In the results, for the development of Korean musical, it would be necessary to reorganize its curriculum. First, the systematic dance curriculum suitable for musical site would be needed. Second, the dance technique lesson suitable for diversified musical expressions should be strengthened. Third, teaching methods for the characterized musical dance would be necessary. Above all, we need effective education method concerned with performance venues. Musical students are facing difficulties in performing acting, singing, and dancing at the same time. In reality, it is even tough to learn a single area among them. For the original Korean-style musical that could be imitated by no one, the systematic curriculum of college is very important.

  • The competition for standardization in the enterprise environment starts with the data tier of the back-end and the standard enterprise middle tier is being stabilized by standardization as it is accepted as the Spring Framework. In addition, with the advent of new devices in an increasingly rapid cycle, securing compatibility with web and mobile services has become an important competitive advantage for web service companies. However, companies are unable to secure competent technical personnel appropriate for the rapidly changing environment of the information generation, and the curriculum of educational universities does not reflect the demand of new competency-oriented curriculum. Therefore, in this study, in order to acquire competency-oriented skills required for such an enterprise system platform environment and to develop a curriculum, the system using Spring Data JPA in the Spring Framework environment was implemented through documenting for each analysis and design step. It aims to provide a reference model for the full stack competency-based curriculum and capstone design curriculum that can be applied immediately in the enterprise environment.

  • In 2018, The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced its first comprehensive plan for patient safety, which included the imperative to develop a patient safety curriculum for students studying to become health professionals. The aim of this study is to assess current patient safety education and points of consideration for introducing new curriculum. An online survey was used to understand the status of patient safety education in medical schools, and key informant interviews and focus group interviews were used to collect qualitative data on the experience of patient safety education. The results of the online survey from 16 out of 40 medical schools (40% response rate) and the qualitative data analysis were integrated and analyzed. Twelve schools (75%) had established courses related to patient safety. The qualitative responses suggest that patient safety education is appropriate both before and after clinical training through a variety of educational methods, and that the topics should be linked with clinical training. The challenge of securing lecture time to address patient safety was mentioned as a realistic obstacle. When patient safety education is integrated in future curriculum, it is necessary to consider it as a priority. Moreover, in the early stages of introducing patient safety education, a step-by-step, policy-based approach is required for seamless adoption and settlement.

Methods: The participants included 773 management supervisors and education practitioners in the workplace, and a survey was conducted from April 17 to August 30, 2019. Frequency analysis, t-test, Borich's Needs Analysis, and Locus for Focus Model analysis were performed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and IBM SPSS 21.0. Results: The highest perceived priorities for education subjects were as follows: ① 'CPR and First Aid Practice' and 'Occupational Disaster Prevention and First Aid Basics' in the manufacturing industry; and ② 'Emotional Labor and Job Stress Prevention', 'Occupational Disaster Prevention and First Aid basics, and 'Musculoskeletal Disorder Prevention' in the service industry. 'Collective education' was the most preferred method of education. 'School-type' was preferred for the seating arrangement, and the proper number of trainees was considered to be about 30. Respondents said the contents of the education was a top priority when they applied for education, and curriculum and appropriate textbooks should be considered in calculating the cost of education. Conclusions: Practical subjects and subjects related to major hazards by industry were required for management supervisor education. It was proposed in this study that the contents and operating methods of education be changed so that workers can easily comprehend essential subjects such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act. In conclusion, it is necessary to design the curriculum and apply educational methods suitable for each subject's characteristics in consideration of the priorities for subjects reflected in the needs of trainees.

  • The purpose of the study is to develop a unit catalog system that can be linked with the curriculum. As for the research method, first, unit subject words were extracted through the analysis of middle school curriculum and science textbooks in all grades. Based on this, we designed a unit catalog system that has a unit book catalog by connecting books related to the unit topic of the subject, an index word catalog that organizes unit subject words into index words, and a grade and school level linked subject linked to the unit topic as a subsystem. Using the Notion program, a unit catalog system was implemented on the web using a middle school science unit 1 as a sample. To evaluate the system, experiments and surveys were conducted targeting students, and very positive results were shown in terms of satisfaction with the system and intention to use it in the future. Meanwhile, this study was limited to middle school science departments, but it was proposed to expand the application to all grades and subjects.

  • This study intends to suggest implications by comparing the high school mathematics curricula between Korea and the UK ahead of the 2022 revision of the mathematics curriculum. The UK has revised assessments to emphasize mathematics after age 16 since 2017. Thus, in this study, the contents of Key Stage 4, Core Maths and A-level, which correspond to the UK high school mathematics curriculum, were examined and compared with Korean high school math subjects. In the UK, mathematics education is more emphasized at the high school level. The national curriculum emphasized 'numeracy and mathematics', and students' selection for mathematics courses were expanded. In order to prepare for the future society, new mathematics subjects and evaluations were developed and implemented, and the A-level mathematics was improved. In addition, the subject-centered content was developed and continuously handled from Key Stage 3 to the high school stage. It was structured to facilitate mathematics' internal and external connection by linking it with the subjects of other areas.

  • In this paper, we propose the importance of character education in nursing curriculum. It is quite difficult to define what character is. It is solely because a person's character is very abstract yet comprehensive at the same time. Nevertheless, the East defines character as someone's personality that he or she is naturally born with. Someone's character contains two elements: what he or she was born with, a nature, and how the person has and is to become. The nature is difficult to change through education since one is born with such disposition. However, another half of one's character can be educated to be reformed and developed in the right manner. And this specific education is called character education. Today in Korea, education to cultivate one's character has become a cause celebre, especially when evaluating a nursing department's certification. To be a good nurse, one must not only be skillful but also has the ability to help others or make ethical and clinical judgments. Yet, most nursing departments in Korea out there are overwhelmingly focused on the curriculum related to obtaining licenses and to become a registered nurse. Thus, this is to suggest alleviating such a stress and expanding the curriculum for character education.
