공동주택 하자감정업무 표준절차개발을 위한 사례분석 (Case Study for Developing of Standard Process about Defect Consulting Work in Apartment Building)

  • There is urgent for defect consulting work to standardize the investigated method, repaired and reinforced method, and estimated cost about defect in increasing a defect lawsuit of apartment building. For the purpose of developing the standard process of defect consulting work, the review that a used process in law and institution should take precedence. There is not prepared the national standard for defect consulting but is dependent on an experience and a practice of consultants. This study analyzes defect consulting case, defines main steps for developing the standard process, and draws phased work factors. As systemizing this, it is expected to apply to basic structure for developing the standard process of defect consulting work for the next.

수업 구성 분석에 기반한 K-공과대학교의 동료수업컨설팅 프로그램 효과성 검증 (Effectiveness Validation of Peer Class Consulting Program Based on Class Composition Analysis at K-Institute of Technology)

  • This study introduces the peer class consulting program at K-Institute of Technology aimed at improving class quality through the diagnosis of professors' teaching methods, analysis of the pros and cons, and assessment of their class management ability. To carry out the program, 641 students taking classes with the professors were surveyed on their satisfaction and learning motivation levels. The class composition was analyzed by monitoring the professor's class. The effect of the consulting was verified by comparing students' class satisfaction scores before and after consulting. Additionally, 29 professors subject to the consulting were surveyed on their satisfaction with the program. According to the results, professors subject to the consulting recognized that the teaching methods and class management strategies presented through the consulting effectively improved student satisfaction and motivation and provided an opportunity to gain confidence through the class. Furthermore, professors subject to the consulting were able to acquire knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to class management, and they perceived the program positively, stating that it allowed them to quickly adapt to the university education environment through cooperative communication with senior professors serving as consultants.

수해양계 예비교사의 수업시연을 위한 수업컨설팅 수업모형 개발 (Development of Teaching Model for Teaching Demonstration of Pre-service Fisheries and Marine School Teachers through Class Consulting)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching model to improve teaching demonstration competence of pre-service Fisheries and Marine teachers through class consulting. The results were as follows: First, the results of a survey on perception of 19 pre-service teachers showed that most of them did not know exactly about the teaching demonstration. Second, a teaching model through class consulting was developed in four stages: Preparation for class, doing lesson, watching lesson, reflecting class. Third, the developed lessons model was applied for 6 weeks, but it was hard to expect much change just for 6 weeks. If discussions about the content of the lesson plan are haven during prior class consulting, this will be helpful for pre-service teachers in making the real teaching plan. The class performer have to write a report on class analysis because it is necessary to try systematic analysis on teaching demonstration.

  • 본 논문에서는 통계상담에 관련된 자료들을 정리해 보았다. 통계상담의 가장 중요한 3가지 역할은 교육적 기능, 서비스 기능, 연구 기능이며 효과적인 통계상담을 위해서는 상담에서의 통계적인 면과 더불어 비통계적인 면이 강조된다. 결과적으로 대학에서 통계상담실을 운영할 때에는 행정직, 개정적으로 독립되어 있으면서 통계학과에 속하는 통계상담실의 형채가 가장 바람직하다.

  • 다른 경영혁신체계의 도입시와 비슷하게 대다수의 BSC도입 기업들이 성공하지 못한 가장 큰 이유는 기존의 성과관리체계를 BSC의 4가지 관점하에 재설계하는데 급급하거나 구축이후 변화 관리가 제대로 이루어지지 못함으로서 지속적인 전략이행 도구로서 보다는 일회성의 성과평가 수단으로서 머무른데 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 두 기업에 대한 사례분석을 통하여 BSC를 성공적으로 활용하기 위한 5가지의 성공요소들을 도출하였고 이를 달성하기 위한 이행 방안을 제시하였다.

