  • With the ever-increasing important of high-speed information in society as we move towards the 21 st century. Interior design and it's working condition has been changed a great deal included a sort of each special character and make a difference against the others. It used to be find a great poles asunder of worker's safety and project quality according to the environmental dimension of interior construction field as if they should be a pleasantness or poor condition. This research aimed to improvement of environmental construction field of interior with construction engineers and particular interior labors in 4 phases as : ⅠThe preparatory phase : -Secure a Budget, Environmental safety supervisor -Fix of Design quality, Construction period. -Choice of Construction method, Sub constructing Ⅱ. Starting work phase ; -Capacity , Safety of temporary power line. -Carriage, Stock of Material -Safety of Electronic tools, -Personal protector. Ⅲ. Working period ; -Ventilation, I illumination of working place. -Measurement of environmental working condition Ⅳ.Finish working phase ; -Analysis of measurement data. -Evaluation and making up for the weak point. -Keeping data.

  • Indicators measuring performance and the level of informatization of construction companies have recently been developed. Construction companies' investment in informatization, however, is still relatively low compared to that of other companies in different industries, since it has been difficult in quantifying the effect of informatization on total performance. This study, therefore, conducted an industry survey using indicators provided by previous studies, and used them to calculate performance and informatization indices for construction companies. Finally, it suggested a quantitative analysis of the effect of informatization on these companies' performance.

  • The road construction with horizontal expansion of country using and augmentation of traffic demand is advanced actively and it accompanies hereupon, the above of 70% of the country is formed at the mountain in our country where the hazard cut slope has been created. In this study, It is prepared a effective management countermeasure of cut slope introduced priority investigation decision method against hazard cut slope which is influenced by abnormally rainfall by an unusual change in the weather such as a guerilla rainfall character. In meaning link, It was executed collapse cause by failure character analysis in the cut slope which has failed for the last five years and it is prepared the hazard grade criterion from E to A grade according to collapse cause. It is decided that a maintenance management grade by the hazard grade classification criterion of cut slope. So It is possible to hazard cut slope. It is established failure protection counter countermeasure by effective maintenance management through the hazard grade c1assification criterion and it will be able to dispose to advanced nation level like Hong Kong and Japanese.

  • 도심지의 대형 공사를 그것도 짧은 공기 내에 수행함에 있어 가장 중요한 과제로 부각되는 것은 건설 주요 자원의 효율적인 관리이다. 즉 자재, 인원, 장비 등의 적기적소 조달이 주요 관리 항목이 되고 있다. 또한, 자원의 적기적소 조달을 위한 생산 단계별 생산주체간의 효율적인 정보의 교환은 성공적인 공사 수행에 절대적인 영향을 끼치게 된다. 따라서 이러한 정보를 효율적으로 관리하여 주요 자원을 조달, 운반, 양중, 적치, 설치 각 단계별로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 주요 자원 관리 시스템의 개발이 필수적이다 본 연구에서는 자동차 제조 산업 등 타 산업분야에서 성공적으로 사용된 적시생산의 기본적인 원리와 정보전달기법, 즉 간판시스템의 기본개념을 응용하여 건설프로젝트 자원정보관리시스템을 개발하였다. 또한, 이 시스템을 콘크리트 타설 공사에 적용하였다. 현장의 콘크리트 공사 흐름을 분석한 후, 가치흐름맵핑(VSM)을 통해 정보관리 개선 후 개선모델(FSM)을 제시하고, 이를 실제 초고층주상복합 건물현장의 자원정보관리에 적용하였다. 또한 현장 적용 시 도출된 적용성 등 문제점을 보완하여, 시스템의 추후 사용성을 제고하였다.

