This study is purposed to make sure of the Effects of Hotel Brand Equity on Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior. For this study, the effects of Hotel Brand Equity on Enterprise, the effects of Hotel Brand Equity on Customer Citizenship Behavior and the effects of Enterprise Trust on Customer Citizenship Behavior were analyzed statically by the method of multiple regression analysis. Hotel Brand Equity consists of 3 elements(Perceived Service Quality, Brand Image, Brand Awareness), Enterprise Trust is made of 2 elements(Enterprise Ability, Enterprise Sincerity) and Customer Citizenship Behavior has 2 element(Guest Preference, Guest Helping). As a result, three things have been found. First, Perceived Service Quality has a positive influence on both of Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior which means that Perceived Service Quality is the most essential element for hotel marketing performance. Second, Brand Image has a positive influence partly on Enterprise Trust, that is, only on Enterprise Ability, not Enterprise Sincerity and also on both Guest Preference and Guest Helping whereas Brand Awareness has a positive influence on both of Enterprise Ability and Sincerity but it has no influence on Customer Citizenship Behavior. Third, Enterprise Sincerity has a positive influence on both of two elements in Customer Citizenship Behavior whereas Enterprise Ability has a positive influence on only Guest Helping.

The purpose of this study is to cultivate the attitudes of preservice early childhood teacher's commitment by analyzing the effects of education practicum, teacher efficacy, and emotional intelligence on teacher's education commitment and analyzing the relationship between them. To this purpose, a total of 150 questionnaires were distributed to 75 preservice early childhood teachers of the metropolitan area from November 1, 2018 to March 2019. The results of the study were as follows: First, education commitment of preservice early childhood teachers was positively correlated with teachers' efficacy, emotional intelligence, and education practicum experiences. Second, education commitment increased when the emotional intelligence increased before the education practicum experience, and education commitment increased when the teacher's efficacy increased after education practicum experience. In light of these, It suggests that programs or content education that can strengthen emotional intelligence are effective before education practicum. and that programs or content education that enhance teacher efficacy capacity are more effective after education practicum.

The purpose of this study is to examine the protection of third parties of the transactions made by the representative director without resolution adopted by the board of directors. The legal effect of a transaction conducted by a representative director without board resolution in violation of internal restriction or statutory restriction is at issue. The Supreme Court of Korea('SCK') made a new ruling that revised the prior case law(Supreme Court en banc Decision 2015Da45451, Feb. 18, 2021). The SCK in the subject case proclaimed a legal doctrine that 'a third party acting in good faith' shall be protected according to Article 389(3) and 209(2) of the Korean Commercial Act, except that 'a third party with gross negligence' is considered as 'a person acting in bad faith' and thus is excluded from protection. The subject case law can be evaluated as broadening the scope of protection of the third party. In addition, the subject case is meaningful in that it is balance with the related SCK ruling, which considered a third party with gross negligence as a person acting in bad faith while protecting a third party with ordinary negligence in the case of transactions involving apparent representative directors, etc.

This study was to investigate the sustainable regional ecotourism development and management of the Quinta Mazatlan World Birding Center & Edinburg Scenic Wetland World Birding Center in the Lower Rio Grand Valley, Texas, USA. In oder to identify the substantiality of these two institutions, sustainable tourism evaluation indicators were developed based on the previous researches. Data were collected in December 2016 and March 2017 at the two World Birding Centers. Official documents regarding the sustainable management of the two agencies were collected and interviews with the directors of both centers were also proceeded. The findings show that the two World Bird Center have adopted basic measures for environmental substantiality but have adopted various management techniques, especially for economic and social sustainability. In particular, Quinta Mazatlan World Birding Centers have developed twenty programs and events to attract four different target markets including children and adolescents, families with young children, and adults. It also secured income by donation as wells as admission and rental fees. Furthermore, the two World Birding Centers have provided diverse volunteer opportunities for the local residents. Practical implications of the study for the Korea regional ecotourism development and management were also discussed at the end.

Climate change is undeniably the most urgent challenge that humanity faces today. Despite this, the level of public awareness and understanding of climate change remains insufficient, indicating a need for more proactive education and the development of supportive content. In particular, it is crucial to intensify climate change education during elementary and secondary schooling when values and ethical consciousness begin to form. However, there is a significant lack of age-appropriate, experiential educational content. To address this, our study has developed an innovative 3D simulator, enabling learners to indirectly experience the effects of climate change, specifically sea-level rise. This simulator considers not only sea-level rise caused by climate change but also storm surges, which is a design based on the analysis of long-term wave observation big data. To make the simulator accessible and engaging for students, we utilized the 'Unity' game engine. We further propose using this simulator as a part of a comprehensive educational program on climate change.

