Because of the governments policy to promise the cultural homesickness of citizens, national and public culture centers are under construction all over the country. The interest of watching plays are increasing. But the existing culture center's facilities operating in the construction of emphasized. It's made up of public officials in technical service, are having a hard time breaking their limits. In consequence, to solve these problems it will be done with people who have qualifications of stage art professional in the center. Productions raise a support system of the city and venues subject to theatre arts professionals as a way of solving these problems. These are the efficient ways to develop performance cultures of issues presented and the Busan area performing arts Activation Plan is proposed.

This paper presents the SVC(Scalable Video Coding) scheme which enables the AT-DMB(Advanced Terrestrial-DMB) video service in enhancement layer, while keeping the current T-DMB video service in base layer. But, it is very complicate to implement the SVC encoder and so it is necessary to analyze the complexity and performance for SVC encoder#s structures and coding parameters. In this paper, through computer simulations, SVC coding parameters are tested and then, based on these results, three types of SVC encoder models are compared from the viewpoint of the complexity and performance.

It has been more than ten years since the evaluation system of records management in public institutions was introduced. Over the past decade, the evaluation system of records management in public institutions has contributed to the professional deployment of records management and the expansion of the records infrastructure. However, at this time, it is necessary to introduce a new evaluation system because of various problems including ranking and insufficiency of feedback measure. Therefore, we attempted to identify the problems and suggest the direction of improvement by analyzing the status of the evaluation system for records management in public institutions and collecting opinions from various sectors. The directions of the new institutional evaluation on records management based on the analysis of the problems are a step-by-step introduction, the selection of customized evaluation indicators according to institutional characteristics, the introduction of the governance system, self-evaluation by selecting autonomous indicators of institutions, and the strengthening of the consulting function of the National Archives of Korea.

The P2P file sharing system sends the results to users by searching the files in the shared folders. In the process of it, the problem is that the transferred information includes the pathname and file information and it can be revealed who searches which files. In related to this problem, anonymous file sharing P2P protocol has been an active research area where a number of works have been produced. However, the previous studies still have a few of weakness. Therefore, We propose two anonymous P2P file sharing protocols based on the decentralized and unstructured Random Walk. The first scheme uses the dynamic onion routing where the requester can receive the wanted file without knowing other peers' IDs. The second scheme uses the IP multicast method which lowers the computational overhead. Both of them are more suited for the dynamic P2P system.

The PP-1/64-128 block cipher support variety data block and secret key size. Also, it is suitable for hardware implementation and can much easier to apply Concurrent Error Detection(CED) for cryptographic chips compared to other block ciphers, because it has same encryption and decryption process. In this paper, we proposed truncated differential cryptanalysis of PP-1/64-128. the attack on PP-1/64-128 block cipher requires $2^{50.16}$ chosen plaintexts, $2^{46.16}$ bytes memory spaces and $2^{50.45}$ PP-1/64-128 encryption to retrieve secret key. This is the best result of currently known PP-1/64-128 differential cryptanalysis.

The purpose of the study is to understand the impact of nursing college students' awareness and self-esteem on nursing professionals. The research design of this study is a descriptive investigative study using convenient samples. The data collection collected structured questionnaires and Google's online survey methods for first- to fourth-year nursing college students at three universities in North Chungcheong Province. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS window 25.0 program as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA, and post-test as Scheffétest, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The study found that 21.7% (==-.181, p<.001), 2.8% major satisfaction, and 24.5% (β=.420, p<.001), so it is recommended to use it as basic data to establish a curriculum and teaching learning strategy to improve major satisfaction.

The most of intrusion detection methods do not detect intrusion on real-time because it takes a long time to analyze an auditing data for intrusions. To solve the problem, we are studying a real-time intrusion detection. Therefore, this paper proposes an agent model using multi warning level for real-time intrusion detection. It applies to distributed environment using an extensibility and communication mechanism among agents, supports a portability, an extensibility and a confidentiality of IDS.

Recently, the college education is apart from the necessity of the industry. Therefore, the industry encounters short of the professional expert and the employment ratio of the college graduate is in decrease every year. In order to overcome this problem, an innovative and creative, new college curriculum is necessary, which can enhance the practical and yard-oriented ability for the student instead of the traditional desk-based theoretical knowledge. Thus, in order to improve the college curriculum, a quwstionnare survey for 42 industries located Busan and Kyungnam Province was made. The Questionnaire survey showed that the requirement of ERP was highest. Based on the industry questionnaire survey, an new IT related curriculum made to order by the industry, which can cultivate professional workers, is proposed in this paper.

This study was a descriptive survey study to confirm the correlation between self-differentiation, Nursing Professionalism, and care efficacy in nursing college students, and to confirm the mediating effect of Nursing Professionalism in the relationship between self-differentiation and care efficacy. The data collection period is from October 30 to November 30, 2022. Data analysis was performed using t-test, Pearson's correlation, and regression methods. Studies have shown that the general characteristics that show significant differences in care efficacy were grade level and major satisfaction. The three variables were statically correlated. In the relationship between self-differentiation and care efficacy, Nursing Professionalism appeared to be a partial mediator (Z=2.196, p<0.05). The partial mediated effect explanatory power was 40%. This study was significant in that it examines the partial mediating effect of Nursing Professionalism in the relationship between self-differentiation and care efficacy for nursing college students, and has prepared the basic data for improving the care efficacy of nursing college students in the future. In the follow-up study, it would be created a program to improve the efficacy of care based on the results of this study and propose an analysis study of its effectiveness. It also proposes a study to expand the number of subjects to identify factors that can affect the efficacy of care.
