The purpose of this study was to provide hotel bakery organizations with useful information for human resources management based on a substantial clarification of the relationship and correlation of hotel bakery employees' self-leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment. Resources were gathered from June 20, 2015 to July 10, 2015 by distributing a total of 500 surveys, from which 377 were collected. Excluding 23 survey forms not suitable for the analysis, 354 survyes were processed through factor analysis, reliability test, and multivariant structural analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 to verify the hypotheses. The findings of the analysis can be summarized as follows: first, behavior-centered strategies, natural compensation, and constructive thinking strategies had a significantly positive impact on self-efficacy. Second, in the analysis of impact of self-efficacy on organizational commitment, it was significant for emotional immersion, but did not have a significantly positive impact on normative immersion. Third, in the relationship between self-leadership and organizational commitment, behavior-centered strategies and natural compensation did not have a significant impact on emotional immersion. However, constructive thinking strategies had a significant impact. The following implications can be derived based on the above findings: this study implies the possibility of future studies on the variables of self-efficacy as it set behavior-centered strategies, natural compensation, and constructive thinking strategies as the preliminary factors under hotel bakery employees' self-leadership; and it analyzed the causality of each factor with emotional immersion and normative immersion as the subordinate factors of self-efficacy and organizational commitment to show that self-leadership and self-efficacy of hotel bakery employees based on emotional immersion and normative immersion can stably improve the organization of hotel bakeries.
The Gaisong Merchants can be regarded to playa pioneering role to activate the Korea's trade with foreign countries. In the early period of Yi-Dynasty, the Gaisong Merchants focused on personal trade, but in the middle period of Yi-Dynasty, they entered to the realm of governmental trade. Furthermore, their business activities widened to various forms of trades, for example, smuggling. Utilizing accumulated capital, Gaisong merchants expanded their trading activities to their neighboring countries such as Japan and China. In recent times, it is necessary for modem Korean companies to diversify risks through the establishment of corporations for production, marketing and R&D abroad or through joint venture, M&A and strategic alliance with foreign companies in order to reduce the risks originated from volatile economic and political situations. In this study, we utilize tools of comparative study to compare Gaisong Merchants' foreign trade strategies with those of modem companies such as AMOREPACIFIC, HANILCEMENT and SHINDORICO. The purpose of the paper is to test the hypothesis that modem Korean companies grew up by following the cases of Gaisong Merchants' business activities. We summarize our main findings as follows. First, both Gaisong Merchants and modem Korean companies have common functional core capability in the field of marketing, manufacturing technology, R&D, and human resources development. Second, both Gaisong Merchants and modem Korean companies have common organizational core capability. Third, both Gaisong Merchants and modem Korean companies have common infrastructures such as planning, finance, accounting and MIS. It constitutes the infrastructure of Korea's foreign trade sector. Fourth, both Gaisong Merchants and modem companies have common organizational culture in the field of management policy and philosophy. Actually, those factors are evaluated to be driving forces of Koera's success in foreign trade. In conclusion, the business activities of Gaisong Merchants who represented the peculiarity of Korean business spirit are partially inherited to current Korean business management. The value system and behavior pattern of modern Korean companies is succeeded from the spirit of Gaisong Merchants and it playa major role to specify the identity of Korean business administration.
Companies have recently become increasingly interested in corporate entrepreneurship to establish a core employment policy in order to secure and maintain core employees and to foster an innovation-oriented organizational culture. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the causal relationship between core employment policies and the team leader's the perceived internal process organizational competency and job satisfaction, and to investigate whether corporate entrepreneurship has a moderation effect. Non-financial service industries including ICT companies were subject of the study and human capital corporate panel(HCCP) was utilized. The samples were 367 team leaders from 79 domestic companies. This study also applied Multi-Level Analysis(HLM), which simultaneously analyzes variables at both the individual level and the organizational level in order to improve the accuracy of the study. According to the result of the study analysis, core employment policies have a positive(+) impact on the perceived internal process organizational competency and job satisfaction. In addition, the moderation effect of corporate entrepreneurship was verified during the process when core employment policies influence the two outcome variables. corporate entrepreneurship was found to have a moderation effect that strengthens the influence on job satisfaction, but the moderation effect on the perceived internal process organizational competency was not statistically significant. These results confirm that organizational cultural factors such as corporate entrepreneurship are important influence variables in the process of influencing individual-level variables such as core employment policies. Academically, It suggests that in order to enhance the effectiveness of company strategies in respect of human resource management such as core employment policies, it is important to foster a cultural environment that suits the industry and characteristics of the organization. In addition, it suggested that companies in need of new innovation need to utilize corporate entrepreneurship.
