본 연구는 소상공인의 사업역량과 디지털역량이 사업만족에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 분석하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 사업역량을 세분화해서 소상공인의 업종전문성, 고객관리전문성으로 나누었다. 디지털역량은 SNS활동성, ICT사용용이성, ICT사업활용성으로 세분화하였다. 이들 요인들이 사업만족도에 영향을 미침에 있어서 1인 미디어 교육성과에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 동시에 살펴보았다. 이를 실증 분석하기 위해 1인 미디어 교육을 받은 사람을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 하였으며 유효한 200개를 분석대상으로 삼았다. 통계분석에는 SPSS 24.0와 Macro Process 4.0을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과, 업종전문성, 고객관리전문성, SNS활동성, ICT사업활용성은 사업만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, ICT사용용이성은 유의한 영향관계가 검정되지 않았다. 사업만족도에 미치는 영향력은 업종전문성과 ICT사업활용성이 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 1인 미디어 교육성과는 SNS활동성, ICT 사업활용성과 사업만족도 사이의 조절역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 디지털역량의 중요성이 증대되는 시점에서 소상공인에 있어서도 이러한 역량이 사업만족도에 지대한 영향을 미친다는 점을 실증적으로 분석했다는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 초등과학 수업 연구를 위해 학교 안 전문적 학습공동체에 참여한 교사들의 초등과학 수업 전문성의 변화를 탐색하고자 하였다. 충북의 한 중소도시에 있는 18학급의 S초등학교에서 2020년 4, 5, 6학년을 맡은 여섯 명의 초등교사들이 학교 내 전문적 학습공동체에 참여하여 초등과학 수업에 대한 협력적 수업 연구를 7개월 동안 26회에 걸쳐 수행하였다. 전문적 학습공동체가 운영되는 동안 활동 영상 및 녹음 자료, 연구수업 녹화 영상, 수업 과정 자료, 전문적 학습공동체 성찰 활동 자료 등이 분석을 위해 수집되었다. 수집된 데이터는 자료 처리, 읽기와 메모, 기술, 분류, 해석 그리고 보고 및 시각화 등 질적 연구 방법을 활용하여 분석되었으며, 수업 전문성 준거 틀에 기반하여 수업 전문성 요소가 추출되었다. 그 결과 학교 안 전문적 학습공동체 활동의 초기 단계에서 참여 교사들은 먼저 수업에 대한 관점과 과학 수업에 대한 경험 및 목표에 대해 소통하였고, 소통을 통해 연구질문을 선정하게 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 교사들은 학년별로 공동의 연구수업을 설계하여 수업을 실행하였으며, 이를 동료교사들에게 개방하였다. 이후 수업에 대한 성찰이 진행되었으며, 교사들은 성찰이 거듭될수록 연구질문에 기반한 질적 성찰 능력이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 전문적 학습공동체에의 참여를 통한 협력적 수업연구 경험은 참여 교사들의 공동체적 학습과 이에 기반한 수업 전문성 신장에 긍정적으로 기여함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 전문적 학습공동체를 통한 초등교사의 과학 수업 전문성과 관련된 시사점을 제언하였다.

한국인의 사회복지학에 대한 인식은 어떠한가? 본 연구는 총 3,319명의 설문 참여자가 제공한 응답자료에 기초해서, 심리학, 문헌정보학, 경제학, 사회학, 정치외교학, 신문방송학과 같은 사회과학분야 학문들 그리고 생물학, 의학, 물리학과 같은 자연과학분야 학문들과의 비교 차원에서 한국인의 사회복지학에 대한 인식을 비교 분석하였다. 각 학문에 대한 개인적 흥미도, 사회적 공헌도, 유망도, 학문적 중요도, 전문성, 개인적 지식정도 측면에서의 인식을 8-점 Likert 척도로 평정, 비교하였다. 또한 사회복지학에 초점을 두고 성별 요인과 고등학생, 대학생과 대학원생, 일반 시민과 같은 지위 요인에 따라서 사회복지학에 대한 인식이 어떻게 다른지를 분석해 보았다. 아울러 대학생 및 대학원생만을 대상으로 현재 전공하고 있는 학문적 배경 요인에 따라서 사회복지학에 대한 인식이 어떻게 다른지를 분석해 보았다. 연구결과를 보면, 사회복지학에 대해서 공헌도, 유망도, 중요도, 개인 지식은 상대적으로 더 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났고, 개인적인 흥미도와 전문성은 상대적으로 더 낮게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지학에 대한 흥미도, 공헌도, 유망도, 중요도, 전문성, 개인지식의 벡터(vector)는 나이를 통제했을 때 성별 요인과 지위 요인에 의해서 차이를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생 및 대학원생의 경우, 학문적 배경 요인에 따라서 사회복지학에 대한 인식이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 객관적으로 비춰지는 학문의 모습과 관련된 이러한 결과는 한국 사회복지학이 오랜 기간 고민해 온 학문의 전문성 심화 과제 등을 정확하게 반영하고 있다. 본 논문은 한국 사회복지학의 발전과 관련해서 이러한 결과가 시사하는 바를 논의한다.

