An Analysis on Educational Needs by Career Orientations of IT Service Technical Engineers (IT서비스 기술인력의 경력지향성에 따른 교육요구 분석)

  • This study empirically examined the educational needs according to career orientations of IT service technical engineers. First, this study suggested 5 types of career orientations in IT service technical engineers. Seconds, we considered the individual level's variables(age, academic background) and job characteristics(job type, work experience, organizational size, years of service) as the influential factors of IT service technical engineers' career orientations. Finally, this study examined the educational needs according to 5 types of career orientations of IT service technical engineers. The results, based on the survey 133 IT service technical engineers, showed that both individual and job characteristic variables had significant effects on 5 types of career orientations. And 5 types of career orientations had significant effects on the educational needs.

  • This study is to survey on the status of human resource training programs related to ubiquitous technologies and services of domestic universities. So, this study develop a classification system about human resource related to ubiquitous technologies and services. We propose the implications and plans which are based on the status of human resource training programs related to ubiquitous technologies and services. Human resources related to ubiquitous technology are classified by the flow of information in ubiquitous environment. And human resources related to ubiquitous service are classified by ubiquitous user view. This study can be used to find collaboration alternatives for breeding up ubiquitous human resources and referred to analyzing on the supply and demand of ubiquotous human resources.

The effect of career plateau on IT service engineers' career satisfaction and career withdrawal intention (IT서비스 기술인력의 경력정체가 경력만족 및 경력변경의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of career plateau(structural and content plateau) on IT service technical engineers' career satisfaction and career withdrawal intention. Survey data were collected from 161 IT service technical engineers. The results indicated that structural and content plateau were negatively related to career satisfaction, and content plateau was positively related to career withdrawal intention, but not structural plateau. In addition, the results of hierarchical multiple regressions indicated that content plateau had stronger effect on career satisfaction and career withdrawal intention then content plateau.

  • 급변하는 e비즈니스 환경과 IT기술 발전으로 인해 e비즈니스 인력의 수급예측은 매우 어려운 실정이다. 이는 e비즈니스 인력수급 불균형, e비즈니스 산업분야별 인력양성 정보제공의 어려움 등의 원인으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e비즈니스 인력수급 실태조사를 통해 e비즈니스 산업에서 실제로 활용 가능한 인력양성 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기업체, 교육기관, 취업자 등 조사대상을 3개로 하여 조사를 실시하였으며, 결과를 바탕으로 e비즈니스 산업 분야별 인력수급 실태와 기존 e비즈니스 인력양성 프로그램의 문제점을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 정부의 e비즈니스 인력 관련 정책수립에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 기업체, 교육기관에게는 인력양성을 위한 지침으로서의 활용이 기대된다.

  • In this paper, we have proposed on the Matching Table of 'Type of If Business - Class of IT Techniques' to train If manpower as an educational-industrial cooperation. The Type of If Business(TITB) are classified according to ${\triangle}$IT Services, ${\triangle}$IT Devices, and ${\triangle}$Software & Computer related Services which are guided by KAIT(Korea Association of Information & Telecommunication). The Class of IT Techniques(CITT) are brought from IITA(Institute for Information Technology Advancement). We have suggested on the element techniques from the Class of If Techniques(CITT) according to the Type of IT Business(TITB) and proposed an educational-industrial cooperation program to line up 'Type of IT Business(TITB) - Class of IT Techniques(CITT) - University(Department/Major)'. The deduction process of the core education program is presented to show the educational-industrial cooperation between company(Type of IT Business : Digital Contents Development Service) and university(Major of Multimedia & Contents) in the Busan area. The Matching Table of 'Type of IT Business(TITB) - Class of IT Techniques(CITT)' varies as the way of classification according to IT Business and IT Techniques. The research on the real and exact Matching Table of 'Type of IT Business(TITB) - Class of IT Techniques(CITT)' is necessary for educational-industrial cooperation by the trends of techniques and the changes of IT market share.

