The number of six sigma adopting company are getting increased and diversify manufacturing, service, government. In these days, the rapid innovation of internet technology change the media industry's game rule. This paper is concerned with a six sigma applications to internet media portal service company. The main focus of this study is to introduce an empirical study on the implementation of DMAIC procedures for internet media portal service company.

This paper is to introduce the definition and background of EDMS and present real customer project in manufacturing industry as reference. EDMS has DM, Workflow, Imaging and COLD as key components and should be interconnected with many advanced technology, such as SAP, PDM and KMS. Managing and controlling documents is an important part of business success. The number of electronic documents in use in the workplace is escalating rapidly, making it difficult for conventional IT systems to take full advantage of the benefits of digital documentation "A"company implemented DM and Workflow based on groupware So, all of SPECs and drawings could be easily stored and accessed via LMS. Also, the cycletime of ECN/DCN process could be reduced to one or two days from one or two weeks more The overhead resources from the managing documents and involving with work process could be re-deployed to the more productive positions and the increasing of revenue is expected soon because of the competitiveness. "A"company is expected to have more benefits, that is, lots of tangible and intangible benefits from now on.

Recently $6{\sigma}$ quality control is an most important strategy to many enterprises in order to be a top company in the world, because it is an excellent scientific method to achieve the best quality control for their management and products. SY company is a small and medium one that has the quality problem for a long time such as occurring cracks on the surface of commutator at his assembly line while being assembled a rotor shaft and commutator of DC motor. This research was started to improve this problem by $6{\sigma}$ process, and as the results of this study, first, to find three vital fews, second, to get an achievement of about 21% improvement for the fracture strength of commutator, and third, to be recognized to change into $6{\sigma}$ quality control in SY company.

The aim of this research is to provide empirical evidence on the impact of CSR disclosure on earnings management and firm value. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018. The sample in this study was 114 companies selected through purposive sampling. The results of data analysis show that CSR has a positive effect on Firm Value. CSR disclosure is one form of activity that companies carry out in influencing their stakeholder decisions. This is by the theory that a company is not an entity that only operates for its interests, but the main objective of the company is to meet stakeholder needs. Besides, CSR has a positive effect on Earning Management. The results of this study contrary to research conducted by prior research which states that CSR can reduce earning management because CSR not only increases information transparency but also creates interaction with stakeholders. The difference in findings in this study is because CSR disclosure in Indonesia is still low, as seen from the average CSR in Indonesia, which is 33%, and it is still not transparent so that companies tend to carry out earnings management.

Service importance has been growing increasingly as competition element of enterprises according to going on rapid softness, information and knowledge of industrial infrastructure recently. Quality management system that implemented in manufacturing sector have been spreading rapidly to service company, but the company performing pure engineering service only in construction fields performed mainly the evaluation on the operational aspect such as degree of implementation of the established system because it is difficult to objective evaluation on the activity of the established quality management system or quality assurance system. This study would like to make on offer the improvement points based on the evaluation of service quality and the itself evaluation result through the questionnaire on the service offerers and customers using the pre-qualified SERVQUAL model in establishment of the improvement goal of the company. According to the result of this study, it is analyzed a gap and required to establish a counter-plan to correct many gaps discovered between the real offered level and the expect level of custom.

In order to increase the modeling power and productivity of CAD/CAM systems, demands for customization of CAD/CAM system increased. Customization of a CAM system involves making it easier to learn and use, adding new modeling features not supported in a general purpose CAM system, and providing parametric inputting mechanism. A customization from a commercial CAM system (OMEGA) has implemented for two dimensional free curve CNC glass scribing machine of medium size company in Cheonan. A CAD technician who has no CAM experience can operate this customized CAM system satisfactorily.

Quality management has been recognized as an important means to secure business competitiveness for management environment changes and competitiveness reinforcement. An effort of an ISO 9001 certification has thought that it is the best way to practice quality management. This paper checks a quality management situation of manufacturing companies that acquired ISO 9001 certification. Then, this paper investigates whether quality management is actual1y contributing to production performance and proposes proper alternatives for an improvement of production performance.

In the past, transmission error(T.E.) has been identified as one of the main sources of gear whine noise, which cause serious passengers irritation at high frequency. In this study, to identify the correlation of the T.E. and gear whine noise, a T.E. measuring system was developed. By comparing the T.E. and gear whine noise level, T.E. target value which can represent the gear noise was proposed. The conclusions are followed: (I) It is possible to measure T.E. of the gear pairs (II) Similar trends are observed between T.E. and gear whine noise. (III) By observing the T.E. pattern, presence of sideband noise can be predicted. (IV) Proposed T.E. target value can be adopted to the gear manufacturing for gear noise quality management.

This paper investigates the effect of environmental performance and environmental management on firm value using financial performance as mediation variable. There are still inconsistencies in research on environmental performance and environmental management and their impact on company value. This research used a quantitative approach involving secondary data. The variables used are environmental performance, environmental management, company financial performance, and company value. Multiple regression was used because it allowed the researchers to examine the relationship of each variable contained in the research framework by describing all of the direct effects (non-mediated effects) and the indirect effects of the research variables. The research sample consisted of 144 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017. Statistically, this study found that there was no direct effect that had a significant impact on environmental performance and firm value, and found that there is a significant direct effect of environmental management variables on firm value. Improved environmental management by the company is proven to increase the value of the company directly. This paper found that, not only does an increase in stakeholder trust happen when a company increases its environmental awareness, but there is also an increase in the financial aspects of the company.