이 논문에서는 과학기술학에서 공중의 과학기술 관여가 논의되어온 방식이 갖는 유용성과 한계를 정당화와 실질적 수용의 측면에서 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 과학기술 전문가의 지식 체계가 포함하는 불확실성과 비전문가의 일반인 지식에 관한 STS의 통찰이 왜 그동안 참여적 거버넌스의 양적, 질적 확산으로 충분히 이어지지 못했는지의 문제를 이론적, 실질적 층위에서 논의하였다. 이어서 어떤 전문성이 참여적 거버넌스의 구성과 지속을 지지할 수 있는 것인가에 대한 답을 찾기 위한 예비적인 시도로서 한 사례-제주도 풍력 발전시설 개발과 제도 정비 과정에서 나타난 비전문가의 활동-에 주목하였다. 논문의 주장은 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 참여적 거버넌스를 정당화할 수 있는 근거는 시민/비전문가라는 사회 집단이 갖는 어떤 본질적 특성에서 도출할 수 없다. 둘째, 참여의 정당한 조건으로 수용될 수 있는 전문성의 형식과 내용은 사실 진술과 가치 판단의 경계를 재구성하는 수행의 결과로서 사후적으로 부여된다. 셋째, 제주도 풍력자원 공유화 과정에서 복잡한 사회-기술 체제의 실질적 재구성에 기여했던 것은 새롭게 유통될 수 있는 사물-사람의 관계를 만드는 '연계적 전문성'이었다. 넷째, 시민과 전문가의 전문성은 모두 대체가 아닌 보완을 필요로 한다. 궁극적으로 이 논문은 참여적 거버넌스에 대한 STS 논의가 실제로 갈등이 발생하고 결정이 이루어지고 있는 현장에 주목하여, 과거와 현재, 사실과 가치, 과학기술과 사회의 경계를 재구성하는 행위자들의 구체적 수행을 분석하는 작업으로 확장되어야 할 필요성을 강조한다.

In this study the comparative analysis of four nations' Delphi technological forecasts in information and communication industry was carried out. The nations were Korea, Japan, Germany and France. The reliability test of realization time forecast was also conducted. There were some technologies of which four nations forecast almost same realization time whereas other technologies which four nations showed large variance in forecasting realization time. This means that experts from different nations had different views and prospects on the same technology. It is expected that prospecting international technological trend from this study will contribute to formulating long-range plan for technological development in information and communication in Korea. The result of the comparative analysis of four nations' forecasts in information and communication technology can be summarized as follows. a)As for the realization time, most of the technologies were forecast by four nations to be similar, the differences ranging from one to three years. It was found that on the whole, the longer the time of the forecast, the bigger the variance. The German forecast showed the biggest variance. b)In reliability test Korean was found to be the most reliable and Japan, France and Germany were in descending order. The response of all panel members was found to be more reliable than that of the panel members with high expertise, which means that there were substantially different views among panel members with high expertise on the realization time of the same technology.

The purpose of this study was to consumer's evaluation toward salesperson attributes, satisfaction of salesperson and apparel store on relationship continuity. To this end, a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to men and women university students and 443 samples were used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, factor analysis, cluster analysis, One-way ANOVA, crosstabs, Pearson's correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows; Looking at the effects of evaluation toward salesperson attributes, satisfaction of salesperson on relationship continuity, they showed satisfaction of salesperson had direct influence on relationship continuity extremely when men and women university students are purchasing their clothing. Uniformity, customer orientation, expertise, kindness were as follows. Looking at the effects of evaluation toward salesperson attributes, satisfaction of apparel store on relationship continuity, it showed uniformity has direct influence on maintaining relations extremely when men and women university students are purchasing their clothing. Customer orientation, satisfaction of apparel store, expertise, kindness were as follows. Through this study, it will be applied into program development data for consumer management and education, and salesperson's efficient consumer response as well.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relationship between user satisfaction, expected satisfaction, quality of service, perceived value, and expertise that should be emphasized in personalized medical information services for the development of personalized medical information services based on big data analysis and the spread of their demand. Design/methodology/approach This study established research models and hypotheses on the basis of the theory of reuse intent, and applied the PLS methodology for analysis, the factors that make it applicable to personalized medical services in the theory of service quality and satisfaction. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that it can be seen that the expertise, perceived value, and quality of medical services did not directly affect the user's intention to reuse, but formed a direct causal relationship through variables such as whether they met expectations.

