고령화 시대의 인적자원관리방안 (Human Resource Management in the Period of Ageing)

  • Ageing induces huge dramatic change of society and economy rather than simple change of population structure. Ageing causes the decrease of working age population and production capable population, thus this brings growth slowness and long-term stagnation. In addition, progress in ageing decreases saving rate, consequently low saving rate brings about the decrease of country-wide investment resources. This ageing problem which is progressive rapidly needs core competence and implementation of human resource professionals to overcome this kind of environment change. First of all, it needs turnover in thinking way toward talents. Secondly, we need innovation one team to pursue innovation and creativity. Thirdly, it should be considered in a new way with the number of workers and efficiency of personnel expenses. Fourthly, employees should make effort for self-advancement. Under the environment with newly change human resource personnels' function and role should be emphasized to maintain sustainable growth and overcome the change of management environment. Therefore, human resources should be emphasized to become competitive personnel and organization with leading the change master and creating the value of the organization.

IT수용 및 확산관련 추진동기, IT저항, 변화관리에 관한 다중사례연구: 자동차산업의 PLM적용사례 중심으로 (Multiple Cases Study on the Motivation, IT Resistance and Change Management for IT Acceptance and Diffusion: focused on Automotive Industry PLM Cases)

  • IT의 기업 내 수용과 확산의 과정에서 나타나는 추진동기(motivation)와 IT저항 그리고 변화관리의 관계를 Product Lifecycle Management(PLM)를 적용하는 9개 자동차기업의 15개 의 다중사례를 기반으로 다루었다. 이를 통해서 추진동기가 IT의 조직 내 확산에 미치는 영향과 IT저항과의 역학적 관계, 그리고 이 과정에서의 변화관리의 역할과 그 중요성을 고찰하기 위한 탐색적 모델이 제안되었다. 또 추진동기에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 (1)경쟁, 불확실성, 경향, 상호연결성과 같은 환경적요인, (2)중앙집중성, 규모, 리더, 혁신후원가 및 복잡성과 같은 조직적요인, (3)인지된용의성, 인지된유익성과 같은 기술적 요인들을 살펴보았고, 이와 관련된 주요 명제 6가지를 제안하였다. 여기서 추진동기가 IT저항을 충분히 극복할 경우에 수용 및 확산이 지속되고, 변화관리가 이 과정에서 추진동기에 정(+)의 작용을 하고, IT저항을 줄이는 방향으로 전개되는 것이 중요함이 논의되었으며, 환경요인, 조직요인 및 기술요인이 추진동기에 미치는 영향이 있음이 구체적으로 관찰되었다. 이를 통해서 IT의 조직 내 수용과 확산을 위한 요소들에 대한 정의와 그 시사점을 제시하였고, 특별히 PLM과 관련된 향후의 연구기반을 제공할 수 있었다.

  • The main objectives of this study are (1) to identify the conflict types in IS integration process with respect to M&A, (2) to propose the ways to manage the origin of conflict to be expected, and (3) to develop the conflict management model which establishes the relationship among the M&A strategy, the IS integration strategy and change management process that influence the source of conflict. In order to achieve these research objectives, this study focuses on banking industry under M&A with the viewpoint of change management instead of existing technology-oriented IS integration strategy. The findings of this study are thought not only to be useful as a practical guideline in carrying out IS integration project under M&A but also to provide significant basis for constructing the theoretical framework of effective IS integration strategy.

  • Configuration Management (CM) is a process of identifying and documenting the characteristics of a Structures, Systems and Components (SSCs), and of ensuring that changes to these characteristics are properly assessed, approved, issued, implemented and verified. There are requirement management, change control, facility configuration information management for CM activities. In order to improve safety of Nuclear Power Plant(NPP), it is necessary to manage change item systematically. Existing CM concept is focused on the NPP in operation. On the other hand, NPP under construction is difficult to efficiently manage the change because of different change process from varoius stake-holders. This research considers method of consolidation change process for NPP to ensure that approved changes are accurately reflected in the design requirements, facility configuration information, and the physical configuration.

ERP 도입이후 변화관리의 중요도에 대한 연구: 정보역량 관점에서 (The Importance of Change Management after ERP Implementation: An Information Capability Perspective)

  • This research proposes a conceptual framework to highlight the importance of change management after firms implement ERP systems. With ERP, firms need to rework their business processes to make information flow smoothly within organizations. Firms cannot realize expected returns from ERP investments unless changes are effectively managed after ERP systems are put into operation. The research model is empirically tested using data collected from over 170 firms that had used ERP systems at least for more than one year. Our analysis reveals that the eventual success of ERP systems depends on effective change management after ERP implementation, supporting the existence of the 'valley of despair.

