Korea has operated the export support system of agricultural products for export expansion of agricultural products. Export logistics expenses support program in the export support system is accounted for the largest share. Export logistics expenses support program is, including the export industry promotion of agricultural sector, also in domestic agricultural price stabilization is evaluated to have contributed. However, recently, in a changing Korean International Agricultural Environment, depending on whether the classification of developing countries, so it is displayed differently. If you are classified as developing countries, continued support of export subsidies, which has been promoted to the export sector of agricultural products can be up to a certain period of time. However, if it is not included in the developing countries, support of export logistics costs of agricultural products is abolished. In this study, export logistics cost support in the export sector of agricultural products by analyzing the effect on exports, WTO/DDA agriculture negotiations result, presenting a proposal that is in preparation for the reduction and elimination of export logistics costs to be expected.

This paper integrates elements from the theory of agency, the entrepreneurship education, the start-up policies. Entrepreneurship education is demanded to enhance success of business candidate for business establishment and to increase start-up survival. Three researches are made by this study. First of all, Educational performance is measured and it explains why linked policies is needed. To explain linked performance, this paper introduces several hypothesis. These are about a rate of start-up failure caused by agency problem and a rate of education effect decreasing agency problem. Secondly, operation performance of it can be increased by linking among policies and should be for the original goals of start-up policies. Finally, several ideas including start-up certification is proposed. Start-up certification has role of contact point of different entrepreneurship policies. As a result, level of satisfaction of policies will increase and specially of education program by linked effects.

The purpose of this study is to design and develop an e-mentoring system for full inclusion. Through the literature review of related studies, the e-mentoring performance model was drawn. Based on this model, an e-mentoring system was designed and developed. Especially the horizontal mentoring was mainly considered during the procedure. To evaluate the usability of the system, 2 system managers, 5 mentors, and 5 mentees were chosen and they were interviewed by researchers. Researchers used an interview instrument(10 items) consisting of mentoring support(cognitive support, affective support, adaptability) and technical support(convenience, accuracy, look & feel) categories. On the whole affirmative responses were given in both mentoring support and technical support areas. It can be concluded that the e-mentoring system is very effective in supporting full inclusion. In future it is recommended that several empirical studies of utilizing the e-mentoring should be performed.

As the 4^th industrial revolution has been an emerging issue, the government and industry has paid increasing interest to smart factory. The Korean government has made efforts to establish smart manufacturing capabilities of small-to-medium sized firms by providing supports for smart factory. However, the effectiveness of the supports and satisfaction of firms have hardly been analyzed. This study aims to analyze firms' satisfaction by attributes of policy suuports for smart factory and identify priorities for government supports. The results show that 8 out of 11 attributes were one-dimensional and 3 were attractive attributes. Among the 11 attributes, funding support was the top priority. The attributes such as dispatching external experts, consulting for sophistication of smart-factory, and consulting for maintenance and repair were also high priorities. These results imply that firms prefer supports for maintenance and sophistication to adoption or initial establishment of smart factory.

This article investigates the impact of business incubator's support service and manager's capabilities on the start-up economic performance. BI's support services consist of physical infra, management/legal service, networking service, financial service, technical service, and education/training service. The results show that most BI's support services(except education/training service) have a positive effect on the start-up economic performance. This study also analyzes the gap between the importance and the satisfaction of BI's services. The results show that the satisfaction of BI's services is much lower than the importance. It can be explained that the start-ups' expectations are not able to meet. In conclusion, BI's services have a major impact on the start-up economic performance, but actually they didn't meet the expectation of the start-ups. In the future, the quality level of BI's services and manager's capabilities needs to be improved. The improvement will have a positive effect on the survival and growth of the startups.

