Many control applications using Neural Network need a priori information about the objective system. But it is impossible to get exact information about the objective system in real world. To solve this problem, several control methods were proposed. Reinforcement learning control using neural network is one of them. Basically reinforcement learning control doesn't need a priori information of objective system. This method uses reinforcement signal from interaction of objective system and environment and observable states of objective system as input data. But many methods take too much time to apply to real-world. So we focus on faster learning to apply reinforcement learning control to real-world. Two data types are used for reinforcement learning. One is reinforcement signal data. It has only two fixed scalar values that are assigned for each success and fail state. The other is observable state data. There are infinitive states in real-world system. So the number of observable state data is also infinitive. This requires too much learning time for applying to real-world. So we try to reduce the number of observable states by classification of states with Self-Organizing Map. We also use neural dynamic programming for controller design. An inverted pendulum on the cart system is simulated. Failure signal is used for reinforcement signal. The failure signal occurs when the pendulum angle or cart position deviate from the defined control range. The control objective is to maintain the balanced pole and centered cart. And four states that is, position and velocity of cart, angle and angular velocity of pole are used for state signal. Learning controller is composed of serial connection of Self-Organizing Map and two Multi-layer Feed-Forward Neural Networks.

Radical paradigm shift is being expected due to the coming of the so-called intelligent society. In the intelligent society, things or machines are able to use intelligence for the first time in history and this will bring about fundamental changes at every corner of human society. This article analyzes views of the world in order to figure out basic directions of this paradigm shift. A dualistic view of world mediated by technology is suggested for a new world view of the intelligent society, based on comparison of a traditional dualistic view of world between human-nature and a tripartite view of world between human-machine-nature. This article summarizes paradigms of the intelligent society into four ; externalization of intelligence, productivity explosion, platform society, and self-organizing society. These new paradigms will provide lots of benefits such as intelligence augmentation, production capacity increase, and self-organizing effect. But at the same time, it will increase risks of system failure because of loss of human control on technologies. In conclusion, it is argued that human choices and efforts will decide the future of the intelligent society becuase the paradigm shift is value neutral in essence.

This paper deals with the problem, which logic of language and which metaphysics Wittgenstein suggests in the Tractatus logico-philosophicus. I will ultimately show how he bases the metaphysics on the logic of language. The logic of language by which Wittgenstein sets the limit to the language 'in the language' is the logical syntax of the language. And Wittgenstein extends the idea of the logical syntax to the understanding the nature of the world, i.e. to the metaphysics. The logical form the language(proposition) must have is the form of the world(or the nature of the world), and it can be determined only together with the logical syntax of the language. But what is the logical form(form of the world) 'cannot be said', since the proposition saying it is devoid of 'sense' and 'says nothing'. Therefore Wittgenstein expresses that the logical form(form of the world) 'can only be shown' in the proposition that has sense. The Metaphysics Wittgenstein wants to base on the logic of language(the logical syntax) must be mystical.

For us, any regional art exist? Almost all art events today take place mostly in Seoul. Concentrating on the reinforcement of its power, the regional art world remains isolated without any connection with the Seoul art community. It is completely closed off from the central art scene. The regional art world seems to consider that more helpful in consolidating its status. It is in real sense suffering the absence of art criticism and art media, lack of an understanding of art and backwardness of art education. Many regional artists are dreaming of moving out from their domain, aspiring to be a member of the central art world. They make an effort to assimilate into a refined, modern style of the central art circle, rather than striving to create works imbued with regionality and locality. As the artists living in the provinces, the characteristics of their district should be above all else reflected in their art. Although they are less informed about the latest trend of culture and art, their art has to be something passionately and obstinately embodying the intrinsic quality of their regions. They have to find a practical solution more positively, instead of merely complaining about the poor condition of the regional art community. There is the need to bring about a turnabout in our awareness that regional art is confined to any limit and cannot be in the center of the entire art world. What' s most significant is to dissolve factionalism and not to depend on school ties or regional networks. As a reaction against authoritarianism, regional art has to put emphasis on attaining its originality. For this, regional art should respect regional tradition, history and background and break away from an old convention of wielding power.

In order to combat the spread of COVID-19, on January 30, 2020, the World Health Organization declared that the spread of COVID-19 has met the criteria of a "Public Health Emergency of International Concern" under Article 1 of the International Health Regulations(2005) and proposed a variety of preliminary recommendations to fight against the pandemic accordingly. All of a sudden, people are ordered to wear face-masks in public-which is forbidden for different reasons in many jurisdictions. Of course, the legal world was hit by the virus as well. Needless to mention that where economic and social life will change so drastically, the legal world will change(ex. virtual hearing) as well. Most probably, it will not ever be the same after COVID-19. And where the whole legal world will change, it is easy to state the obvious, namely that COVID-19 has and will have an impact on international arbitration as well. This paper will describe how international arbitration is dealing with this new challenge.

