ni-Co 합금 도금을 적용하고 있으며, 도금 층에 균열이 생기게 하는 황을 함유한 사카린 윤활제를 사용하고 있다. 균열 및 인장 응력을 유발하는 것은 Ni-S 화합물로 여겨진다. Ni-Mn-B 삼원합금은 Ni-S 화합물이 형성되기 이전에 Mn-S 화합물을 형성하여 균열을 억제하기 위해서 개발되었으나, Ni-Mn-B 합금 도금에 관한 국내나 해외 기준이 없다. 그리하여 새로이 개발된 Ni-Mn-B 도금을 평가하기 위한 신뢰성 평가기준을 개정하려한다. 가속수명시험을 개발하기 위해 FMEA(고장형태 영향분석)가 사용되어 도금의 주요 파괴 원인을 분석하였다. Ni-Mn-B 신뢰성 기준은 가속수명시험 방법을 포함하였고, 기본 성능 시험과 환경시험, 가속수명시험으로 분류되었으며, 80% 신뢰수준으로 B10수명 1 000시간을 보장하도록 고안되었다.

본 논문에서는 Ka-band에 대한 반사형 아날로그 위상변화기의 설계 및 제작결과를 기술하였다. 큰 위상 변화를 가지기 위해서 병렬의 GaAs hyperabrupt junction 바랙터 다이오드와 리액턴스 정합 방법을 사용하였으며 이론적인 설계공식도 도출하였다. Ka-band에서는 조립과정도 중요하며 조립과정중 발생할 수 있는 기생성분을 최소화하기 위한 조립절차도 포함하였다. 제작결과는 Ka-Band에서 기존 것보다 큰 220$^{\circ}$$\pm$7$^{\circ}$ 가변의 위상변화와 삽입손실이 5 dB$\pm$1 dB를 가진 우수한 성능의 측정된 결과를 얻었다.

본 논문에서는 UHF 대역 RFID 휴대 리더용 안테나로 원편파를 갖는 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나의 소형화를 제시한다. 제안된 안테나는 패치에 4개의 I 슬롯을 가지고 있으며, I 슬롯이 없는 같은 구조의 패치 안테나와 비교하여 안테나 크기가 감소하였다. 두께가 6.4 mm인 FR4 기판으로 제작된 안테나는 크기가 $76{\times}76\;mm$로 소형이면서, 반사 손실 -10 dB 대역폭은 $938{\sim}975\;MHz$, 대역폭 내 이득은 $-0.88{\sim}-2\;dBi$, 그리고 축비는 $3.27{\sim}13.21\;dB$를 가진다.

$1,000\;{\mu}g/ml$의 카드늄이 함유된 배지에서 배양된 고도 카드늄 내성 Hansenula anomala B-7의 intact cell은 카드늄이 함유되지 않은 배지에 재배양하면 쉽게 용균된다. 그러나 이 intact cell을 $1,000\;{\mu}g/ml$의 카드늄이 함유된 배지에 배양하면 용균이 일어나지 않을 뿐 아니라 왕성하게 재증식 한다. 더욱이 재배양할시 $Na^+$를 포함한 다른 금속을 배지에 첨가하더라도, 이 intact cell의 용균은 방지 되었다.

We have fabricated $MgB_2$thin films on (1 1 02)$ A1_2$$O_3$substrates by using a two-step method. Amorphous B thin films were deposited by a pulsed laser deposition technique and sintered in Mg vapor at various temperatures from 800 to $950^{\circ}C$. Superconducting properties of the thin films were investigated by temperature dependences of magnetization and critical current density. Structural studies were carried out by an x-ray diffraction and a scanning electron microscope. The films fabricated at $900^{\circ}C$ showed the highest transition temperature of 39 K and critical current density of ~$10^{7}$ A/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at 15 K.

We have studied superconducting properties of $Mg_{1-x}Al_xB_2$ single crystals from reversible magnetization measurements. It was found that the upper critical fields $H_{c2}$ were decreased for both H // c and H // ab as Al is substituted for Mg. As a result, the large anisotropy of $H_{c2}$ observed in pure $MgB_2$, which is considered as one of the characteristics of two-gap superconductor, was decreased with Al doping. On the other hand, the irreversibility fields $H_{irr}$ were increased for x = 0.1 and were significantly decreased for x = 0.2. In contrary to the anisotropy of $H_{c2}$, the anisotropy of $H_{irr}$ was increased as Al concentration increases.