  • Climate change influences multiple environmental aspects, certain of which are specifically related to agricultural water resources such as water supply, water management, droughts and floods. Understanding the impact of climate change on reservoirs in relation to the passage of time is an important component of water resource management for stable water supply maintenance. Changes on rainfall and hydrologic patterns due to climate change can increases the occurrence of reservoir water shortage and affect the future availability of agricultural water resources. It is a main concern for sustainable development in agricultural water resources management to evaluate adaptation capability of water supply under the future climate conditions. The purpose of this study is to predict the sustainability of agricultural water demand and supply under future climate change by applying an irrigation vulnerability assessment model to investigate evidence of climate change occurrences at a local scale with respect to potential water supply capacity and irrigation water requirement. Thus, it is a recommended practice in the development of water supply management strategies on reservoir operation under climate change.

The Impact of Technology Adoption on Organizational Productivity

  • Purpose: This research investigates the impact of technology adoption on organisation productivity. The framework has three independent variables viz. technological change, information technology (IT) infrastructure, and IT knowledge management and one dependent variable as organisational productivity. Research design, data and methodology: An explanatory research design with a quantitative research method was employed, and data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire using online as well as an offline survey. The sample consisted of 300 IT managers and senior-level executives (production as well as service team) in leading IT companies in Malaysia selected using snowball sampling. Normality and reliability assessment was performed in the first stage utilising SPSS 22, and Confirmatory Factory Analysis (CFA) was performed with maximum likelihood estimation to assess the internal consistency, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. Finally, Structural Equation Model (SEM) and path analysis are conducted using AMOS 22. Results: The research findings demonstrated that technological change and IT infrastructure positively and significantly impact the organisation's productivity while IT knowledge management has significant but negative impact on organizational productivity of IT companies in Malaysia. Conclusion: The research concludes that all three factors plays important role in deciding organizational producvity. Recommendations, implications, limitations and future research avenues are discussed.

  • Knowing the time of the process change could lead to quicker identification of the responsible special cause and less process down time, and it could help to reduce the probability of incorrectly identifying the special cause. In this paper, we propose a generalized maximum likelihood estimate. (MLE) of the process change point when a control chart with variable sample size (VSS) scheme signals a change in the process mean, and evaluate the performance of this estimator when it mi used with a VSS EWMA chart.

  • 대규모로 진행되는 도시환경정비사업의 경우, 다수의 참여주체의 요구 및 내/외부적인 요인에 의하여 사업의 환경, 주체, 법규, 계획 등이 빈번히 변화되는 특성을 지닌다. 이처럼 대규모로 진행되는 도시환경정비사업에서는 다수의 변화의 가능성을 가지고 있는 만큼, 전체 사업의 업무프로세를 기반으로 변화요인을 정의하여 사업추진단계별로 발생 가능한 변화요인을 사전에 인지하고 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시환경정비사업과 같이 다수의 변화 가능성이 내재된 사업의 체계적인 변화관리를 위하여, 업무프로세스를 기반으로 주요 변화관리 요인을 도출하였다. 또한 ANP방법론을 활용하여 도출된 변화요인들에 대한 외적, 내적 특성을 반영함으로써 사업 추진단계별 특성화된 주요 변화요인들의 중요도를 정량적으로 제시하였다.

적응인가, 위기인가?: 현재 한국 가족의 변화를 어떻게 해석할 것인가? (Is it the progress or the crisis?: How do we interpret the family change in Korea today?)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the features of the Korean family change since 2,000 and to interpret the meaning of the change on the basis of the critical review of both the positive perspective and the negative perspective of the family change in Korea. Through the method of the literature review and the analysis of the various statistics by KOSTAT, it is drawn that explaining the change only by "diversity of family compositions" is not enough to figure out the meaning of the family change in Korea today and that it is needed to go further to approach the change as disintegration of the 'nuclear' composed of the married couple and their children. It is also drawn that the disintegration has led to weakening of the long term functions by the family, i. e., the function of life and of the virtues, which shakes the way of human life and the order of our society. Therefore, the present family change in Korea is to be understood as crisis, not as progress. And it is recommended that the family politics in Korea is to be focused on the ways for the healthy functioning and rebuilding the nuclear of the family.
