Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation system using the weighted-values of various users and experts for the public space to apply Universal Design, and additionally to find out the commonalities and differences by comparing the importance of evaluation indicators between users and expert groups. Method: A one-sample t-test was conducted to verify that the components of the public space to universal design application are suitable as evaluation indicators, and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) was performed to derive weight-values for the evaluation system. Results: The importance-values for the total 23 facilities to be used as evaluation indicators were derived by multiplying the weighted-values of each sector, domain, and facility by the disabled, non-disabled, and experts. To summarize the results of overall importance-values derived from the AHP, The disabled showed high-rank weighted-values in facilities of building sector > park & recreation sector > cross domain and low-rank weighted-values for sidewalk and roadway domain. The non-disabled showed high-rank weighted-values in facilities of park & recreation sector > roadway domain > building sector > cross domain and low-rank weighted-values for sidewalk domain. Experts mainly showed high-rank weighted-values in the cross domain and in facilities related to entry and movement to the target space in all sectors and domains. However, it showed moderate importance-values in the sanitary space. The disabled who are restricted to movement have a high demand for universal design in buildings consisting of vertical moving line, and non-disabled people who are not limited to physical movement have a high demand for universal design in parks and recreation sector for increased leisure time. It means that experts are important to recognize the principles of making space because they value cross domain and the key spaces and facilities for suitable the purpose of use. In addition, it can be inferred that non-disabled people have a higher demand for safety than disabled people due to their high importance in roadway domain and facilities of safety and disaster prevention. Implications: The significance of this study is the establishment of a quantitative universal design evaluation system for public spaces considering the different perspectives of the disabled and the non-disabled.

This research understands semantics-system in contemporary space design as a poetic form. It provides that the possibility of various interpretation of space and makes to escape from insipid formal logic of compulsion uniform meaning. In order to unfold this argument, poetic semantics system has to be revealed using conversion of articulation factors in text of space(semantics and syntax). First of all, after setting up the articulation system of space language, we have to understand the conversion of articulation factors that generate a new grammar breaking up the rule of old syntax. And the various expression of form in Contemporary Space design focuses on a poetic expression, that is, the abstraction system fused by space factors(conversion of articulation system). In this method of research to recognize the subject of space in architecture, the importance of interpretation has to be highlighted, as the importance of language is emphasized that intermediates between object and interpretation. The reason to recognize Contemporary space design as a text is that it is a gathering of symbol as a object of interpretation and a mediator. The important issue of this study is to research how and what to transmit by poetic semantics system in contemporary space design. It brings about a poetic problem what it intends to becomes(the problem of meaning operation) in a narrow sense and a interpretational problem what it intends to do(the problem of communication). When we define interpretation the technique of defining a text, it involves the premise of inevitableness of multiple understanding, or the possibility to Interpret variously. In the end the ambiguity of poetic language and the infinity of moaning process as the moaning expansion system in contemporary space design is the flexible measure to solve the self-criticism.

한정된 자원의 효율적인 배분을 통하여 원자력발전소를 최적정비 하고자 신뢰도중심정비전략이 수립되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 영광 1,2호기 신뢰도중심정비 연구의 시범계통인 고압안전주입계통에 대하여 확률론적 안전성평가 모델을 이용하여 노심손상 빈도에 대한 중요도를 분석하였다 고압안전주입계통의 신뢰도 모델을 재구성하여 16개 초기사건에 대한 노심손상 빈도를 제정량화 하였고 고압 안전주입계통 고장수목에 모델링된 74개의 기본사건에 대하여 노심손상 빈도에 대한 중요도를 평가하였다.

