Blockchain has gone beyond the proof-of-concept level and is converging with various industries and fields, moving toward the service development and commercialization stage. However, although various blockchain technologies and services are emerging, their development is quite slow and their widespread application to various industries is difficult. Accordingly, it is necessary to identify areas with high introduction utility when applying blockchain services in actual industries and to develop a method to evaluate the utility of blockchain services for this purpose. This paper proposes a framework for evaluating the utility of blockchain services using a multi-criteria decision-making model. Through a case study on the utility evaluation of blockchain services, the proposed framework was applied to domestic and foreign blockchain services to evaluate its utility and verify its applicability. It is expected that the proposed framework will be able to identify industrial and functional characteristics where actual blockchain services can be introduced and demonstrate effective utility and can be used to develop blockchain services in various industrial fields.

본 논문에서는 신규 ITS 서비스(택시 콜 서비스, 교통약자 서비스, 교통안내 서비스, 뚜벅이네비게이션, 전자지불 서비스, 전화안내 서비스 등)들을 구축하기 위해 필수적으로 필요한 전용 u-단말기 개발에 관한 내용을 주요 핵심으로 서술한다. 본 단말기의 설계에 있어서 삼성 메인 CPU인 S3C2440A를 채택하였으며, 신규 ITS 서비스를 위해 필수 요구사항인 대용량 메모리(ROM 및 RAM)를 적용시켰으며, 그 외 GPS, RFID 모듈, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 등의 기능들을 모두 포함시켜, 유비쿼터스 사회에 꼭 필요한 전용 단말기를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 전용 u-단말기 개발에 대한 상세 설계 내용을 우선 살펴본 뒤, 설계된 내용을 바탕으로 실제 구현된 u-단말기의 성능 평가에 대한 내용을 다루었다. 이렇게 개발된 전용 u-단말기를 적용시켜, 신규 ITS 서비스에 관련 공공기관 및 업체와 연동하여 서비스들을 창출한다면 새로운 블루오션의 사업으로 확대되어 지역 사회에 파생 효과가 매우 클 것으로 사료될 것이다.

본 연구는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 연구의 중요한 주제로 거론되고 있는 상황인식컴퓨팅의 도서관 정보서비스 적용에 관한 연구이다. 상황인식컴퓨팅은 이용자의 상황정보를 수집, 분석하여 이용자에게 최적화된 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 컴퓨팅 기술이다. 상황인식컴퓨팅의 개념은 90년대 말부터 논의되었으나 기술적 제한으로 인해 최근까지는 그 현실성이 크게 부각되지 않았었다. 최근의 정보통신기술의 급속한 발전과 스마트폰 사용을 필두로 한 모바일 정보검색의 대중화는 상황인식컴퓨팅을 현실에 적용시킬 수 있게 만들었으며 다양한 분야에서 그 유용성을 확인시켜주고 있다. 본 논문은 상황인식컴퓨팅의 개념을 소개하고 각종 사례를 살펴보며, 상황인식 컴퓨팅 서비스에 대한 이용자의 인식, 요구를 조사하여 도서관 환경에 적용해봄으로써 보다 이용자 중심적인 도서관 정보서비스를 제안하고자 한다.

The article is devoted to clarifying current trends in the digitalization of financial services. To this end, the evolution of this process in the financial sector was studied and six stages of its development were identified. The components of successful implementation of digitalization in the field of financial services and its tasks are outlined. It was found that fintech companies, which work to achieve effective interaction between the financial sector and innovative technologies in the use of mobile applications in order to most fully and quickly meet the needs of customers with financial services, are of great importance for the formation and development of digitalization in financial services. Current trends in the digitalization of financial services in Ukraine based on the use of fintech in general and banking institutions in particular are presented.