최근 영재 교사의 수업 전문성에 대한 관심과 연구는 많아지는 반면, 정작 각 영재 교과의 특성을 반영한 수업 전문성의 요소나 이를 적용하여 수업을 분석한 사례는 매우 부족하다. 이에 본 논문은 선행 연구를 바탕으로 수학 영재 교수 학습의 요소를 탐색하고 초등 영재 교사의 수학 수업을 상세히 분석한 사례를 제공한다. 분석 결과 전반적인 교수 학습의 특징 외에도 수학 영재의 특성을 고려한 학습 환경 조성, 수학 심화학습 위주의 과제 제시 및 확장, 고차원적인 수학적 사고 촉진, 수학적 규칙성 연결성 유용성을 강조하는 특징이 드러났다. 이를 통해 초등 수학 영재교육의 특성을 반영한 수업에 대한 실제적 담론의 기초를 형성하고, 영재 교사에게는 초등 수학 영재 수업을 바라보는 안목의 형성과 전문성 향상의 기초를 제공하고자 한다.

The Survey of Teaching Practice and the Factors of Satisfaction on Teaching Practice in Home economics Education The purpose of this study was to investigate teaching practice and factors on satisfaction of educational practice in home economics education of middle and high school, to provide information for improving educational practice. The subjects were 365 college students who had the educational practice in 1999. A questionnaire was used. The results were as follows: 1. Seventy on point eight percent of the subjects choose their teaching-practice school by themselves, however 25.2% of them was recommended by college. Twenty five point six percent of the subjects satisfied the orientation of the college, but 32.8% of them didn’t. Thirty four point four percent of the subjects indicated the form of practice documents was good, whereas 27.9% of them it needed more improvement. 2. Fifty four point eight percent of the subjects used their own research room. The orientation of teaching-practice school was good(36.4%) but 20.0% of the subjects dissatisfied. Eighty nine percent of the subjects managed the class as vice supervisory teachers, 46^ of them had example instruction, the number of subjects practised at middle school and public school were more than high school and private school respectively. 3. The score of educational expertise of teachers was 3.66 and the teacher educators’was 3.85 The score of educational expertise of the teacher educators who were in college of education(3.87) was higher than in general teacher course(3.77) at p$\leq$0.05 4. The score of educational practice satisfaction in the all subjects was 3.67. The factors to effect the satisfaction of the educational practice were the kind of research room, the orientation plan of the practice school and the management of the class, The score of the educational practice satisfaction was correlated with the score of educational expertise of teachers and teacher educators. and the agrresive attitude to the teaching practice of the teacher educators.

헌법재판소 도서관은 2019년 도서관 이전과 함께 국내 최고의 공법전문도서관으로서 이용자의 법률정보 접근의 편의성을 높이고, 보다 양질의 법률정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 헌법재판소 도서관의 비전 및 중장기 마스터플랜이 필요하다. 따라서 공법전문도서관으로서의 위상을 높이고, 변화에 대비하며 미래를 선도하는 헌법재판소 도서관으로서의 비전과 핵심가치, 목표를 도출하는 것이 우선적 과제이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도서관 대내외 환경 분석, 유사기관의 핵심가치 분석 등을 통하여 헌법재판소 도서관의 4대 핵심가치를 설정하고 목표를 도출하였다. 4대 핵심가치로 전문성(Expertise), 소통과 보편성(Communication & Universality), 협력(Cooperation), 혁신(Innovation)을 제시하였으며, 수립된 4대의 핵심가치가 도서관 운영, 제도, 정책에 반영될때 헌법재판소 도서관이 국내 최고의 공법전문도서관으로서 자리를 더욱 확고히 할 것으로 기대된다.