Unlike ordinary recreational facilities, an amusement park consists of various entertainment facilities, attractions, food services, souvenir shops and other attribute. The purpose of this study is to survey users´ responses to such attributes and analyze the importance and performance of each attribute, and thereby, ultimately help improve the efficiency of management and operation of the amusement parks. For this purpose, a survey was conducted of Everland users in August, 1999. 420 users were chosen by means of he systematic sampling. All the suers were asked to rate the importance of 14 attributes of Everland at the entrance and all of them were asked to do the same at the exit. As a result, it was found that the attribute rated highest by the users was ´attraction´, followed by ´service´, ´accessibility´ and ´cost´ in that order. On the other hand, it was found that the total average of importance rated for 14 attributes was 3.31, while that of performance was 3.10. As a consequence of analyzing the action grids, it was found that ´appropriateness of the circulation system´ should be improved most urgently. 7 attributes were categorized as ´keeping up good work´, and 6 ones were rated ´low priority´ in terms of improvement. There was no attribute considered to be ´possible overkill´. Meanwhile, as a result of analyzing the difference among groups in order to determine users´ response depending on their demographic and socio-economic variables, it was found that only the ´age´ variable was significant. It is expected that the results that the results of this study would be useful in determining priorities when improving amusement park facilities or their programs.

For the efficient use of thermal energy and its related equipments, optimal energy in view of quality and quantity should be timely provided. The core of thermal energy storage technology deals with an energy efficiency for effective energy storage and supply. The relative importance of thermal energy storage technology has been underestimated so far, and the specific projects on this filed have been performed intermittently. For the efficient and systematic approach of the energy supply system projects on thermal energy storage technology, we conduct the survey on the current status of this field. Firstly, classify into the thermal energy storage and describing the recent research for each system. The necessity and importance of thermal energy storage technology is identified through this study. It reveals that the thermal energy storage is the mandatory technology to solve the difference of supply and demand in thermal loads. It would greatly contribute to the combined heat and power(CHP) system. The urgent technologies for the commercial value and the core technologies for the CHP system are classified with this study.

The importance of training for NC, CNC and Machining Center has been greatly increased. This paper presents implementation of a DNC(Direct Numerical Control) operating software for educational system. This system is able to connect 8-32 CNCs to Control PC with RS232 multi-port serial card. Therefore, it allows much efficiency in training even after costs are considered. The KISCO DNC S/W for above system includes various communication functions, communication parameters setting, program editor and user-friendly environment. This software was developed with C and Windows programming. It was proved in function and stability by iterative field tests.

본 연구에서 선행연구를 통해 제시된 ASP 도입요인에 대해서 AHP 기법을 이용하여 그 중요도를 분석하였다. 지금까지 연구된 ASP 도입요인을 조직요인, 품질요인, 환경요인 등 3개의 특성으로 범주화하였다. AHP 기법을 이용하여 ASP 도입요인에 대한 중요도를 분석한 결과 ASP 도입요인에 관한 1차 계층요인 중에서는 조직요인의 중요도가 가장 높게 분석되었으며, 환경요인, 품질요인 순으로 분석되었다. 1차 계층요인의 중요도와 2차 계층요인의 중요도를 동시에 고려해서 분석한 결과에서는 가장 중요한 요인이 최고경영자의 지원 요인이었고, 다음으로 자사 IT능력, 공급자 신뢰성, 비용 절감기대 순으로 분석되었다.

The purpose of this paper is to identify a relative importance and priority of the factors of Competencies of project team member. It aims to present the differential competency factors from a differentiated perspective by applying the Leadership Development Questionnaire, which is the competency dimension required for manager, to team member. (1) Background: The diverse needs of customers and companies, and the uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity, and volatility of the environment surrounding the company in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution threaten the survival of company. In this respect, companies should implement the project management approach and strive to increase the capabilities of each team member. (2) Methods: AHP method was used to prioritize which factors were considered more importance level and the gap of relative importance level between project manager group and team members group. (3) Results: In the analysis of the relative importance of the upper class, weights were derived in the order of managerial competence, intellectual competence, and emotional competence. The sub-factor that respondents prioritize was communication as the 1st priority, and it was analyzed in the order of strategic perspective, achieving, critical analysis and judgement, and vision and imagination. There were some differences in the ranking of the relative importance of achieving and vision and imagination attributes between the PM group and TM group, it was analyzed that there was no significant difference overall. (4) Implications: The results of this study confirmed the recognition that team members are required to have the same competencies as the project manager. And based on the priorities of the competencies required of team members, companies are expected to cultivate professional and competent team members, and expand the roles and authority of team members so that they can actively carry out projects.
