In order to understand and track the trends of construction safety accident, this study shows the topic trends in the construction safety accident with LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)-based topic modeling method for data analytics. Especially, it performs to figure out the main issue of construction safety accident with unstructured data analysis based on the topic modeling rather than a variety of structured data analysis for preventing to safety accident in construction industry. To apply this methodology, I randomly collected to 540 news article data about construction accident from January 2017 to February 2018. Based on the unstructured data with the LDA-based topic modeling, I found the 10 topics and identified key issues through 10 keyword in each 10 topics. I forecasted the topic issue related to construction safety accident based on analysis of time-series trends about the news data from January 2017 to February 2018. With this method, this research gives a hint about ways of using unstructured news article data to anticipate safety policy and research field and to respond to construction accident safety issues in the future.

National parks are designated and managed for the purpose of preserving natural ecosystems, nature and cultural scenery, and promoting sustainable utilization in Korea. Since we designated Jirisan as the first Korean national park in 1967, we have now designated and managed 22 national parks. Because these national parks are the core protected areas of the nation and the ecological recreation center for the people, the interests of researchers related to national parks and citizens have steadily increased over the last 50 years. Especially, various natural science researches and social studies on national parks have been conducted with the launch of the Korea National Park Service in 1987, which is dedicated to national park management. However, we still lack research on national park research trends in Korea in spite of the increase in scientific research and public interest. It is important to know who and what institutes are leading national parks research, what research topics have been conducted, what kinds of researches are important in each national park, and how these researches relate to national park management policies. We propose a study to review the national parks related studies that have been carried out so far and identify the research trends. In the pilot study, we collected about 700 research papers on national parks published between 2002 and 2016 through the Korea Citation Index of Korean journals. We are analyzing the number of papers published, research institutes and research topics related to national parks. Analysis of these national park research trends will be necessary for efficient national park management and policy making for future generations.

This study presents the research trends of Records and Archives Management in Korea by analyzing the articles of the Records and Archives Management in Korea according to subjects, issue periods, journals and researchers. For the study, 374 articles from 3 academic journals published between 1999 and 2009 were analyzed. As a result, several research trends in this field were discovered. The summary of the study is as follows: Firstly, it has been proven that the productivity of the articles of Records and Archives Management in Korea increases as time goes by. Secondly, there are differences in the subject fields among journals in Records and Archives Management. Thirdly, there are differences in the subject fields among researchers' institutions. Fourthly, there are no differences in the subject fields among researchers' specialized areas.

In this study, we examined Korea's exports and imports trends to the world and Korea's exports and imports trends to Vietnam. We also examined exports and imports trends about China, USA, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan in Korea's major trading nation. The purpose of this study is to examine how much Korea's exports and imports of Vietnam have increased and to compare how much it has risen compared to other major countries. To this end, we used imports and exports data for Korea, China, USA, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan using data from January 2000 to February 2018 for 218 months. During the past 218 months, Korea's exports to Vietnam have increased rapidly, leading to Korea's exports to the world. Korea's exports to Vietnam showed a 10 times increase rate compared to Korea's exports to the world. Vietnam has grown to be an important export country in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to summarize the trends and trends of the researchin on flipped learning (FL) in Korea. To accomplish this, a total of 680 papers were selected by using the RISS academic paper search function, and the content analysis was conducted based on the basic bibliographic information provided by RISS and the coding schemes derived from the process of analysis. The data were classified according to the nature of the thesis, method of research, subject of study, academic field of study, topic of research. As a result, the first academic article related to FL appeared in 2013. After the year, FL research has been increased rapidly in various fields. In terms of purpose of study, introduction of FL, basic discussion, exploratory application, and deepening and expansion of the discussion have gradually developed. Now that the challenge of quantitative growth has been fully achieved, it is proposed to examine and consolidate the theoretical foundations of FL research.