This study aims to explore the issues of residential care services for children and youth with disabilities using mixed methods research. In Korea, welfare policies for people with disabilities tend to focus on adults with disabilities. As a result, children and youth with disabilities often receive less attention in welfare policies, which is especially true of children and youth with disabilities at residential facilities, who have confronted more serious situations than children and youth with disabilities living together with their families. Thus, the goal of this study explores the issues of residential care services for children and youth with disabilities, and suggests alternatives grounded in the research results. This study used a mixed methodology; in particular the embedded design that is designed by Creswell and Clark(2007). In qualitative research, representative professionals who work at residential facilities were selected using the recommendations of professional groups, and were interviewed using focus group interview methods. In quantitative research, this study investigated the thoughts of professionals on the issues of residential care services for children and youth with disabilities, using questions that were developed through qualitative research results. This study is significant in that it explored the issues of residential care services for children and youth with disabilities, focusing on field experiences, for the first time in Korea, and suggested political alternatives for the future.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among burnout, compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction and social support of clinical dental hygienists. The subjects in the study were 313 dental hygienist who were randomly selected in dental clinic and hospital, which were located in Daejeon, South and North Chungcheong province. Data were gathered using structured questionnaires from June 17 to July 31, 2013. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1. As for burnout by general characteristics, there were statistically significant difference according to age, marital status, clinical career, agency work type and job position. 2. The relationship of burnout and other variables was analyzed, and compassion fatigue had a significant positive effect on burnout, and compassion satisfaction and social support had negative effects on burnout. 3. As a result of analyzing which variables affected burnout, it's found that burnout were under the influence of agency work type, compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction and social support. These variables made a 56.9% prediction of burnout. These findings provide strong empirical evidence for the importance of compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction and social support in explaining burnout of clinical dental hygienists. Therefore, the effective human resource management programs should be developed to consideration with the dental hygienist work environment and the quality of service.
The purpose of this study was to use as basic data for the is systematic and efficient facility inventory of policeman and the riot police, conscripted policeman. First, the analysis was performed for the patient implementing the simple x-ray, CT, and MRI examination to the policeman and the riot police, conscripted policeman within the radiologic examination. As to the classification by disease, it classified into the partial body as the common disease and musculoskeletal system disease. As to the fixed quantity comparison of the policeman and the riot police, conscripted policeman the basic X-ray, CT, MRI examination by part average personnel was compared. As to the research result the riot police, conscripted policeman, the Lower extremity examination occupies the simple X-ray, CT, and MRI examination in comparison with the other part altogether much and particularly, the Knee examination ratio occupies much among the Lower extremity examination.

This study examined the relationship between the happiness, empowerment, and nursing performance of nurses with more than one-year of clinical experience, and the factors affecting the nursing performance. The subjects were 164 nurses who worked in two general hospitals in Incheon and Chungcheong-do, Korea. Data were collected from October to November 2018. The main findings of this study were as follows. The mean scores for happiness, empowerment, and nursing performance were 3.07±0.36, 3.37±0.43, and 3.40±0.44 points. Happiness was positively correlated with empowerment (r=.58, p<.01) and nursing performance (r=.58, p<.01), empowerment was positively correlated with the nursing performance (r=.58, p<.01). The factors influencing the nursing performance were empowerment (β=.65, p<.001), total length of a clinical career (β=.19, p<.001), education level (β=.12, p<.05), and happiness (β=.12, p=.05), showing an explanatory power of 64%. Based on these results, it is necessary to provide sufficient human and physical resources to improve the nursing performance and manage the organizational level to increase the nurses' happiness and empowerment. To improve the work performance of nurses, an empowerment improvement program tailored to the clinical experience and educational level should be developed, and the working environment that can increase the nurse's happiness should be improved.
The process of constructing the DB in the current geotechnical information DB system needs a lot of human and time resource consumption. In addition, it causes accuracy problems frequently because the current input method is a person viewing the PDF and directly inputting the results. Therefore, this study proposes building an automatic digital DB using AI (artificial intelligence) of boring logs. In order to automatically construct DB for various boring log formats without exception, the boring log forms were classified using the deep learning model ResNet 34 for a total of 6 boring log forms. As a result, the overall accuracy was 99.7, and the ROC_AUC score was 1.0, which separated the boring log forms with very high performance. After that, the text in the PDF is automatically read using the robotic processing automation technique fine-tuned for each form. Furthermore, the general information, strata information, and standard penetration test information were extracted, separated, and saved in the same format provided by the geotechnical information DB system. Finally, the information in the boring log was automatically converted into a DB at a speed of 140 pages per second.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the duties and competencies of the teacher librarian required by schools as consumers to operate the curriculum, and to suggest ways to improve their professionality. To this end, the duties and competencies included in 20 job advertisements posted by IB schools to select teacher librarians were analyzed based on the IFLA School Library Guidelines. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the duties and competencies of IB schools are based on the IB curriculum guidelines and this guideline is based on the educational philosophy and learner image that IBO curriculum aims. And the job that schools want the most from the teacher librarian is teaching through library collection management and collaboration, and the main competencies for this are communication and collaboration skills, teaching-learning·curriculum·education design and operation, and digital & media literacy. The results of this analysis show that the professionalism should be based on the vision for the educated person and learner capabilities presented in the curriculum. Based on this results, in this study the ways for developing teacher librarians' professionalism were presented in the following aspects. First, including the educational responsibilities of the school library in the Arrangement and Implementation Guideline of National Level Curriculum. Second, Classifying human resources' duties through revision of the Enforcement Decree of the School Library Promotion Act. Third, reorganizing of basic courses to acquire teacher librarian qualifications and introducing a demonstration of collaborative teaching in the eduactional practice and the certification examination.
Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects of the SNS Gratitude Diary Program during the COVID-19 period on grateful disposition, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of medical institution workers. Methods: The study was a nonequivalent control group pre-post test design. The participants were 58 medical institution workers of which 28 were assigned to the experimental group and 30 to the control group. Data were collected from June 3 to August 10, 2020 and analyzed using SPSS Win 18.0 version program. The intervention was conducted 5 times a week for 8 weeks. Results: There were significant differences in reported grateful disposition between the two groups. However, the issue of job satisfaction and life satisfaction were not significant. Conclusion: The SNS Gratitude Diary Program using SNS during the COVID-19 period can be utilized as an effective intervention for grateful disposition. It will be a good solution to lead successful psychological health management.
