In this paper, we propose the future strategy of convergence IT workforce program through the question analysis of convergence IT promising area. We analyzed the future strategy of convergence IT workforce program from different angles in the aspects of convergence IT promising area, workforce model operation, and infrastructure & system support. Based on this analysis, we suggest the key strategy of each area. As a result, we concluded that the outcome of the proposed strategy is visible when the upper three aspects are efficiently coordinated and the strategy is effectively proceeded. Also, we concluded that selection of promising areas through overall analysis, the necessity of efficient correlation plan establishment among state-industry-university, and the necessity of state-run systematic support and state policy establishment are very important.

최근 IT, BT, NT 기술간 융합이 가속화되면서 새로운 형태의 기술과 서비스가 등장하고 있다. 미국, 일본, 유럽 등 선진국은 정부와 기업이 연대하여 기술간 융합을 고부가가치 창출에 필요한 첨단기술로 인식하고 융합기술 개발을 적극적으로 추진하고 있고, 우리 정부도 과학기술부, 산업자원부, 정보통신부를 중심으로 융합기술 발전계획을 수립하고 있다. 융합기술 개발을 통해 미래의 핵심기술을 확보하고, 컨버전스 시대의 조류에 대응하며, 새로운 성장동력을 창출하고, 건강하고 안전한 삶을 실현할 수 있다. 본고에서는 먼저 IT-BT-NT 융합기술의 분류, 특징 및 기대효과를 살펴보고, 산업육성전략 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Iran has been focused on FDI by global automobile companies after the economic sanction on Iran was removed except primary sanction. In this paper, some strategies for Korean Automobile Industry to branch out into Iran are suggested. For the purpose, Iran's automobile industry and characteristics are examined. The market situation is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. In passenger cars sector, Korean automobile companies would be better to wait and see the development of US-Iran relationships while exporting CKD sets of cars to Iran. It can be a good strategy, however, to put parts companies into Iran first because of Iran Government could be displeasing with exporting CKD only. FDI, licensing, and joint venture are all available for the parts companies. Motor companies can clear the regulation of auto-parts localization proportion by the method. The parts companies will be able to do key roles as supply chains after OEM branch out into Iran. It is also advisable to upgrade outpost in Iran into frontline for exporting cars to MENA area. In such a case it will be a prerequisite to develop a role-division model with facilities in East Europe. It could be called Parts first-then cars strategy. In commercial cars sector, it can be suggested to leverage natural gas as a link to branch out into Iran. Iran government wishes to develop natural gas resources. The strategy can be summarized that automobile companies carry out producing CNG buses in Iran while energy companies are drilling and producing natural gas.

After getting through the financial crisis, Korean government has promoted Local Industry Promotion Project across the country by realizing the needs to overcome structural recession and promote self-growth. Therefore researching current manpower status and manpower demand in shipbuilding industry, which is the strategic industry of Jeonnam province, is very critical to enhance the competitiveness and efficiently manage training professional manpower. In this respect, this study mentioned some issues and provided the improvements for the research on demand for Professional manpower training project in Shipbuilding industry of Jeonnam province. It was shown that the aging trend of professional workforce, short in skilled/professional manpower and lack of education & training institutions are critical problems of shipbuilding industry in Jeonnam province. To improve these problems, various support policies such as strengthening networks among related agencies and companies or universities are strongly recommended.

This study focuses on the effect of strategic deviance and managerial ability on cash flow from operating activities, which is financial performance. In addition, this paper examines the effect of managerial ability on the relationship between strategic deviance and cash flow from operating activities. The sample was extracted and analyzed for non-financial businesses among listed corporations with settlement of accounts in December from 2011 to 2020. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that strategic deviance found a significant negative effect on the cash flow from the operating activity, and managerial ability found a significant positive effect on the cash flow from the next operating activity. Strategic deviance was found to have a significant negative relationship with cash flow from next operating activities as managerial ability was higher, and this result was reconfirmed in the group with a high level of earnings management. This study is significant as it expands recent research related to management strategies by examining their impact on operating cash flow. Therefore, it seems that it is meaningful to identify the characteristics of managers in this relationship.

This paper compares and analyzes the domestic OTT services to access their success factors, strategies and examine the domestic OTT leader's wavve's unique differentiation strategy. It is a comparative study of the top five market share services based on the operator and content's key success factors criteria, revenue structure, personalization, interactive media and cooperation. As a result, the common success factors were contents that reflected the characteristics of the operators, hybrid VOD, hybrid filtering, real-time participation interaction, alliances between the same and heterogeneous industries, and utilization of existing business areas. In addition, the study confirmed that it expanded the scope of the project and operated the contents efficiently by introducing one or more business strategies. wavve has been widely validated with its content, while B2C has long-term benefits and overseas use services, and B2B has a systematic use system, differentiating itself from other services. This paper can be the foundation for identifying the strengths and differences of each service on 2021, entering the domestic OTT industry, and establishing competitive strategies.
