  • 우리 IT산업은 2007년 현재 GDP에서 차지하는 비중이 약 17%에 이를 정도로 국가 경제에 중추적 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 최근 미국發글로벌 경기침체가 지속되면서, 이에 따른 소비위축으로 IT수요가 부진을 보이고 있다. IT수요의 부진은 IT공급과잉으로 이어져, 결국 IT가격의 경쟁심화로까지 나타나면서, IT산업 전체의 위기감이 고조되고 있다. 따라서 기존 수출품목 및 대상국가의 다변화와 그에 따른 차별화된 수출전략에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있기에 차별화된 수출전략을 위하여 전략품목 및 국가에 대하여 대기업과 중소기업간, 산업간, 연계사업간 등의 다양한 IT분야 패키지형 해외진출 방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. IT산업은 앞으로도 우리 경제의 큰 버팀목으로 자리잡고 발전해 나아갈 것이며, IT분야의 패키지형 해외진출 방안이 일조를 해 나아갈 것이다.

  • 기존의 디지털 방송을 대체하고 양방향 서비스, 다채널 서비스와 같은 새로운 개념의 방송 서비스를 제공할 것으로 예상했던 IPTV 서비스가 기대를 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 현재 제공되는 IPTV 서비스는 기존 서비스 방식을 새로운 플랫폼으로 전환시킨 상태에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 IPTV 서비스 제공자와 콘텐츠 제공자의 독점적 관계를 배제시키고, 소비자가 IPTV 서비스 제공자와 관계없이 원하는 콘텐츠를 선택해서 소비할 수 있는 개방형 IPTV 서비스 방식이 대두되고 있다. 하지만, 개방형 IPTV 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 각 서비스 제공자간의 저작권 보호 솔루션과 같은 다양한 서비스 플랫폼의 통합이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 미디어 리소스 배포를 위해 개발된 MPEG-21 Multimedia Framework를 기반으로 한 패키지 콘텐츠 저작 및 소비 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Hotel Reservation Service, Customer Expectations, Brand Attachment, and Brand Loyalty: Effects of Package Product Reservation

  • Purpose - This study examines various reservation service components that would increase customers' brand attachment and loyalty, while discussing how reservation service components would affect the customer behaviors. Research design, data, and methodology - This study theoretically analyzed the hotel package product reservation system, the customer expectations, the brand attachment, and the brand loyalty, while reviewing previous studies. Results - This study analyzed the distribution channels of the hotel package products from various angles and, as for more extensive research, the study explained the different results caused by each different reservation system type that may be preferred by each individual customer. Conclusions - It was confirmed that, of the hotel reservation service components, the convenience factors, the reliability factors, the information factors, and the other factors other than the human factors, have a significant influence on the customer expectations. Further, the study also revealed that the customer expectation has an important effect on the brand attachment. In addition, the study improved the prevailing understanding on the relation between the brand attachment and the brand loyalty.

조직의 서비스지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Organizational Service-orientation on Business Performance)

  • This empirical research examines the effects of organizational service-orientation on business performance such as employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and financial performance comprehensively. The service-orientation has been considered very importantly for delivering excellent service quality and customer value in many existing studies. Also service type's arbitrating effects on the relationship between service-orientation factors and business performance are investigated in this research. The data were collected from employees in hospitals and fast-foods with the questionnaire. And the several statistical methods were used for analysing. Consequently we could find that the comprehensive service-orientation factors gave the significant effects on the business performance. And service type's arbitrating effects sere apparent. It was revealed that the customization of service package and the customers' influence on service process must be considered as the important variables which have the significant effects on business performance.

ERP 시스템 도입유형이 기업의 IT·SW 활용에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Practical Study on the Effect of ERP System Introduction Type on the Enterprise's IT·SW Utilization)

  • Today's ERP system has become a core system of IT·SW that not only supports and manages enterprise resources efficiently, but also encompasses major business tasks. In other words, the ERP system is an essential strategic element for the survival of a company as a powerful means to innovate the management of an organization. This study analyzed the impact on the utilization of IT·SW from the perspective of the entire organization's process without limiting the performance evaluation of the ERP system itself, which is a core system of a company. The measurement data for evaluating the performance of the ERP system was the 2018 domestic company IT·SW utilization survey result report (subject to survey : 3,017 domestic companies with 10 or more employees). Based on this data, this study analyzed the impact of the ERP system on the entire enterprise's IT·SW utilization. In particular, attention was paid to whether there would be a difference in the use of IT·SW if the type of ERP system introduction was changed through the improvement of the business process of the company. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the statistical package SPSS 25. As a result, among the ERP system introduction types, the greatest degree of (+)influence on the company's IT·SW utilization is when the ERP package SW or ASP service is used as it is. Although the difference is insignificant, the second case was to build an ERP system through self-development or outsourcing, followed by customizing the package SW or system through self-development or outsourcing. Through the results of this study, it is expected that the organization will improve the business process and use the standard ERP package SW as it is without modification, thereby effectively enhancing the use of IT·SW of the company and leading to management performance.

맞춤형 콘텐츠 서비스를 위한 TV-Anytime 기반 콘텐츠 패키징 (Content Packaging based on TV-Anytime for Personalized Content Services)

  • 다수의 미디어들을 하나의 콘텐츠로 조합하여 다양한 맞춤형의 콘텐츠 소비 기능을 제공하는 콘텐츠 패키지(package)가 새로운 형태의 미디어로 표준화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 TV-Anytime Phase-2(TVA-2)에 제안하여 현재 표준화 작업중인 패키지 데이터 모델을 제시하고자 한다. TVA-2 패키지 기반의 교육용 콘텐츠를 사용한 맞춤형 서비스 시나리오를 제안하고, 제안된 맞춤형 교육용 콘텐츠 서비스 시나리오를 지원하기 위한 TV-Anytime 패키징 기술을 설명한다. 또한, TV-Anytime 패키징 기술에 의해 다양한 종류의 콘텐츠를 매체에 상관없이 사용자의 선호도 및 소비환경(usage environment)에 적합하게 대화형(interactive) 소비 경험을 제공하는 맞춤형 서비스가 가능함을 보인다.

