High growth and increasing traffic and transport finished vehicles, a significant impact on how organize the flow of parts to auto makers an dagencies have As a result, the automakers to improve its position as a highly responsive, with minimal costs, the out sourcing of their logistics processes. This paperis the result of field research to determine the effectiveness of the logistics industry in Iran and focuses on information technology deals the transport vehicle and parts sales deals, indicators used in the model include: IT focuses, IT Valence, IT Competency, IT Managerial Commitment, IT Resource Commitment and competitive advantage identified. Data collected by questionnaires from managers and experts have been towing companies ISACO and SAIPA trailer hypotheses using structural equation methods and software has been analyzed Amos, Results show, focusing on information technology now has significant impacts on logistics and transport. As a result the impact of, IT valence, IT competency and IT Managerial Commitment analytics to gain competitive advantage was not approved, but the rest of the factors were confirmed.

Busan is Korea's No. 1 trading port, and the logistics industry plays an important role in the regional industry as a whole. In Busan, various efforts are being made to revitalize the port logistics industry, but it is necessary to develop various policies and related technologies linked with the 4th industry. In this study, we propose a smart refrigeration logistics center, which is required for the activation of Busan New Port and the new port of Pusan New Port, which is connected with the 4th industry. I would like to present the operation direction of the center.

The Purpose of this study is to determine whether the fitness between the formalization of logistics organization and information technology(IT) activities enhances the logistics performance. Successful participation in the global marketplace demands the formalization of the logistics organization and the integration of a firm's logistics activities, which can be enhanced by electronic linkage. The electronic linkage is improved by IT activities, which are divided into three subcontracts. Those are hardware system developments, software developments and system operation. Purpose - This study aims to disclose the problems of both the government and the logistics industry regarding fourth-party logistics, and to provide various solutions at the level of enterprises as well as the government for the introduction of fourth-party logistics in China. Research design, data, and methodology - This study aims to reveal how a shipping company recognizes the creation of partnerships with fourth-party logistics providers, and it reveals several related implications. Results - Fourth-party logistics organizations can be used to achieve maximum business performance as professional logistics companies by incorporating the benefits of outsourcing and insourcing. Outsourcing logistics services through focusing on core competencies and improving customer service can have financial effects and advantages such as the simplification of labor issues. Conclusions - This study did not investigate Korean enterprises through an empirical analysis and provided fourth-party logistics concepts and promotional plans according to domestic and foreign literature. Further studies shall investigate not only the Korean fourth-party logistics model but also the training of logistics professionals to generate profits for both shippers as well as logistics enterprises.

The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship of the logistics activities with the overall performance among the Korean industries, in order to suggest ways of enhancing the level of effectiveness in logistics management. On the basis of current logistics literature and research data, an analysis had been attempted to provide the study with a theoretical framework, followed by an empirical research that analyzed, among the randomly selected companies, the relations between logistics activities and management policy; logistics activities and logistics environment; logistics environment and the usage of computer software; management policy and the usage of computer software; management policy and performance; logistics environment and performance. Analyses of the data suggested that the companies that lay heavy emphasis on logistics effectiveness showed higher performance; management policies of the companies are influenced by their logistics characteristics; the more strongly is a company oriented logistically, the higher effectiveness in logistics activities it maintains; there is a significant relationship between the logistics environment a company is operated in and the company's reliance on logistically oriented information technologies; there is a close relationship between a company's logistics activities and its business outcome.

The era of logistics 4.0 in which new technologies are applied to existing traditional logistics management has approached. It is developing based on the convergence between various technologies, and R&D are being conducted worldwide to build smart logistics by synchronizing various services with the logistics industry. Therefore, this study proposes a methodology and technology strategy that can achieve trend analysis using patent analysis and promote the development of the domestic smart logistics industry based on this. Based on the preceding research, eight key technology fields related to smart logistics were selected, and technology trends were derived through LDA techniques. After that, for the development of the domestic logistics industry, the strategy of the domestic smart logistics industry was derived based on analysis including technology capabilities. It proposed a growth plan in the field of big data and IoT in terms of artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, and marketability. This study confirmed smart logistics technologies by using LDA and quantitative indicators expressing the market and technology of patents in literature analysis-oriented research that mainly focused on trend analysis. It is expected that this method can also be applied to emerging logistics technologies in the future.

Korea has the plans to improve nation and corporate global competitiveness through reducing the logistics costs. Ministry of Knowledge Economy, as the government department of in charge of the plan, establish industrial logistics policies in 2002 and 2007 and it's about time to set up the third industrial logistics policy in 2012. There are new trends for the logistics environment in terms of environment-friendly logistics, logistics securities, win-win collaboration etc. This study propose some harmonious plans between logistic productivity and the new trends in the field of logistics. For the purpose of that, we have evaluated the second industrial logistics policy. We propose the vision and objectives of the new industrial logistics policy. The vision is entering the line of industrial logistics developed nations through the sustainable logistics innovation, and the objects are smart & green logistics, win-win collaboration, lead the new logistics trends etc. We also propose the set the system and rules to push promote the new plan. In addition, industrial logistics is the new terminology setting out use by Ministry of Knowledge Economy.
