Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a method of integrating diverse communication networks for effectively providing ITS(Intelligent Transport System) services. In this paper, in oder to integrate communication networks, we have defined ITS services, its requirements and functions of communications. Also, we have analyzed the six important ITS services in the National ITS Architecture along with the characteristics of wireless communications. Based on the ITS service scenarios, we have derived the communication methods for ITS services.

본 연구의 목적은 지능형교통시스템(ITS) 서비스를 다양한 통신망에서 효율적으로 구현하기 위한 연동방안을 도출하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 ITS에 사용되는 통신망간의 연계를 위해서 먼저, ITS를 통해 제공되는 서비스와 이에 부합하는 유 무선 통신망의 기능 및 성능 요구사항을 정립하고, 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐에서 최우선 순위로 제시된 6가지의 ITS 서비스에 대한 요구 사항을 분석하였다. 또한, 주요 무선 통신방식에 대한 특성을 분석하여 각 ITS 서비스별로 사용 가능한 통신방식을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 시나리오 별로 각 통신방식의 연동방안을 도출하였다.