  • In recent decades, infrastructural development has exploded, particularly in the coastal region of Saudi Arabia. The rising demand of most consumed aggregate in construction can be effectively compensated by the alternative material like scoria which lavishly exists in the western region. Scoria is characterized as lightweight aggregate beneficially used to develop lightweight concrete (LWC) - a potential alternative of normal weight concrete (NWC) ensuring reduction in the structural element's size, increase in building height, comparatively lighter foundation, etc. Hence, the goal of this study is to incorporate scoria-based structural lightweight concrete and evaluate its impact on superstructure and foundation design beside contributing to the economy of construction. Fresh, mechanical, and rheological properties of the novel LWC have been investigated. The structural analyses employ the NWC as well as LWC based structures under seismic and wind loadings. The commercial finite element package - ETABS was employed to find out the change in structural responses and foundations. The cost estimation and SWOT analysis for superstructure and foundation have also been carried out. It was revealed that the developed LWC enabled a more flexible structural design. Notable reduction in the steel and concrete prices of LWC might be possible in the low-rise building. It is postulated that the cost-effective and eco-friendly LWC will promote the usage of scoria as an effective alternative in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries for structurally viable LWC construction.

  • This study was to suggest the necessity of depth research in order to enhance the effectiveness of technical consulting system. And the purpose of this study was to decrease the construction accidents to some extent, being on the increase day by day as it takes issue properly and suggest a reform measure. As for research method, it executed the collection of public opinions widely and questionnaire with the bibliography, expert of construction safety, the related institutions, academic world, safety association, and director of construction site. Also, it was to suggest the reform measure by the stage, classifying the problems on the system and operation by 4 stages like a stage of delivery of subscription and supervision, a stage of contract with guidance of technology, a stage of executing the guidance work of technology, and a stage of performance of advice.

  • Worldwide refinery industry is a large amount of sulfur is produced by development. what that sulfur, it is produced through the desulfurization process and sulfur recover process. And it is made with the liquid state or solid-state. Also, the trend for structure is being changed from wall construction to rhamen construction. The amount of lightweight panels uesd in rhamen construction is also increasing. Therefore, In this study, it is intended to study density and absorption rate of the blast furnace slag lightweight material by using a sulfur lowered melting point. The plain has highest density and the density is lower when adding modified sulfur more. The plain has the lowest absorption and the absorption is higher according to adding modified sulfur more.

  • When concrete was hardened, it should had considered a crack to make internal stress by hydration heat. For control of crack, admixture was use to change cement because hydration heat was effect to cement. High strength mass concrete had much hydration heat with high volume of cement. It was necessary to reduce hydration heat in construction method. In this study, it evaluates hydration heat, compressive strength of transfer concrete girder regard to field construction type such as separation, whole etc. Also, we test compressive strength of concrete with core and mold specimen.

  • The exhaust system, including a muffler, is one of the major sources to generate the radiated noise of construction equipment. The muffler is generally known that it reduces the exhaust noise level, but it sometimes increases the noise level because of the flow effect inside a muffler. So, it is required to consider the flow effect inside a muffler to reduce the exhaust noise level of construction equipment. In this paper, an experimental method to consider a quantitative flow effect inside a muffler was set up through a series of tests. Finally, the experimental result was verified through the flow noise analysis using CFD analysis result. These results make it possible to understand the dynamic characteristics of the flow noise and to design the low noise muffler for the construction equipment.

  • 지하구조물을 축조하는 공법으로 기존에 가장 많이 사용해 온 것이 개착식 공법이나, 지상교통 흐름을 방해하고 공사소음 및 주변 지반의 침하로 인한 민원 발생 등 많은 문제점을 야기해 왔다. 많은 경우에 있어 지중에 매설된 상수도관 하수도관 도시가스관 고압 전력구 통신 케이블 등 지중 매설물의 위치가 정확하게 파악되지 않아서 안전한 시공에 어려움이 크고, 개착공사 시 지하지장물의 이설로 인한 공지지연 및 추가공사비가 소요될 것으로 판단되다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 지하구조물 축조공법을 개선하여 슬래브강관과 PC벽체 트렌치를 이용한 터널축조공법 (T.R.c.M.)을 서울지하철 현장에 적용한 시공사례를 소개하고자 한다. 연구결과, T.R.c.M.공법은 진동과 소음을 최소화하여 주변환경과 교통의 흐름에 전혀 지장을 주지 않고 안정적으로 터널을 축조할 수 있는 공법임을 알 수 있었다.
