본 연구의 목적은 지능형교통시스템(ITS) 서비스를 다양한 통신망에서 효율적으로 구현하기 위한 연동방안을 도출하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 ITS에 사용되는 통신망간의 연계를 위해서 먼저, ITS를 통해 제공되는 서비스와 이에 부합하는 유 무선 통신망의 기능 및 성능 요구사항을 정립하고, 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐에서 최우선 순위로 제시된 6가지의 ITS 서비스에 대한 요구 사항을 분석하였다. 또한, 주요 무선 통신방식에 대한 특성을 분석하여 각 ITS 서비스별로 사용 가능한 통신방식을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 시나리오 별로 각 통신방식의 연동방안을 도출하였다.

이 논문은 정보봉사의 개념과 속성을 밝히고, 이를 토대로 정보봉사의 철학적 기반을 세우는데 목적을 두었다. 정보봉사의 개념과 속성은 용어의 어원과 정의 및 내용, 역사적, 사회적 관점에서 그 근거를 밝혔다. 이를 통해 정보봉사라는 용어가 정보봉사의 본질과 속성 그리고 활동내용에 가장 적합한 명칭임을 논리적으로 증명함으로써 정보봉사의 이론을 체계화하였다. 정보봉사의 철학은 용어의 어원, 정의, 기능, 그리고 역사적, 사회적 관점 등에서 일관되게 흐르고 있는 정신인 교육, 정보, 상담 지도라는 세 요소와 봉사라는 인본주의적 요소를 중심으로 그 기초를 세우는 작업을 시도하였다.

u-City와 ITS는 서로 상이하면서도 부분적으로 연관도가 깊은 서비스들을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 연관도에 따라 중복성 문제나 효율적 추진의 어려움을 지적 받고 있어 두 시스템간의 서비스 연관분석과 우선순위 도출이 필요하다. 연구 방법으로 서비스간의 연관표를 작성하고 전문가 설문조사를 통하여 연관도를 분석한다. 설문조사 결과를 누적 합산하여 종합점수를 도출한 결과 ITS의 돌발상황관리 서비스와 u-사고/재난재해 서비스가 최빈치로 나타났다. 사업우선순위는 연관도가 높은 서비스를 우선 추진하는 것을 기본원칙으로 하여 단계별로 구분하고 서비스의 패키지화를 통해 시너지 효과를 기대할 수도 있다. 이 논문은 u-City와 ITS 서비스의 연관도 분석과 이를 통한 도입서비스의 우선순위 도출로 효율적 사업추진 방안을 제시한 점에서 의의를 가진다.

We present the current operation status of StarDB web services by showing its user access statistics. The StarDB web services started its operation in late November, allowing world-wide users to access results of new variability analysis for Northern Sky Variability Survey light curves. New analysis results of various time-series data have been added to the StarDB services. Importantly, our services have supported a simple cone search, which is an internationally well-defined catalog search interface in the international Virtual Observatory systems. We have collected user access statistics such as how users find our analysis data since its operation in later November. We expect our analysis of the StarDB operation to help Korean community members who plan and operate their own web services preparing for a future era of big survey data.

Up to recently, information service have emphasized mainly on efficiencies of information collection, storage, process. But, now, many people take interest in criteria and evaluation on quality of information itself and its services because of growth of electronic materials and development of telecommunication. Especially, since the greater part of infomation is made gradually digital format, quality of information service regards as of great importance. This study attempts to investigate the quality problem in information services and its a n.0, pplication. Also, to su n.0, pport high quality, it is needed criteria of information services to evaluate and measure. To understand quality of information services, This articles deal with concept of quality on information related sector, quality management, the reason of importance of information quality, quality work of information services. There is little method to measure and evaluate quality of internet services. So it is necessary to study on internet quality, user's selection on its quality, and development on high quality site.

In this paper, we propose a new personal agent for generating the combinational services from using history of appliances in the home network environment. In such environment, it is required that flexible services can be provided by combining services of appliances and unskillful users can use these services without knowledge. So, it is needed to satisfy following: (1) combinational services can be suggested automatically and (2) the increase of services can be followed. Then, we propose a new personal agent that suggests combinational services by learning the lifestyle. Its learning mechanism is based on Self-Organizing Map (SOM), and can follow the increase of services. We implemented the the agent, and use history of a user for two weeks was made to learn. As the result, we confirmed that the agent can extract services related with time or location and can suggest combinational services.

Services, despite the difficulty of its exact definition, can be defined as deeds, efforts, or performances by economical bodies, attributing to four unique characteristics - intangibility, inseparability, heterogeneity, and perishability. This study aims to research the global competition and problems of the local professional services, especially educational services and health services, and to suggest some devices for increasing the exportation of both educational services and health services. Educational services and health services were reserved in the multilateral negotiation to open the WTO parties' markets because of its national public benefits. But it is indispensable to open our local market by the bilateral FTA negotiation. Legal restrictions, therefore, related to both education and health should be erased according to the basic rule of the market competition, and it is advisable to control the national public benefit of these services by enacting the different legal systems. For recovering from minus balance of payment in the educational services or health services, furthermore, it is necessary to drive rather some offensive exporting policies than the defensive policy against supply from the foreign countries. In conclusion, the korean Foreign Trade Act and other relative acts should be revised, and both educational services and health services should be contained within the definition of "the international trade" for the governmental benefits of supporting the services exportation.

ICT기술이 차량 교통 시스템에 적용되면서 스마트한 도로 교통 시대(ITS)가 열리고 있다. 이러한 기술적 진보를 가져온 요소 중 하나는 고속으로 이동하는 차량과 인프라 간의 통신기술이다. IEEE802.11p기반의 WAVE 통신기술을 적용하여 도로교통의 다양한 안전서비스들과 운전자 편의 서비스들이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 ITS 서비스들의 품질을 보장하기 위해 필요한 link budget 분석을 수행하였다. 고속도로 환경에 적합한 경로손실 모델로 자유공간 모델과 two-ray모델을 통한 비교 분석을 통해 안정적인 통신 서비스가 가능한 셀 커버리지를 분석하였다.

Capabilities of information technology to overcome the time and space limitations enables efficient storage and processing of a large volume of data shared by many users in geographically dispersed areas. As the users ask for more useful information services, it is necessary to develop information services tp meet the needs of users. Enhancing information services is also necessary to cope actively with the pressures to open the information service is also necessary to cope actively with the pressures to open the information and telecommunications market as the level of Korean information services industry is still in its infancy. Value Added Network(VAN) services have a tremendous growth potential and its economic and social impact would be great as the information society matures.
