  • The project of advanced urban transit system (AUTS)development is developing the advanced vehicle and the core technologies for the cost down by system change, the transport safety and the environmental friendliness and the improvement of passenger service. The product data management(PDM) system is installed for management of each project. Various data and informations producted from each project are made for database. We developed the product data management system for advanced urban transit system. In past, it was AUTS-PDM of C/S version. Now, we develop AUTS-PDM of Web version.

An Analysis on Success Factor of CRM Implementation Using AHP Technique (AHP 기법을 이용한 CRM 도입의 성공요인분석)

  • This paper suggests the evaluation method of success factors of CRM implementation using AHP technique, and presents why firms implement CRM, how it could be successfully implemented, and what is the most important factor. For the purpose, this study applies the method to department stores' industry. AHP structure consists of three steps to determine CRM's key success factors. First of all, strengthening loyalty of customers, improvement of service quality, upgrade of intelligence system and advancement of management process are selected as superordinate object (i.e. CRM-implementation goal). The next project factor, technology/data factor and organizational factor were decided as success factor of CRM-implementation. Subordinate criteria of project factor consist of 11 criteria. The experimental results of this study show that department stores think advancement of management process and improvement of service quality as most important purposes for CRM implementation. The results also indicate that among the subordinate success factors, accuracy of customer information, conversion to customer-oriented business model, practical use of experienced consultant, and establishing IT infrastructure for CRM are evaluated as most important success factors for CRM implementation.

  • It is preferred to the popularization of smart device business processes through mobile. The ratio of Internet access via mobile devices is reached 30% of PC in September 2012. It is reproduced in a mobile environment that security threats arising from the Internet. that is the characteristics of cyber security threats appearing on the mobile era. Web Application Service security research firm OWASP (The Open Web Application Security Project) issued Session Management threat. That threat will be reproduced in the mobile environment. But Mobile is significantly different from Desktop Computer about Session Management environment. This proceeding proposes a improved Session Management method in Mobile environment.

Refugee Medical Administration in Republic of Korea (대한민국의 난민 의료지원)

  • Refugees who are persecuted can apply for refugee recognition in the Republic of Korea in accordance with the Refugee Convention and the Refugee Act. They can do so either at the port of entry or during their stay in Korea. After undergoing screening, individuals may be recognized and protected under different categories, such as recognized refugees, humanitarian status holders, refugee applicants, and refugees seeking resettlement. Recognized refugees are entitled to the same social benefits and basic livelihood guarantees as Korean nationals. Humanitarian status holders and refugee applicants may receive support such as minimum living expenses, housing facilities, medical care, and education. In the medical field, refugees and their unmarried minor children are eligible for medical support through the "Medical Service Support Project for Marginalized Populations, Including Foreign Workers." This support is in addition to the national healthcare coverage and medical benefits provided by the government. However, there are pressing concerns regarding the inadequate budget allocated to this project and the excessive cost burden placed on participating medical institutions. It is crucial to secure additional funding and implement administrative improvements. Furthermore, it is essential to develop medical support measures that ensure the minimum right to health for individuals who choose not to undergo the refugee recognition process at the port of entry.

Lessons Learned from Institutionalization of ML (Machine Learning) Supported HR Services in the Existence of Multiple Institutional Logics

  • This study explores how an organization has successfully implemented ML-supported HR services to resolve high employee turnover problems in the IT sector. The empirical setting of the research is where contradicting institutional logics exist among technical, HR, and business groups regarding the ML model development and use of the model predictions in HR services. Institutional framework is used to identify the roles of organizational actors and the legitimacy structures in the organizational environments that can shape or constrain the ML led organizational changes. In institutional theories, technology adoption and organizational change are not only constrained by organizational context, but also fostered through organizational actors' roles and efforts to increase the legitimacy for the change. This research found that when multiple contradicting institutional logics exist, legitimizing the establishment of an enabling environment for multiple logics to reconcile and for the project to move forward is critical. Industry-wide conditions, previous experiences with the pilot ML project, forming a TFT with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and relevant KPIs are found to legitimize the HR team and the business division to collaborate with the technical personnel to launch ML-supported HR services.

