The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences of elementary and middle school students' ICT literacy. For this purpose, this study implemented ICT literacy test for students in 250 elementary- and 250 middle schools. The main categories of assessment include two components of 'literacy ability elements' and 'literacy content elements.' The main results are as follows. In terms of city size, Large City had the highest overall scores of ICT literacy test for both elementary and middle school students among the three groups(Large City, Middle/Small City, and Eup(Middle Town)/Myeon(Small Town)). Also, in terms of gender, female students had relatively higher overall scores of ICT literacy test than male students for both elementary and middle school levels.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has the potential to provide economic opportunities and help raise the social and political status of countries. For developing countries, ICT can be used as a tool for economic growth and social advancement in a short period of time. The benefits of ICT, however, are not only economic in nature. It can help improve professional skills, teaching quality, job creation, agricultural production, community involvement, and information use, personal relationships, and time use. These benefits are examples of how ICT has become an indispensable part of our lives. Myanmar is a developing country and is ranked low in the ICT Development Index. In terms of ICT development, Myanmar today is facing many issues such as a lack of telecommunication infrastructure, ICT awareness, electricity, and budget for ICT development. Among the economic reforms implemented by the recent government, the telecommunications sector has been opened up as a measure of economic reform. As a result of this reform, the telecommunications sector has been growing rapidly. Myanmar, however, remains behind other Asian countries. This paper discusses Myanmar's ICT infrastructure status, progress that has been made in the country's telecommunications over the last fifteen years, and the challenges that lie ahead.

본 연구는 2010년 이후로 다시 활성화가 된 NFC 기술을 이용하여 출석 체크 APP을 개발하고, 아두이노와 MySQL을 통해 데이터베이스를 생성, Node.js를 이용하여 서버를 구축함으로써 출석 체크 과정에서 발생하는 불필요한 시간 사용을 최소화하고 근거리 통신을 통해 확실한 출석 체크를 실현하기 위한 연구이다. 출석 체크시스템에서의 효율성과 정확성은 중요한 요소로서, 이를 위해 NFC 기술을 활용하여 신속하고 정확한 출석 체크를 수행하며, 데이터의 신뢰성과 보안성을 강화한다. 연구를 통해 출석 체크 시스템이 발생하는 인력과 시간의 절약 효과를 확인하고, 효율적인 출석 체크 관리를 위한 혁신적인 해결책을 제시한다. 이러한 연구는 출석 체크 시스템의 개선과 혁신을 이끌며, 다양한 조직이나 교육기관에서 확장될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 spring framework와 각 SNS들의 API를 활용한 각 플랫폼들을 한 사이트에 연동하여 사용자들이 손쉽게 관리하기 위하여 진행하였다. SNS 통합 플랫폼에서의 중요한 요소는 사용자들의 SNS 관리 시간을 단축시키는 것인데 이를 위해 플랫폼들의 게시물들을 한 곳에서 게시, 수정, 삭제 그리고 여러 플랫폼에 게시물을 동시에 업로드하는 기능과 게시물들을 필터링하는 기능을 제공하였다. 이를 통해 사용자의 편의성은 올라가며 더 효율적으로 게시물들을 관리하여 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.

본 고는 조기취업형 계약학과의 협약 산업체와 학생들 간의 정보 소통 및 포트폴리오 운영을 위한 자체 정보를 제공하는 웹 애플리케이션을 개발한 프로젝트를 소개한다. 해당 웹 애플리케이션은 대학과 기업이 협약을 통해 현장 실무 역량을 갖춘 인재를 양성하는 조기취업형 계약학과 관계자를 위해 제작하였으며 운영학과 및 교수 소개, 산업체 정보 및 산업체별 학생 정보와 웹 사용자의 의견 및 공지 사항을 제시할 수 있는 자유게시판, 다양한 형식의 자료를 업로드 가능한 자료실 콘텐츠로 구성되어 있다. 개발된 웹 애플리케이션은 학생과 협약기업과 같은 관계자들의 소통 장이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The information and communication technology (ICT) value creation process is inherently unobservable. In addition to the direct effect of ICT on productivity, some information or knowledge can create value through other knowledge activities. In this paper, we study the impact of ICT on productivity through R&D. We tested the mediating effect of R&D between ICT and productivity using panel data from 47 US industries from 1987 to 2013 from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The results show that R&D partially mediates ICT and productivity. That is, ICT directly increases productivity, and some of its effects can be realized through R&D. Recipients who acquire knowledge through ICT have to interpret codified ideas and apply them to practice. The increased absorptive capacity that can be developed through R&D improves interpretation ability, allowing employees to share more complex ideas. Thus, ICT helps people to effectively communicate, but some information and knowledge can be realized and applied through R&D knowledge activities. This is the first study empirically examining the process of ICT value creation through R&D. It also provides practical guidelines for knowledge management, such as making decisions about ICT and R&D investments that are better done concurrently rather than individually to maximize their impact on productivity.

