To hoist construction workers to their working space is directly related to the productivity of building construction since hoisting tasks are carried out during the working time. In order to reduce hoisting time in the condition that the number of construction lift-cars is limited, various types of the lift-cars group operation plans such as zoning and sky-lobby have been applied. However, previous researches on them cannot be compared in the performance due to their methodological limitation, discrete-event simulation methods, and cannot be find better solution to increase the performance. Therefore, this research proposed the simulation-based optimization model combining the agent-based simulation method to the scatter search optimization methods. Using the proposed model, this paper carried out the comparison analysis on the performance of typical operation plans and also optimize an operation plans by controlling the service range of lift-cars, the size and number of service zones. In this case study, it is verified that better alternatives than typical operation plans can be exists and it is possible to increase the productivity of building construction.

As one of leading media converging broadcasting and telecommunications, IPTV is required to pursuit the idea of public interest from broadcasting industry and universal service from telecommunications industry as well as satisfying industrial effect. It needs to consider both industrial effect and public benefit when vitalizing IPTV services. The project of providing IPTV-based interactive public services is expected to enhance accessibility of public services, present shape of new public service in broadcasting-telecommunication convergence environment, resolve the shortage in contents supply which is one of most important problems in IPTV services. In this research understanding the overall response such as service usage status, satisfying/dissatisfying factor, trend of preference of the customer using IPTV-based interactive public services, we analyze what the public service mean in IPTV environment and public identity of IPTV. And we have investigate effective developing method and ripple effect of IPTV-based public services on broadcasting and telecommunications converged ecosystems.
This project has been conducted to improve the usability of Chatbot Services such as Google(Allo) and Facebook M(Messenger. Based on the evaluation, this study aims to suggest the solutions to improve the usability of domestic Chatbot services and future directions for their development. It provides the overall understanding of the AI Chatbot service and the feature of Chatbot service through literature search. Furthermore, we summarized the current standing and the prospect of domestic messenger-based assistant Chatbot services. For conducting user evaluation, Peter Morville's honeycomb model is applied to in-depth user interviews. The followings are elements that could be amended to improve the service. The service should be incorporated by intuitive elements for users' understanding its functions and eliminate any elements that interfere with usability. The accuracy should be increased to improve the user satisfaction. This research will provide the future guidelines to improve the usability of Chabot services through continuous evaluation by users.
The emergence of new business models software industry is demanding a change to technology that can cope quickly and flexibly. In this regard, microservices, which is being addressed as the architecture of the next-generation record management system, has emerged as an agile and convenient architecture. If record-management system with micro-service is developed, agility and expandability with basement of innovation can be ensured. The purpose of study is to suggest efficient ways when record-management system with micro-service is built. For this, tranditional architecture has been checked and main features of micro-service have been explained. Also, it was summarized that three points : 'Short history of micro-service', 'Maturity of technology' and 'Techical level of project team' have to be reviewed when record-management system with micro-service architecture is built. And we suggested some issues to consider when constructing the records management system applying microservices according to the domestic environment.
PURPOSES : The key point of a multimodal LOS (level-of-service) evaluation system is that all of the modes are mutually associated to determine each mode's LOS. For example, the LOS of the bicycle mode is measured based on not only bicycle volumes, but also automobile volumes. However, the Korea Highway Capacity Manual (KHCM) still focuses on the automobile mode in evaluating the LOS of the roads. Additionally, the KHCM's LOS of the other modes, except for the automobile, is not consistent with actual road conditions. The KHCM, therefore, needs to develop and introduce a multimodal LOS system in order to evaluate the service conditions more accurately. METHODS: As a preliminary step to the introduction of multimodal LOS research, in this study the current problem of the KHCM's LOS system through a close review and comparison with other HCMs (highway capacity manuals) was identified. Secondly, a field survey and investigation of the urban streets to apply the HCM's multimodal LOS system was conducted. Finally, a comparison analysis of the results of the HCM and KHCM LOS was performed. RESULTS: In the study, it was found that the results of the LOS for the automobile mode did not show a significant difference between the HCM and KHCM. However, the LOS of the bicycle and pedestrian mode tended to be worse in the multimodal LOS system, which results from considering the effects of the automobile mode. Moreover, it was found that many cases have the potential to improve the overall LOS conditions, while reducing the automobile capacity. CONCLUSIONS: With the introduction of the multimodal LOS system, road diet and complete streets can be easily applied to ans actual road improvement project. Ultimately, the multimodal LOS system should be introduced into the KHCM, which can then be applied to traffic impact studies and other road improvement projects for more accurate evaluations.
As there has been growing interests in PHR-based personalized health management project, various institutions recently explore safe methods of recording personal medical and health information. In particular, innovative medical solution can be realized when medical researchers and medical service institutes can generally get access to patient data. As EMR data is extremely sensitive, there has been no progress in clinical information exchange. Moreover, patients cannot get access to their own health data and exchange it with researchers or service institutions. It can be operated in terms of technology, yet policy environment are affected by state laws as well as Privacy and Security Policy. Blockchain technology-independent, in transaction, and under test-is introduced in the medical industry in order to settle these problems. In other words, medical organizations can grant preliminary approval on patient information exchange by using the safely encrypted and distributed Blockchain ledger and can be managed independently and completely by individuals. More apparently, medical researchers can gain access to information, thereby contributing to the scientific advance in rare diseases or minor groups in the world. In this paper, we focused on how to manage personal medical information and its protective use and proposes medical treatment exchange system for patients based on a permissioned Blockchain network for the safe PHR operation. Trusted Model for Sharing Medical Data (TMSMD), that is proposed model, is based on exchanging information as patients rely on hospitals as well as among hospitals. And introduce medical treatment exchange system for patients based on a permissioned Blockchain network. This system is a model that encrypts and records patients' medical information by using this permissioned Blockchain and further enhances the security due to its restricted counterfeit. This provides service to share medical information uploaded on the permissioned Blockchain to approved users through role-based access control. In addition, this paper presents methods with smart contracts if medical institutions request patient information complying with domestic laws by using the distributed Blockchain ledger and eventually granting preliminary approval for sharing information. This service will provide an independent information transaction and the Blockchain technology under test will be adopted in the medical industry.