  • 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 기반의 학술 정보 분석 서비스 프레임워크인 OntoFrame에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 2005년부터 개발되기 시작한 OntoFrame은 매년 새로운 서비스와 기술로 확장되고 있으며 OntoFrame2008에서는 다중 키워드 기반의 검색 서비스 및 다중 개체 중심적 통합 검색기능을 제공한다. 본 서비스는 키워드의 개체를 판단한 후에 인력, 주제, 인력+주제에 해당하는 서비스 API를 호출하여 추론 서비스 페이지를 구성한다. 이때 시스템에서 자동으로 판단되는 개체의 모호함을 제거하기 위해서 사용자의 의도라고 판단되는 최적의 개체 조합 페이지뿐만 아니라 해당 키워드에서 나타날 수 있는 모든 개체 조합의 후보 페이지들을 제공해주어 시스템의 일방적인 추천 서비스의 단점을 없앴다. 그리고 서비스의 결과로 제공되는 페이지에서 링크를 통한 추가조건 검색도 제공해 주어 사용자의 검색 의도를 정확하게 파악하여 편리한 정보 획득을 도와주는 시스템으로 개발하고 있다. OntoFrame2008은 여러 가지 풍부한 분석 서비스를 제공하여 연구자들이 학술 정보 검색 과정에 많은 도움이 되는 추론 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

  • The development in IT technology has brought about various services that are on offer based on a new service model. But such new services have increased security risks. The government is operating a program to foster experts in information security to protect assets from the threat of such risks, too. Society's awareness on the importance of information security has also grown, leading to various courses to train such personnel, including membership clubs for the fostering of such specialists. This study seeks to suggest a method that efficiently manages the convergence of running a curriculum on ISMS(information security management systems) and a club that focuses on information protection. Such converged information security courses are expected to contribute to a safer IT-based society.

  • 본 연구는 공공부분에서 수행한 정보통신분야 인력양성사업을 평가하기 위하여 산업연관분석방법론에 최근 내생적 성장이론의 이론적 배경을 결합하여 정보통신산업관련 인적자본을 9개 산업으로 분류한 뒤에 정보통신분야에서 인적자본의 후방승수와 전방승수라는 두 가지 관점에서 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 예산의 투입에 따라 인적자본형성이 매년 증가함에 따라, 정보통신분야 인력양성사업은 경제적 외부성이 존재하고 있음을 뒷받침하고 있다. 둘째, 정부의 IT인력양성사업 중에서 전략적인 부분으로 후방연관효과가 큰 분야는 연구(R&D)분야로 나타나 인력양성(HRD)은 연구분야(R&D)와 연계해야 효과가 높은 것을 반증해 주고 있다. 또한 다른 산업에 유발효과가 높은 분야는 정보통신 서비스 부분(IT응용기술 교육)으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인력양성사업으로 인한 부정적인 효과인 가격상승효과도 존재하는데, 사업규모도 적고 일회성 사업 등에 대한 정책적 고려가 필요하다. 마지막으로, 인력양성사업이 유발하는 경제적 파급효과를 자체 부분의 직접효과와 다른 부분에 미친 간접효과를 합하여 계산할 경우, 전체적으로 정보통신분야 인력양성사업의 경제성은 매우 좋은 것으로 나타났다.

  • To develop railway industry's competitive, it is necessary to develop the high-quality manpower who will contribute to the public service and the railway business. To achieve this goal, it is required to create the new university curriculum focused on the railway engineering. In near future, it must be required to secure the high-quality railway engineers for. improving and developing its technologies. The purpose of this research is that improving competitive in the railway industry by developing new curriculum for the railway engineers.

Investigating Occupational Therapy Students' Awareness of Developmental Rehabilitation Services and the Accreditation of Sensory Developmental Rehabilitation Service Providers (작업치료 전공 학생들의 발달재활서비스 및 감각발달재활서비스 제공인력 자격인정에 대한 인식도 조사)

  • Objective : This study sought to explore occupational therapy students' awareness of Developmental Rehabilitation Services (DRSs) and the certification of Sensory Developmental Rehabilitation Service Providers (SDRSPs). Moreover, it also aimed to examine the differences in students' awareness based on general characteristics. The findings were intended to provide a foundation for research on sensory developmental rehabilitation. Methods : An online survey was conducted among 199 occupational therapy students nationwide from October 4 to November 5, 2022. Frequency analysis was used to assess the general characteristics and additional items. Both descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were employed to assess the students' awareness of DRSs and SDRSP certification. Any differences in the students' awareness based on their general characteristics were examined using t-tests and an analysis of variance. Results : The students' awareness of DRSs was moderate (4.50 ± 2.40), while their awareness of SDRSP certification was also moderate (4.22 ± 2.55). The awareness of DRSs varied significantly based on the students' academic year and child-related practice experience. Similarly, the awareness of SDRSP certification differed significantly based on the students' academic program, academic year, recognition by the related department, and child-related practice experience. Conclusion : The occupational therapy students expressed a strong intention to provide DRSs and become certified as SDRSPs. However, their awareness levels were moderate. These findings emphasize the importance of educational efforts and the provision of relevant information about DRSs and SDRSP certification in universities to foster the development of competent SDRSPs.