  • This paper has explored the analyzing and defining the core competencies of IT consultants who carry out IT consulting projects which desperately are needed by companies to survive in business competitions. Many companies have used IT consultants for their IT projects to achieve their project objectives. The problem of this is the results of IT projects carried out by IT consultants from the recognized consulting firms are quite often criticized by many clients who pay high price for hiring IT consultants. The purpose of this paper is that to weight of capability evaluation model for IT consultants. To define the capability model, I conducted the surveys from the IT professionals by the interview and e-mails. The result of this, this paper defines what core skills IT consultants should have to perform well when they carry out the IT projects. There are 6 major skills and 17 sub skills IT consultants should have in succeeding IT projects. 6 major skills are job competence skill, communication skill, business attitude, vocational values, job performance skill, leadership skill and related 17 sub skill are defined. With the capability evaluation model, the managers who are in the charge of incubating and enhancing the capability of IT consultants in the large corporation and also small, medium companies will utilize their companies' strength to get the advantage on the business competition.

SERVQUAL 형식을 활용한 컨설팅 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction of Consulting using SERVQUAL Form)

  • 본 연구는 컨설팅과 관련하여 컨설턴트와 참여기업의 컨설팅 만족도 분석을 심층조사를 통해 비교 검증하고자 한다. 컨설팅 품질 향상을 위하여 컨설턴트가 생각하는 만족도와 기업이 생각하는 만족도에 대한 각자의 다른 시각과 대처방안을 분석하여 최적의 개선사항을 도출하는 것이 목표이며 연구 대상이다. 컨설팅의 품질 및 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 강구하고자 이를 위하여 다섯 가지 서비스 품질 척도를 기준으로 하여 알아보고자 한다. 연구의 방법은 컨설팅을 마친 후 기업에서 요구하는 사항이 무엇인가를 SERVQUAL 관점에 근거하여 찾아내고, 이러한 요구사항을 어떻게 해결할 수 있을지에 대한 주요 인자를 발굴하여 평가기준을 정하고 컨설팅의 만족도를 측정하고자 한다. 기업과 컨설턴트의 컨설팅 품질의 세부 측정항목 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성에 대해 통계적으로는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 기업과 컨설턴트의 SERVQUAL 항목에 대한 컨설팅 만족도 비교분석 결과 컨설팅 품질 및 만족도 향상을 위해서는 기업과 컨설턴트의 의견이 다른 부분도 있었다. 따라서 이에 대한 의견 차이를 좁히고 컨설턴트와 기업이 서로 협조하는 구조를 구축하는 것이 중요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 온라인 컨설팅이란 business Consulting, IT Consulting, Tax & Audit Consulting 등의 일반 컨설팅 서비스가 다양한 방식에 의해 Online으로 제공되는 모델을 말한다. 현재 온라인 컨설팅은 시장의 요구에 따른 서비스 발생이 아닌 공급자에 의한 Push-Service라고 할 수 있다. Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen, Cambridge Technology Partners, IBM, Deloitte Consulting, Robbins-Glola, Mainspring, Bain & Co 등 컨설팅 회사들은 기존 대기업 위주 컨설팅과 함께 특정화된 문제에 대한 특정한 솔루션을 제공하는 저비용 서비스에 의한 중소기업 대상의 신규 시장 창출의 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 또한, 국내 온라인컨설팅의 개념, 선진 컨설팅 업체의 온라인 컨설팅 사업현황, 사업모델, 향후 전망, 사업의 성공요소에 대해서 살펴본다.

  • A Shared Services center (SSC) is created by removing common administrative functions from operational divisions within an organization, and centralizing the functions in a separate centre. SSC helps supporting organizations to focus on core activities and to achieve cost reduction as well as service quality enhancement. In contrast to many leading global companies which has been adopted SSCs from early 90's. A Company's HR SSC which has opened this year is the first genuine SSC practice in Korea. Centering on the case of A Company' s HR SSC implementation, we discussed on some practical implications for companies which has future plan to introduce a shared service center.

인테리어 디자인을 위한 相談 補助 시스템의 開發 (The Development of a Consulting Assisting System for Interior Design)

  • With the improved quality of life standards interior design is recently gaining more concerns than ever before. This requires more well organized and standardized business and marketing in the field. Consequently, a few interior design firms concern about computerizing their marketing process to do this. This paper focuses on developing a computerized consulting system assisting interior design. For this a standardized consulting process is developed. The process includes the input of customer's information, surveying customer's preferences on interior design styles, estimation and budget adjustment, suggesting packages and interior items, and printing consulting results. The system developed is valuable in three different viewpoints: First, from the customer's view it can be a decision-making tool. Second, from the consultant's point of view it is a front-end marking tool. Third, it is an information collector from the viewpoint of an interior design firm.