In the era of artificial intelligence, the use of 'artificial intelligence-based services' has been diversified by combining various smart devices, big data, and voice recognition technology with artificial intelligence. From the perspective of IT services, these services are important technology that cause a paradigm shift from display-centered to voice-centered, and from passive to active IT-based services. This study seeks to find a solution to the current situation where AI assistant service is still in its beginning stage, despite having been ten years since its release and having a growing number of consumer touch points. Accordingly, we categorized the functions of AI assistant services and identified the degree of importance and satisfaction of services recognized by actual users. In order to define the 'ideal' services of AI assistant, seven experts from AI assistant-related industry have participated in the interview. Based on this result, we investigated the importance and satisfaction of services perceived by actual users of AI assistant services. As a result of IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). we find out which services are potentially 'keep', 'concentrate', 'low priority', or 'overkill' and provide various implications from the findings.

수원시는 2001년부터 2006년까지 도시 내 교통혼잡 완화를 위한 대안으로서 다양한 ITS 서비스를 도입하였다. 성공적인 ITS 시설 설치 후, 도입된 ITS 서비스에 대한 다양한 효과에 대하여 종합적으로 그리고 세부적으로 정량적 정성적 평가를 하려는 노력이 있었다. 그러한 노력의 일환으로서, 본 연구는 수원시에서 1단계 및 2단계 ITS 도입을 통하여 발생한 ITS 효과를 과학적이고 합리적인 방법으로 평가하고자 한다. 본 평가는 각종 현장 조사, 설문조사 그리고 경제성 평가를 통하여 수행되었다. 평가결과, 수원시 ITS 서비스 도입은 성공적이었다고 판단되었다. 하지만, 지속적인 유지관리 및 시설투자를 통하여 ITS 도입효과를 확대할 필요가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

In general, goods can be defined as objects, devices or things, whereas services can be defined as deeds, efforts or performances. Ultimately, the primary difference between goods and services is the property of intangibility - lacking physical substance. Recently, service industries span a wide variety of enterprises, from hamburgers to high technology. And the rules-based multilateral trading system so successful in reducing barriers to international trade in goods is now being expanded in the area of international trade in services. Therefore, the Korean Ministry of Trade, Industries and Energies has revised the Korea Foreign Trade Act and its Enforcement Ordinance to focus on expanding trade in service sectors, including transportation, communications, tourism services, and business services.

With the rapid growth in the demand and supply of web service, the search for superior services has become a prominent issue. Furthermore, much emphasis and attention are being placed on composite web services, where individual services are combined together to form a single workflow to satisfy the demand of the customers. In today's era of excessive expansion of web services, this study intends to propose the execution plan architecture for composite web services to accomplish the following three goals. The first goal is to derive a feasible plan which maximize user satisfaction for composite web services by implementing an execution plan architecture that reflects the Quality of Service criteria. Secondly, this study also aims at analyzing and selecting the indexes that adequately reflects its quality and its nonfunctional property. Finally, this study intends to apply the concept of constraint satisfaction problem and heuristics to reduce the execution duration of the process.

교통사고 예방과 교통난 완화를 목적으로 도입된 지능형교통체계(ITS; Intelligent Transport System)는 민간영역의 다양한 서비스들과 결합하여 새로운 생활양식을 창출하는 종합 서비스의 개념으로 발전하고 있다. ITS 서비스에 이용되는 여행자단말장치도 별도의 장치라기 보다는 기존의 이동전화기, PDA, PC, KIOSK 등을 통해 구현되고 있으므로, 이러한 단말장치들이 갖춰야 할 ITS적인 요소들을 검토할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 민간사업자들이 ITS서비스를 고려하여 단말장치를 개발할 수 있도록 국가 ITS아키텍쳐를 근간으로 여행자장치형 구성요소를 구현하기 위한 구축단위들의 프레임워크를 UML로 모델링하였다. 모델링과정은 소속서브시스템파악 구축단위/기능명세 일반화, 정보/기능관점 참조모델작성, 참조모델의 UML모델링 등의 4단계를 따른다.