As the pluralistic value in which various cultures and trends exist develops the world at large, development of interior design is required to examine consumers by group. This requirement purports to set up a strategic model of operating interior design organizations under cross-cultural (past and present) enviroment, not to express new researches of interior design following the direction of the developed media service. Based on the educational and complex cultural approach to design matters - the key issue in solving the cross-cultural design matters, this paper has suggested the structure of semi-centralized design process and the system for finding out consumers' trends under the new media-based cultural design environment. This study presents some expected effects. First, it will be able to enhance the consumer-oriented design mind by providing the information on the interior design system and design trend. Through analyzing the lifestyle in the 21st century and providing the relevant information, it will lead irrlprovement in living environment. And further, by using the program of searching consumers' new preference, the system of grasping consumers' propensity and making decisions will be materialized. Secondly, based on the background database of forecasted consumers' trends, marketing strategies can be established. Thirdly, through the better technology of designing living environment, efficiency will be increased and the economic foundations through use of new database will be constructed. Fourth, systematic interior design can be developed. Strategic correspondence to consumers' desires and reinforcement of competitiveness will become possible with development of database. By encouraging consumers' participation under digital environment, their trends can be forecasted, and by efficiently using information and new technology, resources can be saved and further, additional costs for promotion and sales will be reduced.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is identifying the research trends of degree papers related to the beauty industry and providing information which can contribute to the development of the domestic beauty industry and the direction of various research about beauty industry. Research design, data and methodology: This study used 154 academic papers and 189 academic papers with English abstracts out of 299 academic papers. All of these papers were found by searching for the keyword "beauty industry" in ScienceON on August 15, 2022. For the analysis, BERTopic and LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) analysis were conducted using Python 3.7. Also, OLS regression analysis was conducted to understand the annual increase and decrease trend of each topic derived with trend analysis. Results: As a result of word frequency analysis, the frequency of satisfaction, management, behavior, and service was found to be high. In addition, it was found that 'service', 'satisfaction' and 'customer' were frequently associated with program and relationship in the word co-occurrence frequency analysis. As a result of topic modeling, six topics were derived: 'Beauty shop', 'Health education', 'Cosmetics', 'Customer satisfaction', 'Beauty education', and 'Beauty business'. The trend analysis result of each topic confirmed that 'Beauty education' and 'Health education' are getting more attention as time goes by. Conclusions: The future studies must resolve the extreme polarization between the structure of the small beauty industry and beauty stores. Furthermore, the researches have to direct various ways to create the performance of internal personnel. The ways to maximize product capabilities such as competitive cosmetics and brands are also needed attentions.

This study aims to investigate research trends on disaster safety Information based on the language network analysis methods. To accomplish it, we collected 312 Korean thesis and scholarly articles on disaster safety information published between 2008 and 2017 from RISS (Research Information Sharing Service) site. With the collected data, this study performed the statistical analysis based on bibliographic data. Also, this study performed the analysis of frequency and language network on keyword extracted from titles on the collected scholarly articles and thesis. This study found out that researches recently on Bigdata related to disaster safety information have been rapidly increased. Also, the needs of sharing and utilizing disaster safety information have increased. Also the various types of disaster safety information such as spatial data, real-time information, geographic information has been used for the disaster response.

The purpose of this study was to identify the research trends and characteristics of existing research related to the AEO system. The methodology of the study was to utilize the Degree Centrality, Closeness Centrality and Betweenness Centrality presented by the Social Network Analysis (SNA). Keyword network analysis results showed that "MRA", "Logistics Security" were derived from the Degree Centrality results, "MRA", "Logistics Security" from the Closeness Centrality results, and, as a result of the Betweenness Centrality, "AEO Utilization Benefits" and "reliability" were derived from the top keyword results. The analysis of differences in centrality by period also confirmed that trends in research have changed based on specific time points. This study has implications for the study in that it presented worldwide research trends through keyword network analysis of the AEO system.

This study aims to analyze research trends regarding outdoor wear. For this purpose, the data-collection period was limited to January 2002-October 2022, and the collection consisted of titles of papers, academic names, abstracts, and publication years from the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS). Frequency analysis was conducted on 227 papers in total to check academic journals and annual trends, and LDA topic-modeling analysis was conducted using 20,964 tokens. Data pre-processing was performed prior to topic-modeling analysis; after that, topic-modeling analysis, core topic derivation, and visualization were performed using a Python algorithm. A total of eight topics were obtained from the comprehensive analysis: experiential marketing and lifestyle, property and evaluation of outdoor wear, design and patterns of outdoor wear, outdoor-wear purchase behavior, color, designs and materials of outdoor wear, promotional strategies for outdoor wear, purchase intention and satisfaction depending on the brand image of outdoor wear, differences in outdoor wear preferences by consumer group. The results of topic-modeling analysis revealed that the topic, which includes a study on the design and material of outdoor wear and the pattern of jackets related to the overall shape, was the highest at 30.9% of the total topics. The next highest topic was also the design and color of outdoor wear, indicating that design-related research was the main research topic in outdoor wear research. It is hoped that analyzing outdoor wear research will help comprehend the research conducted thus far and reveal future directions.
