The railways in Russia is a core of the industrial, trade and technological development. They changed the country for the best affecting all sides of its life. The total length of the railways in Russia is 87,500 km (7％ of the World railway network). They account for about a 25％ of the World freight and 15% of the passenger traffic. In terms of length of electrified railways Russia is a World leader and in terms of total length of tracks it is second after the USA. Annual freight turnover is the third after the USA and China. As of today-half a century has passed after 1945, the liberation from Japanese imperialism-it's significant to introspect our culture. On the one hand our culture has succeeded due to the peculiar history, but on the other hand it hasn't. So to speak, it has gained in Quantity but lost in Quality. There are keen, international competition and exchange in the modern culture. So the Qualitive success of modern design depends on if it had an original character or not. According to Korean rapid industrialization, technological extence, and economic growth, the export has increased greatly, but package design hasn't been match for them. Korean expoters have been meeting with cutthroat competition in world market. Under these circumstances it's very important that we have a real understand and interest in our culture, we strengthen the competitive power of home products with good package design. This is our age of not home market but world market. We live in an age when design wins, so that we have to develop the good design native to Korea. Many designers have proposed their opinions with the characteristic designs, but it has been only a fragmentary and passive method. We must seek for the new method more positively. The effective and proper method resolves itself into the following four points. First, to understand Korean history and culture. Second, to have the exact grip of this economic situation. Third, to promote the national emotion. Fourth, in conclusion, to accord the package design with them. We cannot put off this task to overcome the cultural subordination, to place Korea on a firm cultural basis in the world, and to contribute to the cultural exchange of package design. 본 연구의 목적은 세 가지이다. 하나는 한국 신종교의 대표적 평화사상인 해원상생사상의 의미를 통합적으로 이해하는 것이다. 두 번째는 해원상생과 해원공사를 후천선경 건설의 원리와 실행기제로 보고 구조적으로 이해하는 것이다. 세 번째는 해원상생사상에 내포된 사상적 특성으로 인간과 세계의 미래를 논리적으로 추론해 보는 것이다. 해원상생사상은 해원과 상생으로 구성되는 복합적 개념이다. 해원은 인간·신명·세계에 쌓인 원한과 원한의 구조를 풀어가는 것이고 상생은 서로 간에 잘 되게 하는 작용 또는 잘 산다는 상태를 말한다. 그래서 해원상생은 원한을 풀고 서로 잘 산다는 말이다. 대순진리회에서의 해원상생은 그 개념이 외연적으로 더욱 확대되어 나타난다. 해원상생은 전 세계의 평화이며 전 인류의 화평으로 확장된다. 선행연구의 통합적 분석과 필자의 새로운 해석에 의해 얻어진 해원상생의 가치와 의미는 원리·법리·윤리·이념으로써 공통적으로 인존, 상생, 평화, 조화, 후천, 선경 등으로 연결된다. 이것은 해원상생이 가지는 어원적 의미보다 해원상생사상이 인간과 세계와 그 미래에 관해 투영되는 가치적 의미는 더욱 깊고 넓다는 것을 말해준다. 인존과 상생, 평화와 조화, 후천과 선경이 가지는 공통의 특성은 모두 인류가 오랫동안 꿈꿔온 대망의 실현이라는 점이다. 이점이 해원상생의 가치와 의의를 세계적으로 확산시키는 이유이다. 해원공사는 상극이 지배하는 선천시대의 원한을 해소하고 상생으로 유지되는 후천세계를 건설하는 강증산의 종교적 행위이다. 그래서 해원상생의 원리는 해원공사에 의해 인간과 세계와 그 미래를 변화시키는 작용력을 가진다. 이 글에서는 해원상생이 '인간욕망의 충족'과 인간과 세계의 '상생적 조화관계'를 이룸으로써 인간은 인존(人尊)으로, 세계는 선경(仙境)으로, 미래는 평화로 변화시킨다고 추론한다. 그래서 해원상생사상은 사회-세계-우주의 변화원리로서 작용하며, 해원상생의 사회적 실현은 인존·선경·평화의 객관적 실재로서의 그 미래를 창출한다. 해원상생사상에 대한 연구는 아직도 어려운 여건 속에서 소수의 학자들에게서만 진행되고 있다. 이런 점에서 해원(解冤)·상생(相生)·인존(人尊)·선경(仙境)·평화(平和)를 실현하는 해원상생에 관한 연구가 앞으로 더욱 더 확대되어 세계종교사상의 주요 주제로 다루어지기를 기대해 본다.