Unlike previous studies that have looked at ESG management and ESG performance from a consumer perspective, this study aims to examine the relationship between attitudes toward ESG and ESG performance perception from the perspective of internal customers who are members of the organization. To this end, the impact of internal members' perceptions of the importance of each ESG area on the organization's ESG management necessity and performance perception was summarized into three research questions and the impact was identified using a structural equation model. As a result of the study, internal customers highly recognized the organization's ESG management needs when they recognized the E (environmental) and G (governance) areas as important, but there was no significant relationship with the ESG management needs in the S (social) area (Research Question 1). In addition, the relationship between the perception of importance in each ESG area and the organization's ESG management needs was found to be little different depending on internal customers' interest in ESG, the degree of ESG knowledge, and age (Research Question 2). Finally, it was found that internal customers who highly perceive the organization's ESG management needs were also positively aware of the organization's ESG performance level.

Due to the decrease in the school-age population, the number of freshmen at local college who lack basic learning skills is increasing. Thus, C college has been running a basic learning ability improvement clinic program. This paper is a case study that investigates the effect of basic learning ability improvement clinic programs on major class immersion, efficacy, and major class satisfaction. In 2022, a total of 459 students were surveyed, including 238 students who participated in online and offline classes for basic learning ability improvement clinics and 221 students who did not participate in classes. Data processing was performed using SPSS Ver. 26.0 was used. The results of this study are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of academic self-efficacy, the group participating in the basic learning ability improvement clinic showed significant differences in task difficulty preference and confidence. Second, the class participation group showed a significant difference in learning immersion in major classes. Third, the class participation group showed significant differences in all sub-factors of major satisfaction. In conclusion, it was found that the basic learning ability improvement clinic class had a significant effect on academic self-efficacy, learning immersion, and major satisfaction.

This study analyzed 817 articles published in Korean professional journals over the past three years, from 2020 to 2022, using text mining techniques to identify trends in addiction research in Korea and explore development directions. The analysis results are as follows. First, as a result of the analysis of the top keywords, online addiction studies such as smartphones, games, Internet, gambling, and relationship addiction were prominent as the top keywords. Second, as a result of TF-IDF analysis, many addiction studies related to behavioral addiction such as smartphones, games, the Internet, and work addiction have been conducted over the past three years, and in particular, there are many studies on addiction problems such as smartphones, games, and the Internet that have not yet been clinically diagnosed as addiction problems. This is the same as the result of word frequency analysis, and it can be interpreted that recent studies have been remarkably conducted on more diverse addiction problems. Third, the 2-gram analysis shows that words that mainly correspond to behavioral addiction, such as smartphones, games, and the Internet, appear side by side with the keyword addiction, and among them, words paired with smartphones are mentioned a lot in research papers and are being studied. Fourth, as a result of the CONCOR analysis, there were five clusters: a study on universal addiction issues such as alcohol use disorders and the Internet, a study of recovery on drug and gambling addiction, a study on mobile devices and media addiction, a study on the latest trends related to behavioral addiction, and other addiction issues. Finally, based on the results of this study, a direction for future addiction-related research was suggested.

As a means of helping ships navigate safely, navigational aids in operation in the maritime envirionment require periodic management, and due to the nature of the environment, it is difficult to visually check the exact state. As a result, the smart navigation aid system, which improves route safety and operational efficiency, utillizes expertise including sensors, communications, and information technology, unlike general route markings. The communication environment of the smart navigation aid system, which aims to ensure the safety of the navigators operating the ship and the safety of the ship, uses a wireless communication network in accordance with the marine environment. The ship collects the information necessary for the maritime environment on the land and operates. In this process, there is a need to consider the wireless communication security guideline. Basically, based on IHO S-100 a standard for facilitating data exchange and SECOM, which provides an interface for safe communication. This paper research a security system for safe communication in a maritime environment. The security system for the basic interface based on the document was presented, and there were some vulnerabillties to data exchange due to the wireless communication characteristics of the maritime environment, and the user authetication part was added considering the vulnerability that unauthorized users can access the service.

Recently, thanks to the development of artificial intelligence technologies such as image recognition, research on unmanned aerial vehicles is being actively conducted. In particular, related research is increasing in the field of military drones, which costs a lot to foster professional pilot personnel, and one of them is the study of an intelligent framework for autonomous mission performance of reconnaissance drones. In this study, we tried to design an intelligent framework for unmanned aerial vehicles using the methodology of designing an intelligent framework for service robots. For the autonomous mission performance of unmanned aerial vehicles, the intelligent framework and unmanned aerial vehicle module must be smoothly linked. However, it was difficult to provide interworking for drones using periodic message protocols with model-based interfaces of intelligent frameworks for existing service robots. First, the message model lacked expressive power for periodic message protocols, followed by the problem that interoperability of asynchronous data exchange methods of periodic message protocols and intelligent frameworks was not provided. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a message model extension method for message periodic description to secure the model's expressive power for the periodic message model, and proposes periodic and asynchronous data exchange methods using the extended model to provide interoperability of different data exchange methods.