본 논문은 이미지 인식, 지도 기반 검색, 그리고 키워드 검색을 활용한 문화유산 검색 어플리케이션의 개발과 성능 분석에 대한 연구를 다룬다. 우리는 이러한 다양한 기술과 기능을 결합하여 사용자에게 맞춤형 문화유산 정보를 제공하는 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현하였다. 더불어, 어플리케이션의 성능을 평가하고 향상시키기 위한 실험과 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 이미지 인식 및 지도 기반 검색을 활용한 어플리케이션은 문화유산 관련 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 제공함으로써 사용자의 경험을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구는 문화유산 검색 어플리케이션의 개발과 성능 향상을 위한 중요한 기여를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

The OECD surveys the questionnaire on the background of ICT every three years since 2003. In this study, we compare and analyze the changes in ICT accessibility and ICT usability of Korean students in 2015 and 2018 using the ICT background data of OECD PISA. ICT accessibility refers to the degree of access to ICT equipment at school or at home. There are 10 items of accessibility surveys at schools used by PISA, and 11 items at home. ICT usability refers to how much ICT equipment is used at or outside of school for learning or non-learning purposes. There are ten items for surveying usability at school, and twenty-four items for surveying usability outside of school. In the analysis of this study, the arithmetic mean of the items is used. As a result, Korean students' accessibility at school improved from 25.48% in 2015 to 40.40% in 2018, and from the lowest group in 2015 to below-average group in 2018. In terms of students' usability at school, we analyzed the percentage of students who use the ICT equipment 'almost every day' and the students who use it 'everyday'. Both 2015 and 2018 are among the lowest. Accessibility at home is higher in 2018 than in 2015, and belongs to the average group of OECD countries in 2018. ICT Usability for learning purposes outside of school is the lowest group in both 2015 and 2018. ICT Usability outside of school for non-learning purposes is in the average group of OECD countries. As a result of this study, we can see that Korea's digital literacy education is weak compared to other OECD countries. Prior to education about the Fourth Industrial Revolution, investment in digital literacy education is needed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences of elementary and middle school students' ICT literacy by their computer use and information(computer) educational experiences. For this purpose, this study implemented ICT literacy test for students in 300 elementary (4th~6th)- and 300 middle(7th~9th) schools in 2015. The ICT literacy test was composed of two components of 'literacy ability elements' and 'literacy content elements.' The main results of this study are as follows. First, in both of elementary and middle schools, there are positive relationships between students' 'computer use at home' and 'computer outside school,' and their ICT literacy test scores, but their extreme computer use affected their ICT literacy test scores negatively. Second, in both of elementary and middle schools, there are positive relationships between students' information(computer) educational experiences and their ICT literacy test scores.

Despite widespread availability of communication media supported ICT(Information & Communication Technology), the influence factors and its role to the communication interaction is not clear. The main objective of this research is to examine the factors that affect to the efficient and effective means of communication interaction. The investigation focuses on the effect of four different factors such as ICT communication media characteristics, personal innovativeness, and ICT media attitude. The hypotheses have been tested with the survey of 159 smart phone users. The research summarized in this paper decomposes the influence of the characteristics of ICT media, IT personal innovativeness, and the attitude of ICT usage to the efficient and effective communication interaction.