The government provides various support systems for small-medium companies who perform a vital role for hiring and manufacturing: focusing on activating of start-up. Various governmental supports have been made and these entrepreneurship support systems have been contributed a certain point to start-up activation. Based on precedent study, this study has been setup the independent variables as five factors: mainly tax support system, financial support system, technology support system, management support system, self-employment infrastructure support program and empirically completed with the hypothesis how independent variables affect entrepreneurial intention. In this study, surveys which consist of measurements and questions allowing drawing variables and verifying the relationship between variables, and empirical study methods that prove in accordance with statistics process of measured data were implemented. To conclude, the results are as follows. It was showed in supplemental analysis performed through path analysis that tax support system and financial support system influence entrepreneurial intention.

This paper is a study on export support system that a small company can make the export performance early in the overseas market and also can enhance international marketing capabilities. The model is solved to operational problems of the conventional export support program, and it contained a further support action to complement the weakness of the program. We want to create a Smart-Platform(Export Power Double Plus-Platform: EPDP)that we can improve the export capability of SMEs in the short term. The model will be very useful to export support agencies as an integrated support platform that supports the international marketing of the korean SMEs. And added some case studies of SMEs in Daejeon city.

Since the 1990s, the role of the government has been shifting towards governance. This new governance emphasizes government's role in establishing a cooperative system with private organizations through network structure and interaction. In the 1990s, Korean Government support for artists and exhibitions increased unprecedentedly. In the 2000s, support for the arts shifted in ways so as to integrate genres. Simultaneously, in order to strengthen the creative capacities of artists, support for new artists, multi-art and fusion arts have increased. From 2010, 'visual arts' business support was provided. In addition, 'visual arts' was supported by a joint planning project from 2013 Also, an overseas residence program has actively supported exhibitions through international exchanges. Since 2005, it has expanded to cooperation with India, Iran and Asian countries as well as with the Betani Studio in Germany. In addition local government supported for artists and the Biennale, residences, regional cooperative business through the local cultural foundation.

최근 IT인프라 관제시스템의 구축 추세는 서비스 가용성 및 응답시간이란 관리지표를 기준으로 IT서비스 품질관리 관점에서 시스템을 관리함을 목표로 삼고 있다. 즉, 자원의 종류에 따라 개별 성능 및 장애 관리를 하기보다는 서버, 네트워크, DB, WAS, 어플리케이션 등 IT서비스에 관련된 전반적 자원에 대한 포괄적인 관리로 IT서비스 성능저하 및 장애가 주로 발생하는 지점을 파악하여 보수하고 개선할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 최근의 추세라 할 수 있겠다. 한편으론 조직의 IT서비스가 여러 지역에 존재하는 다수 시스템에 의해 수행되는 최근의 상황을 고려할 때, 분산 환경하의 서비스 품질관리를 위해서는 각 지역별로 관리 서버를 운용하고 중앙에 별도의 슈퍼 매니저를 두어 전체를 관장하는 체계가 요구된다. 다중/계층형 관리서버 운용 메커니즘을 지원하는 시스템에서의 각 관리 모듈은 독립적으로 실행이 가능하며, 물리적 서버의 위치가 다른 곳에서도 관리 기능을 실행함에 있어서 문제가 없도록 기능을 지원하여 관리서버의 부하 분산이 투명하게 실현되어야 한다. 여기서는 QoS (Quality of Service)측면에서의 관리 기능을 수행하는 다중/계층형 시스템 통합관리에 관한 기술적 사항들을 살펴보고자 한다.

Recently, it is to increase rapidly in people who do a private business through Web service. So, many companies have been developing part of businesses using Web Services. The greatest interest of companies developing Web Services was that users were easily discovering and using information on theirs. So, companies have been taking interest in a standard that supports registrations of information on Web service and discoveries of a registered Web services. Therefore UDDI 3.0 standard of the registry for Web service standardized by OASIS is in the spotlight. But, because of the complexity of it, there are no implementations developed in the inside of the country yet. And a development activity of it is faint. In outside of the country, IBM, Microsoft and SAP has developed it, but they do not perfectly support a standard of UDDI 3.0. This Paper shows the development of the Registry System which supports perfectly a standard of UDDI 3.0.