SaaS(Software as a Service)의 서비스 인지 및 만족도간의 상호관계성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relationships between Perceived Services and Satisfaction of SaaS(Software as a Service))

  • SaaS (Software as a Service) provides software in the form of service via internet rather than software package. Thus a large number of users could use the service of new type of software service as long as they connect to internet. SaaS, as a delivery model attracted in the software industry, grows with impelling force. SaaS has been adopted as an information spreading strategy of small and medium corporate so that its effect has been recognized in both academic and practical areas. However, there are not much researches about it because SaaS is still in the introductory stage. This study focused on the success model of SaaS to find out the factors that affect usability and the satisfaction of users. The sample is based on the on-line survey for the 549 government officials who are using SaaS. At last, the number of the employed answers are 157 after unqualified ones are removed. The result shows that Security, Service quality, Price and System Integration significantly affect the usefulness and the satisfactions of users.

메뉴 상품의 외적 준거 가격 끝수와 소비자 만족의 차이 분석 (An Analysis of Differences on External Reference Price-ending and Consumer Satisfaction in Menu Products)

  • This study intended to determine how price-ending types used for menu products affected consumers' price evaluation and value perception and such behavioral intentions as purchase intention and search intention. The collected data went through statistical processing, including frequency analysis, factor analysis, T-test and ANOVA using an $SPSS/PC^+$ 12.0 statistical package. The results can be summarized as follows: First, as for differences in internal reference price by ending, internal reference price was lower if menu ending was an odd number than it was an even number, which indicates that consumers tend to consider the price of the menu products to be lower if the ending of menu products is an odd number. Second, menu price-ending was found to have significant differences on consumers' purchase intention, search intention, and value perception. But the results of two-way ANOVA showed that price ending by restaurant types had no effect on consumers' search intention and restaurant type. This study suggested a desirable external reference price-ending type for menu products as one of sales promotion strategies to menu products planners and drew up a concrete plan to determine which price-ending type is useful by consumers' personal properties.

A Study on the Scope for Special Interest Tourism based Services in India

  • Purpose: Today, travelers are provided large amount information which includes Web sites and tourist magazines about introduction of tourist spot. Many approaches have been proposed to analyze the large amount of available information with the aim of discovering the most popular Points of Tourist Interest and routes. However, it is not easy for users to process the information in a short time. Therefore travelers prefer to receive pertinent information easier and have that information presented in a clear and concise manner. Research Design, Data and Methodology: Whether you are looking for banks by company, foreign exchange services, free wireless hotspots, touristic attractions, campsites, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, The aim of POI Tourism Services is to enable tourists to find spots that only the locals know, giving the tourists opportunity to the tourists to explore new areas of the place like never before. This paper proposes find the scope for a personalized service for tourist "Special Interest Tourism" recommendation for tourists who travel within India & for the benefit of Foreign Nationals who visit the country. Results: The major focus of the study is to understand the demand for such a service being integrated into the conventional tour package. The major findings made during the course of the show that the market for "Special Interest Tourism" based services stands at approximately 63%. Travel today is mainly for the people from the middle income group having a fixed budget while traveling and would like economic travel solutions that fit their budget. Conclusion: This accounts for a major part of the market for the service. Most tourist prefer to go on week end getaways or trips that last more than a week, this means that a specialized trip plan based on the travelers interests is feasible with these type of travelers. Maximum demand for "Special Interest Tourism" based services would be during the festive seasons.

Effects of Self-Service Technology Quality on SST Satisfaction and SST Continuance Usage Intention

  • Purpose: According to the growth of technology in the service industry, the interaction service between customer and employee has recently been transformed into between customer and technology by Self Service Technology (SST) requiring direct interaction with customers. In this context, self service technology such as unmanned ordering system installed at the store is actively introduced at the work place to reduce labor costs by food and retail company and the research for self-service technology which is rapidly replacing existing face-to-face service is needed. As the growth speed of SST is rapid, many researchers have studied the characteristics of SST, in every sector of business worldwide. Among the characteristics, attributes, Self Service Technology Quality (SSTQUAL) to evaluate SST is important because it may cause the customer's behavior. Thus, this research focuses on the effects of SSTQUAL on SST Satisfaction and SST continuance usage intention. This research suggests the guidelines for how Restaurant Company should prepare SST and build their customer satisfaction and continuance usage that increase the sales. Research design, data and methodology: This study tests the structural relationship between SSTQUAL of unmanned ordering system, SST satisfaction and SST continuance usage. SSTQUAL divided into four sub-dimensions and two categories, cognitive service attributes (Convenience, Functionality) and affective service attributes (Enjoyment, Assurance). In order to achieve the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed based on previous researches. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. The data were collected from 524 customers experiencing SST and were analyzed through SPSS 25.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 statistical package program. Results: The findings of this research are as follows. First, all SSTQUAL have significant positive impacts on SST satisfaction. Second, SST satisfaction has significant positive impact on SST continuance intention. Third, cognitive service attributes and affective service attributes had wealth of explanation of service attribute more than a single dimension. Conclusions: The implications of this study are as follows. Overall, Restaurant Company should manage SSTQUAL consisting of not only cognitive service attributes (Convenience, Functionality) but also affective service attributes (Enjoyment, Assurance) to satisfy customers basically regardless of the type of restaurant.
