최근 스마트폰 확산과 함께 모바일 시장이 개방적인 PC진영으로 편입되면서 ICT 산업구조가 복잡한 개방적 생태계로 재편성되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 가치 네트워크(Value Network) 관점에서 타 산업 사업자간 상생적 협력관계 구축을 통한 수익배분 모델 등 주요 글로벌 ICT 리더들의 사업전략을 분석하고, 단말 및 서비스 플랫폼을 중심으로 하는 새로운 ICT 생태계의 진화방향을 전망하고자 한다. 특히 앱스 토어를 기반으로 하여 단말 플랫폼을 확장하는 애플의 전략 과 웹을 기반으로 하는 서비스 플랫폼을 통해 이용자의 접점을 확장하는 구글의 사업전략을 비교 분석하여 향후 글로벌 ICT 산업의 전망과 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

In recent years, future information and communication technology (ICT) has influenced and changed our lives. Without various ICT-based applications, we would have difficulty in securely storing, efficiently processing, and conveniently communicating information. In the future, ICT will play a very important role in the convergence of computing, communication, and all other computational sciences and application. ICT will also influence various fields including communication, science, engineering, industry, business, law, politics, culture, and medicine. 건물 부문의 에너지 절약방안으로 신재생에너지를 이용한 에너지 관리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 신재생에너지를 이용한 BEMS(Building and Enviromental Management System)를 설계하고, 이것을 구현하기 위한 Software Framework 를 설계한다.

Rapidly shifting to aging population is a global trend, and one of the challenging issue for the government, business and welfare perspective. In this paper, we focus on application potentials of information and communication technologies, to capture the insights for effectively coping with population aging issue. As the research for silver ICT field is rather limited, we adopt case study research method to extract policy implications and related foundation research agenda. As such, we first investigated comprehensive up-to-date trends, cases for innovative ICT applications, and policy initiatives mainly from the works of OECD nations. With reference to the review findings, we propose policy implications and guidelines for ICT innovations which contributes better quality of life and continuing job opportunities for silver population. The results provides insights for government policy initiative and further research in silver ICT area.

2008년 세계 금융위기 이후 미국, 독일, 일본 등 제조 강국을 중심으로 제조업의 중요성이 다시 부각되고 있다. 제조업의 선진화의 핵심은 ICT 융합이며, 크게 두 가지 방향에서 추진된다. 첫째는 기존 제조과정에 ICT 기술을 적용하여 자동화되고 지능화된 미래 스마트공장을 구축하는 것이다. 이는 기존 제조업이 노동, 자본 등의 요소 투입 의존적 성장이 아닌 ICT 기술융합을 통한 지속 가능한 성장을 유도하고자 하는 것이다. 둘째는 ICT 기술을 이용하여 기존의 생산체계를 맞춤형 제조 또는 개인화 제조로 변화시켜 신(新)제조서비스를 창출하는 것이다. 이는 ICT 융합을 통해 제조업에 개방형 혁신을 이루고, 제조의 서비스화를 통해 고부가가치화를 추진하고자 하는 것이다. 본고에서는 이러한 두 가지 배경하에서 ICT 기반의 미래 스마트공장의 개념과 관련기술에 대하여 논의하고자 한다.

본 논문은 POSCO ICT가 개발한 2MVA/500kWh급 BESS(Battery Energy Storage System)의 가파도 마이크로그리드 적용사례와 실증결과에 대해 기술하였다. 이를 위해 가파도 마이크로그리드 구성과 BESS 역할을 설명하였고, 적용된 기술을 소개하였다. 또한 시험항목과 의의를 서술하고, 시험결과를 통해 계통망의 전력품질 및 BESS 제어성능을 검증하였다.

ICT based convergence application is one of the most prevalent industrial issue these days. Despite of criticalness and potential economic opportunities of the ICT based convergence, theoretical research to analyze the feasibility and estimate the economic impact of the application is rather limited. This paper is intended to fill this research gap. In this respect, we develop theoretical framework to quantitatively estimate the differential benefits of convergent applications, which necessarily include underling ICT technology's contribution attributes extractions, and resulting value increments engendered from user's process effectiveness when ICT based service application is adopted. The research model to assess the differential value of the ICT based service application is developed, grounded on theoretical framework of TPC (Technology-to-performance chain) and contingency fit theories. Scenario based survey method is adopted, and SmartPLS 2.0. is used for statistical analysis of the structural equation model using 312 questionnaire. Valid statistical results are presented to provide useful insight.

ICT(information and communication technology) has played a pivotal role in the world economy, and the out look for ICT has improved markedly. One of the noticeable characteristics in the ICT sector Is the global rationalization of its technology and service. Specialization on the specific ICT capability is a pressing problem for many countries. Along the line of classical innovation cluster and network studies, this paper suggests a way to find and analyze the role of core technologies on the ICT network First, technology network is constructed by using patent citation data from USPTO. Then, a couple of cluster is generated by K-means clustering technique. Finally, brokerage analysis is applied to manifest the role of principal technologies. The network visualization and some stylized facts on dynamics are briefly given altogether Based on the role and relationship of technologies across clusters, it is expected that this research could contribute to the ICT cluster formation and the vision-making for ICT specialization at the viewpoint of technology Policy.

Due to the emergence of open innovation driven by development of network service technologies and convergence in ICT service industry, It is necessary for ICT service firms to examine their capabilities for open innovation. The purpose of this paper is to empirically examine determinants affecting open innovation in Korean ICT service industry. In order to analyze, this paper uses logistic and multiple regression models based on survey data of Korean ICT service firms. Estimation results show that external network for collaboration is positive on the technological innovation activity regardless of the innovation type. Specifically, user networks are significant in all types of technology innovation, revealing that it is important to innovation activities of the ICT service firms.

본 연구는 통합형 고등학교에서 교사가 ICT 활용 과학 수업을 수준에 맞춰 진행하였을 때 학생들의 과학 학습의 인식과 과학적 태도가 얼마나 신장되는지를 알아보고 또한 효과적인 ICT 활용 수업을 하기 위한 시사점을 얻는데 그 목적이 있다 연구 과정은 통합형고등학교 1학년 보통반 2개반 64명을 대상으로 통제 집단과 실험 집단으로 나눈 후, 통제집단은 전통적인 수업을 하고 실험집단에 대해서는 ICT를 활용한 수업을 한 후 ICT 할용한 수업이 학업 성취도 및 흥미도에 미치는 효과에 대하여 알아보았다. 실험 전에는 학생의 ICT활용 능력 검사를 실시 하였고, 실험 후에는 학업 성취도 검사, 학습 흥미도 검사 등을 실시하였다 연구 결과에 의하면 ICT 활용한 수업집단에서 학습 흥미도 에서 유의미한 결과가 나왔다 학생과 교사의 ICT활용능력을 향상 시키고 새로운 시대에 맞는 학습 개발의 중요성과 이것을 어떻게 효율적으로 잘 사용하느냐가 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다
