A number of universities around the world provide various undergraduate and graduate programs for digital forensic. In this paper, we propose a cross-layer program suitable for senior students in the IT and law departments to learn multi-disciplinary convergence subjects. We have first analyzed the key ingredients of digital forensic and then the current programs in several universities. After describing the qualifications anticipated for digital forensic specialists, we have critically analyzed the courses currently offered in the IT and law departments. Based on the analysis and discussions, we have proposed an IT+law program and two flexible operation schemes of the program for securing the desired level of convergence education.

This study examined convergence effects of nursing professionalism and critical thinking disposition on patient safety attitude of nursing students. The subjects were 172 senior nursing students in S city. The data were collected from May 15 to May 25, 2017. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS Statistics version 23.0. Nursing students showed 3.76, moderate level in patient safety attitude. Nursing professionalism and critical thinking disposition were positively correlated with patient safety attitude. The variables that have significant influence on the patient safety attitude were 'recommendation' among motivation of admission, academic score, satisfaction with nursing major and nursing professionalism. These factors explained 17.8% of variance. In conclusion, to improve the patient safety attitude of nursing students, it is necessary to systematic management for developing motivation of admission, academic score, satisfaction with nursing major and nursing professionalism.

This study is intended to grope for a way of strengthening the independent competitiveness of Korean design industry by deducing objective value evaluation factors in design and by closely examining what relation these factors have with the competitiveness of design-specialized company in global markets in order to reinforce the qualitative value system of design, and in order to strengthen the industrial competitiveness of design. First of all, this study defined the objective evaluation factors in design as the quantification of measurement evaluation, the consistency of process, the compatibility of project, and logical persuasiveness, and defined the competitiveness factor in design-specialized company as the reliability and service quality of company, and established a research model. According to the results of test, most of hypotheses were accepted. However, it was understood that the quantification of evaluation didn't have direction effect on the service quality of design-specialized company.

The purpose of this study is to examine to identify the mediating effects of nursing professionalism in the relation between consciousness of bioethicscritical and critical thinking disposition. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires targeting 264 nursing students in two nursing colleges located in B and C city province. Data were analyzed with SPSS/PC ver 23.0 programs. There were significantly positive correlations between critical thinking disposition, nursing professionalism and consciousness of bioethics. Nursing professionalism fully mediated the relationship between critical thinking disposition and consciousness of bioethics. Theses results indicated that in order to improve the consciousness of bioethics of nursing students, it is necessary to develop and t est the program for improving not only on the critical thinking disposition but also on the nursing professionalism.

This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing nursing professionalism of nursing students and to prepare measures to enhance them. This study is a descriptive survey of first-year nursing students at one university, which collected data through structured questionnaires from October 1 to October 31, 2019, and there were 203 analyzed with SPSS 22.0. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. According to the results, the most significant factors affecting nursing professionalism included academic self-efficacy (β =.51, p<.001), followed by psychological well-being (β=.31 p<.001), and self-leadership(β=.14, p=.043). These variables explained 23.8% of the total variance in nursing professionalism. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to be used as basic data for various curriculums and programs to improve academic self-efficacy, strengthen psychological well-being, and cultivate self-leadership, thereby improving nursing professionalism of nursing students.

This paper aims to empirically analyze the factors of difference in trust level for Internet-only bank by age groups. The purpose of this study is to provide clues and a research data in developing differentiation strategies that can increase consumer's trust by age group. In this study, above all, the financial consumer group was divided into the 2030s and 4050s based on age. The study explored the trust determinants of the two groups and compared the differences between the two groups using a multi-group analysis method. As results, in all age groups, financial consumer's trust was seen as a determinant of convenience, security and benefit of financial transaction costs. The difference of the determinant of trust between 2030s and 4050s occurred in the factor of benefit. Moreover, it reconfirmed that consumer's trust is later strongly extended to relationship commitment. These findings suggest that trust is of paramount importance to the Internet-only bank, whose market competition will intensify in the future.

This is a descriptive survey research to understand the influence of new nursing students' empathy ability, gratitude disposition and self-esteem on nursing professionalism. The subjects of this study were 225 new nursing students located in S city. Data were collected by a self-written questionnaire survey method, and data analysis was performed using SPSS/Win 24.0 PC+ program for mean, standard deviation, correlation and regression analysis. As a result, the factors that have the greatest influence on the professionalism of new nursing students were to be gratitude disposition (��=.32, p<.001), empathy ability (��=.32, p<.001), and these variables explained total 34.7% of the nursing professionalism of new nursing students. It is expected that the results of this study will contribute to the development of curriculum and programs that may more correctly establish the nursing professionalism.

As the information security industry has developed and its proportion in the national economy has increased, the demand for the information security manpower also has expanded. With the frequent turnovers of the information security professionals within the industry and between other industries, it is essential to investigate the causes of turnovers for the efficient human resource management and furthermore the sustainable growth of the industry. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the information security professionals' turnover intention. We reviewed related researches to select the turnover causes that affect the turnover intention and tested the relationships between the turnover causes and the turnover intention. Human resource managers can use the results of this study to maximize the performance of the organization through the reasonable turnover management of information security professionals.

The importance of data in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, a hyper-connected society based on information technology such as data and AI, is increasing, and the government is actively enacting and revising laws to revitalize the data economy.