  • In this study, to verify the effectiveness of the persona-type consumer analysis data service, a study was conducted focusing on the consumer analysis service use case of www.ethno-mining.com. The case was targeted at the 'Small Business Design Difficulty Resolving Support Project' of the Gangwon Institute of Design Promotion. The progress of this study was to develop a questionnaire to measure the user satisfaction and effectiveness of the service, study the consumer analysis data of the persona method of the www.ethno-mining.com system, study related theories, compare similar services, and conduct questionnaires; The results were analyzed and tested. In the result of testing the participants in the 'Small Business Design Difficulty Resolving Support Project' of the Gangwon Design Promotion Institute, the persona-style consumer analysis data got a positive response in terms of user satisfaction, and a regression that measures the effectiveness of the service on the company's R&D In the analysis, it was found that there are practical effects for companies by reducing time, reducing costs, smooth communication between developers, securing expertise in consumer analysis, and improving the overall quality of R&D during R&D.

  • After the revision of the Software Promotion Act, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with little experience in e-government projects began to participate in public projects. Accordingly, the government introduced the public Project Management Office (PMO) in July 2013 to reduce the risks and secure the quality of informatization business, and the public PMO is still spreading. However, the public PMO service currently experiences sluggish business, such as low-priced orders, due to cut-throat competition, and thus needs improvement plans. In this research, we establish a research model for quality factors of public PMO services that can be considered for the improvement plans, measure and evaluate quality factors based on the model, and then analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. For that, we measure quality factors using the SERVPERF model for those who have used public PMO services, establish a structural equation research model, and empirically analyze and evaluate the impact of quality factors. Lastly, we suggest improvement plans and implications for public PMO services.

  • E-Government service is national project that is necessary for international competitiveness, openness of government and effectiveness of governmental work process. E-Government security is very important because it treats data has relatively high sensitivity. But, until now, the development point of E-Government service has been limited to only it's contents and infrastructure based on web without consideration of E-Government security. Lately research for E-Government security has been studied by some advanced country of E-Government service, but it is insufficient. To construct E-Government security based on web Infra, first of all, analysis of web service security technology is needed to precede. And then research for appling the technology to E-Government service are required. We propose secure E-Government service scenario with web service security technology based on development stages of E-Government service. We also suggest overall view and secure scenario of E-Government service in Integrated Computing Environment.

Determinants of Satisfaction and Demand for Smart Medical Care in Vulnerable Areas (의료취약지 스마트의료에 대한 만족도와 요구도의 결정요인)

  • There are few domestic studies on medical services in medically vulnerable areas where medical use is not met due to a lack of medical resources. The past studies on smart medicine targeting medically vulnerable areas grasp only the overall satisfaction level, or the sub-dimensions of satisfaction are not classified clearly. Also, it lacks consideration of the patient's needs. This study aims to analyze the effect of users' experience of the smart medicine pilot project conducted in medically vulnerable areas on satisfaction and demand. The user's experience was measured by variables in the dimensions of structure, process, and outcome. Among the pilot project participants, 282 subjects responded to the 2019 survey. Using the hierarchical regression method, we tried to find out the determinants of satisfaction and service demands. Experience factors affecting satisfaction were found to be accessibility, certainty, effectiveness, and efficiency. In addition, it was found that the demand in their 60s was high and that accessibility, certainty, effectiveness, and efficiency had a statistically significant effect on the demand. It is expected that the smart medicine pilot project will be effectively operated by well utilizing the factors influencing satisfaction and demand revealed in this study.

  • Citizens' demand, which has been previously focused on welfare, is now expanding to include elements for higher quality of life such as employment, housing, culture, and sports. Accordingly, the government, with an aim of effectively delivering resident services that satisfy various demands, is committed to transforming the central government-oriented service system into the integrated service system based on public-private partnership. The government is also dedicated to expanding services to 8 areas including not only welfare but also healthcare, employment, housing, education, sports, culture, and tourism, which are directly related to everyday lives of residents. This project is designed to support such reforms in the citizen service delivery system in order to enhance quality of life of local residents. This study is to draw implications from analysis for implementing the citizen service integrated information system in order to reform the citizen service delivery system effectively through examinations and analyses of citizen services provided by the central government. Especially focus on public utility charges depreciation simplification citizen service. Its implications are expected to offer a real contribution for central and local Governments that want to increase the productivity of implementing eGovernment service.