Under the sudden change of competitive environment, the economic cooperation as a part of survival strategy is being a big issue among countries. There was much discussion based on the geological adjacency as well as cultural homogeneity regarding the economic cooperation of three countries, Korea, China, Japan. It has been also known that major trade countries of the world concluded the treaty of region trade, then extended the number of export, and drew a success in foreign direct investment. Resent automobile industry is being ran by the center of America, Europe and Japan. Korea only has a successful experience of restoration of automobile industry in the half of a century after his beginning. It is true that China is trying to do best to raise his automobile industry. Also Japan is a leading automobile country guiding automobile industry all over the world. It can be considered that Korea will play a major role in the three countries' automobile industry based on Japanese demonstrated technology, Chinese resources, market and experience with their economic cooperation. Therefore it is expected that a big result will be achieved throughout such a role play of each country. This paper has a purpose to light up the distinctive quality and the present condition of each country in automobile Industry, and to promote the foundation of three countries' economic cooperation. It is convinced that the economic cooperation of three countries, Korea, China and Japan in automobile industry, will play a great role in the world automobile market.

Conventional Support Vector Machines (SVMs) have been utilized as classifiers for binary classification problems. However, certain real world problems, including corporate bond rating, cannot be addressed by binary classifiers because these are multi-class problems. For this reason, numerous studies have attempted to transform the original SVM into a multiclass classifier. These studies, however, have only considered nominal classification problems. Thus, these approaches have been limited by the existence of multiclass classification problems where classes are not nominal but ordinal in real world, such as corporate bond rating and multiclass customer classification. In this study, we adopt a novel multiclass SVM which can address ordinal classification problems using ordinal pairwise partitioning (OPP). The proposed model in our study may use fewer classifiers, but it classifies more accurately because it considers the characteristics of the order of the classes. Although it can be applied to all kinds of ordinal multiclass classification problems, most prior studies have applied it to finance area like bond rating. Thus, this study applies it to a real world customer level classification case for implementing customer relationship management. The result shows that the ordinal multiclass SVM model may also be effective for customer level classification.

This study was undertaken to discuss the traditional Korean Costumes up to the present and into the future, focusing on the internationalization by accentuating its aesthetic nature. In order to introduce the beauty of traditional Korean costume to the rest of the world, it is required that Korean fashion industry go through a full-scale renovation so that it can be concord with the contemporary world of information-technology. By having a deeper knowledge and understanding of the aesthetics in traditional costume and using them as guidelines, the present Korean fashion industry can accomplish an advanced level of research and development. The implications of the study are as follows. 1) It is important to recognize the functional aesthetics sociality of traditional costumes and to utilize it through appropriate application. 2) It is imperative to comprehend plasticity and expresiveness of meanings of traditional costumes. 3) Rationality and practicality of uniplanar character of the traditional costumes should also be recognized. 4) The globalization of the traditional Korean costumes will become more suitable to today's information-technology society and recreation of korean costumes by establishing a database through collecting information and systematic analysis of the world fashion trends.

Metaverse which was not mentioned until recently due to the failure of 'Second Life' in the past is drawing attention again with the emergence and popularity of metaverse platforms such as 'Roblox' and 'Zeppetto'. On the other hand, there are concerns that past failures will still be repeated. In order to create and sustain the ecosystem surrounding the metaverse, it is important to diagnose and analyze the development process of the metaverse industry and market to define a clear concept that expresses the current metaverse boom. In this paper, the metaverse of the future is defined as "Metaverse 2.0: A virtual world that evolves into a 'Hyper world' through the convergence of hyper-connectivity, hyper-intelligence, and hyper-reality." And six issues that need to be resolved for the activation of the metaverse were analyzed. Based on the contents of this study, it is expected that the metaverse ecosystem will be formed and spread by establishing the roles of the public sector and the private sector.

Content services for silver users on the ubiquitous technologies are getting attention as a new business model, monitoring users in real-time on the real-world and/or cyber-world. A lot of business and service model have been developed to apply silver or elder user. This study explained a state-of-the-art silver IT service to innovative services for users, ranging from home and finance to support for healthcare and living. Due to the variation of subtle terminologies, this study was conducted to restructure an adaptive terminology including some definitions. Current silver IT service model has been evaluated from the technical, functional, and business analyst, and its suitability has also been expressed in a proposed model and service. The purpose of this study was to propose a systematic approach of new IT service business model for silver users. A proposed model was described to explain the feasibility of the silver IT industry.