It is well-known that Chinese saw themselves as the centre of the world until the early 20th century. Since the Opium War 1840, however, belong to the 'general world' the past century. The Opium War made China break away from the Sinocentric spirit. This writing(essay) examines movies from China and the World concern the historical event 'the Opium War.' It also discusses desires that are inherent in narration of each movie and how accord with the real world. The movie The Opium War(1997) directed by XieJin is a work that intended: to wash off the memory of history of disgrace and; to successfully put a disparate piece, Hong Kong, of a puzzle named China together. The Japanese movie Wànshìliúfāng(1943)and The Opium War(1943) were also made for the victory of the Pacific War. They were part of project for uniting the domestic Japan and the colonial outlands - Manchuria and Joseon - that reenacted humiliating history of China, which had been the suzerain of the East Asia The Korean movie The Opium War(1964) was not recalled due to the demand for a lesson from China's painful history, but was recreated by imitating Hong Kong, into where capitalism was transplanted through the Opium War before Korea. History is eventually recalled to the present and the histories, that each different present invokes, are recreated in respective fashion. From their plan to wash off the history of disgrace and successfully return Hong Kong to its native country, China, Japan, and Korea portrayed China, once their cultural suzerain, as impotent East Asia. From their proposition that they should resist the present enemy, the West, together, they imitated the west of the East, which lead the way to achieve modernity. Finally, from their ambition to deviate from their status as developing country, they recalled and reorganized the history, the Opium War.

In this study we developed artificial network generation model, which can generate on-line social network. The suggested model can represent not only scale-free and small-world properties, but also can produce networks with various values of topological characteristics through controlling two input parameters. For this purpose, two parameter K and P are introduced, K for controlling the strength of preferential attachment and P for controlling clustering coefficient. It is found out on-line social network can be generated with the combinations of K(0~10) and P(0.3~0.5) or K=0 and P=0.9. Under these combinations of P and K small-world and scale-free properties are well represented. Node degree distribution follows power-law. Clustering coefficients are between 0.130 and 0.238, and average shortest path distance between 5.641 and 5.985. It is also found that on-line social network properties are maintained as network node size increases from 5,000 to 10,000.

In this study, from a long-term perspective, we tried to find and present a plan to apply the results of transformation of cadastral coordinates to the world geodetic system in stages for cadastral records of graphical and digital cadastral area. There was a case where the difference in area before and after the transformation occurred irregularly in the transformation result of the cadastral coordinate system currently being promoted. In addition, it was found that transformation errors in cadastral non-coincidence areas occurred accumulatively, and the period for acquiring world geodetic results for cadastral reference points was insufficient. In order to solve this problem, the study proposed a plan to provide spatial information and related fields through advancement of continuous cadastral maps, etc. for maps that have been primarily transformed by the end of 2020. In addition, the maps used for cadastral surveying purposes were presented in the direction of applying them to cadastral records in numerical form in the long term to conform to the characteristics of graphical and digital cadastral area. It is expected that more stable cadastral record will be reflected by applying the world coordinate transformation performance by dividing the graphical and digital cadastral area.

This study examined the structural relationship among personal belief in a just world, presence of meaning in life, self-control, and aggression in college students. For this research, self-reported data from 427 college students were analyzed by gender, using structural equation modeling. Results indicated that personal belief in a just world predicted aggression regardless of gender. The mediating effect of self-control was non-significant among both women and men groups. The mediating effect of presence of meaning in life and self-control was significant among only women. It means that personal belief in a just world predicted presence of meaning in life and self-control, which consequently contributed to aggression among women. It is noteworthy that this study examined the concrete mechanism to reduce aggression by gender. Based on these findings, intervention strategies were discussed.

Today, every culture has taken on the compromise form by means of the cultural difference, variety, and pluralism according to the internationalization and the advance so that it has been developed toward the half-blooded and multilayered the aspect. In accordance with this current of the times, this thesis observed the feminism found in the multiculturism of the end of the 20th century, the third world, and technology with the side of the tendency of modern fashion, considered the hybride phenomenon which is pulling down the wall between culture and genre due to the social diversification. and predicted the fashion trend do 21st century serf on it. Multiculturism is the movement that began to arise in the academic world of America and the literary world form the close of 1980's in accepting the variety of culture and regarding the culture with the more balanced and wide view and just as it is, it means the attitude of accepting one or more cultures of variely and the position of taking interest in the culture of minority race not the culture of a governing race. It is the fashion of feminism adapts dualism like unisex, androgynous look, etc of bisexual lendency in the 1980's, it shows new style with crossover of liberal sense because there is not the difference of sex in fashion. The eco-feminism pursues the natural sexuality not being instrumental and dismantling and expressed it in the Gender expression of an integrated human being. The trend of ethnic fashion in the close of 20th century is that the element of hippie is working so strongly. By adding embroidery of Oriental style, accessories of Indian style, feathers, beads, a hempen hood to the ethnic costumes of Asia and Latin, is shows the figure of ethnic hippie. As the cycler fashion is the future clothes through technology of computer, it uses a cool glass material bringing up the image of a spacesuit in order to expresses cyber image through artificial color combination of sheen colors, Though this techno-color fashion has established the fresh stimulation and the innovative aspect with ultramodern materials and image of futurism, it transmits a hope of estranged people and the natural elements. Hybride means a cross and mixture of animal and plant in Korean and is also called fusion. The phenomenon of hybrid predicts to comes the period of a cross and variation because something completely new comes into the world by contamination, mixture and compromise through meeting something different each other and it has on advantage of developing something existing to one more stage. It is prospected that in the society of 21st century, the borderline of traditional gender will be disappeared, variety and individuality will determine the individual behavior, and the masculine value will be substituted by feminine value. In the society giving priority to feminine value, a fashion stuck closely to women is what must reflect lives of woman under the proposition of woman's beauty, being on original function. So, it is considered that a fashion with added convenience and practicality having the function which is easy to put on, comfortable to act, able to express solves so much, and able to show various appearances according to T.P.O will get into the spotlight.