The water supply facilities of Korea have achieved a rapid growth, along with the other social infrastructures consisting a city, due to the phenomenon of urbanization according to economic development. Meanwhile, the level of water supply service demanded by consumer is also steadily getting higher in keeping with economic growth. However, as an adverse effect of rapid growth, the quantity of aged water supply pipes are increasing rapidly, Bursts caused by pipe aging brought about an enormous economic loss of about 6,161 billion won as of 2019. These problems are not only worsening water supply management, also increasing the regional gap in water supply services. The purpose of this study is to classify hazard evaluation indicators and to rank the water distribution network hazard by cluster using the TOPSIS method. In conclusion, in this study, the entropy-based multi-criteria decision-making methods was applied to rank the hazard management of the water distribution network, and the hazard management ranking for each cluster according to the water supply conditions of the county-level municipalities was determined according to the evaluation indicators of water outage, water leakage, and pipe aging. As such, the hazard ranking method proposed in this study can consider various factors that can impede the tap water supply service in the water distribution network from a macroscopic point of view, and it can be reflected in evaluating the degree of hazard management of the water distribution network from a preventive point of view. Also, it can be utilized in the implementation of the maintenance plan and water distribution network management project considering the equity of water supply service and the stability of service supply.
Objectives: This study aims to develop a community care model in traditional Korean medicine (TKM) by developing a community care participation model for the health of the elderly and deriving tasks to implement it. Methods: This study implemented a group interview with experts. A fact-finding survey was conducted targeting 16 local governments that are implementing a leading project to identify the status of TKM service provision and welfare service linkage in all regions. An expert group interview (FGI) targeted public and private sector experts for each job role, the former represented by those in charge of the central government's health care policy and administrative delivery system, and the latter by professors majoring in social welfare, professors majoring in health, and local TKM societies. After forming the expert groups, three expert group interviews were conducted. Results: Through collective interviews with experts, a model for providing TKM and welfare services in community integrated care was derived by dividing it into local and central government levels. The strategies and tasks for promoting TKM-oriented health welfare services were derived from 3 strategies, 8 tasks, and 20 detailed tasks. Conclusion: The core direction of the TKM health care model is the region-centered provision of TKM and welfare services. To this end, policy support for the use and linkage of health care service resources is required at the central government level, and linkage and provision of health welfare services centered on TKM are necessary through linkage and convergence between service subjects and between government health care projects.

Recently, operation of highway is the complex digital Infrastructure based on complicated IT. The application of IT is increasing more and more in digital Infrastructure. Though IT is very convenient, if unpredicted operating risk of highway occurs, widespread damage can be large. When operating risk of highway occurs, road users are out of smoothly-run service because of the operating interruption. This risk causes unpredicted operating management cost and additional maintenance cost. It will excess over the planned operating cost, which may leads to users's unsafety and operator's insolvency because of income loss. Until now, related studies to find out the risk are not sufficient. The purpose of this study is to suggest risk cost items and to estimate the reasonable risk cost by using simulation method in case of occurring the huge power failure at the operating digitalized highway. This study indicates the several plans to hedge against risk cost and the management of highway project. From now on, it will be used as basic data to confirm the soundness of operating system in Digital Infrastructure.

This study analyzed farmer's responses to the pilot project in advance of the nationwide expansion of the farm-customized early warning service for weather risk management by conducting a survey among all farmers who received text messages of this service. We analyzed not only the satisfaction of farmers with the early warning service, but also the effectiveness of the service in preventing agrometeorological disasters through cross-tabulation analysis of survey results. More than 330 farmers participated in the survey, and more than 60% of the respondents said that they had prevented or mitigated crop disasters by using the early warning service. The cross-tabulation analysis showed that farmers who perceived the field-specific weather information of the early warning service to be more accurate than the weather forecast were statistically significantly more likely to prevent crop disasters than those who did not. According to our case study, farmers who grew open field fruit crops were particularly sensitive to weather information and confirmed that early warning services, along with disaster prevention facilities, were effective in preparing for freezing and frost injury that had been occurring frequently under the influence of climate change. This study is significant in that it is the first to systematically analyze the effectiveness of the farm-customized early warning service for weather risk management based on extensive surveys. It is expected to contribute to exploring ways to develop the service ahead of the nationwide expansion of the early warning service in the near future.
