Bacillus sp. is a useful strain for agriculture because it promotes plant growth and controls plant pathogens through a variety of mechanisms. In this study, we obtained a microbial preparation with a high number of viable cells by culturing newly isolated soil bacteria on an optimized medium. Subsequently, we applied this preparation to lettuce to enhance its growth and yield. First, B. amyloliquefaciens ISP-5 was isolated from soil. Next, optimization of culture medium was carried out using 5 L scale fermenters. When culturing B. amyloliquefaciens ISP-5 on this optimized medium, the number of viable cells was approximately 1000 times higher than that obtained from culturing on the commercial medium. Afterwards, the plant growth promotion properties of the ISP-5 strain were evaluated using lettuce as a test plant. Foliar spray treatment of lettuce was carried out by inoculating half the standard concentration suspension (0.5 × 10⁷ cfu/ml). As a result, leaf width increased by 8.6% and leaf length increased by 12.9% compared to the control group. Live weight also increased by 24.2% and dry weight by 23.9%. Considering the results from field test, B. amyloliquefaciens ISP-5 showed potential as a plant growth-promoting bacteria.

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and industrial structure and to present a future vision through analysis of industrial agglomeration, growth, and industrial efficiency targeting the Chungnam display industry nurtured by regional industrial policies since 2002. The industrial scale and aggregate status were analyzed through the business scale quotient and location quotient, and the growth and pace of structural change in the industry were analyzed through the industrial growth rate and change of industrial structure. Analysis results found the display industry shows its solid status based on industrial agglomeration. The RLQ, added value ratio, and employment coefficient have a relatively high comparative advantage. However, the growth rate has declined, and the pace of structural change has become lower. The regional competitiveness has been deteriorating. It is necessary to develop strategies to help the industry evolve into a convergence display industry to secure competitiveness by forming value chains. The regional industrial policy 'Regional Innovation Growth Plan' should be utilized to foster local industries that consider the regional characteristics and development directions and to promote the shared growth of related subsidiary industries through fostering specialized complexes for materials, parts, and equipment.

This paper is focused on problem in the law and system caused by the infringement of medical information and in the law and system indicate the solution. Interests in the medical service are increasing in internet environment as life quality of the people improves because of development in information and medical technology. The current main issues of the legislative system and the law improvement suggestion for telemedicine activation which is related to the ubiquitous health in which the medicine field and IT technology convergence appearance. In particular, South Korea in the privacy-related legislation should be amended. The reason, Medical information record contains a lot of patient's private secrets. Therefore, if privacy protection is not enough this could cause problem violate a patient's privacy. Thus we need consequently the maintenance of the health medical treatment field to suit a telemedicine environment of a law system. Specifically, this law enacted to protect medical treatment information and the technical security services with confidence and stability against security treats are necessary.

최근 정부에서는 차세대 10대 성장산업을 발굴, 새로운 산업 동력으로 삼겠다는 의지를 대내외적으로 천명했다. 이에 발맞추어 정통부 역시 IT 신성장 동력 세부추진계획으로 '브로드밴드 IT 코리아 추진 전략'을 마련, 10대 차세대 성장산업 육성을 적극 뒷받침하려고 하고 있다. 현재 정보통신연구진흥원을 중심으로 세부실천계획을 세우고 있으며, 산업체들도 이에 적극 동참하고 있다. 정통부의 IT 신성장동력의 핵심은 언제 어디서나 통신, 방송, 인터넷 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 환경을 만들려는 것이다. 이는 무선기술, 특히 RE 기술이 핵심이므로 향후 RF기술은 IT 신성장동력의 중심 기술이 될 전망이다. 따라서 현 시점에서 IT 신성장동력에서의 RF 기술의 역할과 미래 등을 살펴보는 것이 필요하리라 판단된다. 따라서 본 고에서는 IT 신성장동력의 주요 품목을 고찰하고 각각의 품목에서 요구하는 핵심 RF기술에 대하여 고찰하여 향후 RF기술의 발전 방향을 논하고자 한다.

각국의 평가 인증제도는 안전성과 신뢰성을 보증하는 우수한 정보보호시스템 개발을 촉진하여 정보보호산업 육성에 기여해 왔다. 이와 같은 산업 육성 측면과 안전한 제품을 공급하여 신뢰할 수 있는 정보사회를 구축한다는 면에서 국제 표준인 CC 기반의 정보보호제품 평가의 국제 상호인정협정인 CCRA 에 대한 국내의 신속한 대응이 요구된다. 본 고에서는 CCRA 체제의 특징을 고찰하여, 국내 정보보호시스템 평가 인증제도의 개선 사항과 대응 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

The current study investigated the position of future strategy analyzed from the perspective of design management in relation to 10 strategic industries implemented through 3 steps based on promising growth and advancement of Busan industries and evidence provided from a study on the development program of design industry in Busan. It elucidated the role of design industry as a key role from the perspective of design management in an age of creative revolution of futures values. It analyzed the associations between composition of future strategy and design industry in 10 strategic industries of Busan, and explained the relationships with the strategic industries. The perspective of design management involves that design as a ground of values is an industry of the future values, which performs a key strategic function and role, and a theoretical investigation examined the relationships between main functions of design management and business management. Chapter 3 organized items proposed in the design development program in Busan and examined goals and systems which become basic formation of establishment of design strategy in Busan and conditions for design industry in the associations with strategic industry. Chapter 4 described priorities of practicability by step through analyzing and grouping top 30 projects in Busan industry including meanings as key strategy, position relations, and policy priorities by analyzing elements of design management of strategic industry and describing and analyzing the concept of promoting Busan design. The theme of the present study is to change perception of design management as a key value and a condition to decide creativity industry into future industry and to evaluate vision of Busan design industry and meanings proposed as proceeding strategy. The early 21st century is an age when agrarian society has changed into industrial society is dominated by knowledge economy of the information revolution and one should prepare for the growth phase of creative innovation based on creative revolution of the 4th wave of creative society by design management which has become a center in 2000s on the whole. With the advent of creative paradigm and based on the function and role of the current creative economy age new innovation DNA of design management will be created. Design process has changed through information and knowledge-oriented trends of digital through convergence between industries from industrial design to convergence of industries, and it is expected that integrated design of value creation using information and technology will play a key role in Busan design industry development and top 10 strategic industries.

최근 온라인게임, e-Book, 모바일콘텐츠, 포털 등 IT 기반의 새로운 서비스 산업으로서 디지털콘텐츠 산업이 급성장하고 있다. 또한, 과거 엔터테인먼트 위주의 콘텐츠산업이 미래에는 제조, 서비스를 포함한 전 산업영역에 체화융합되어 확산되고, CT 및 IT 기반의 새로운 콘텐츠 산업이 급성장할 것으로 전망되는 등 융합형 콘텐츠에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 정부에서도 신성장동력으로서의 융합형 콘텐츠 산업에 주목하여, 관련 산업을 발굴육성하는데 정책적 관심을 기울이고 있다. 기존의 콘텐츠 분류체계는 영화, 음악, 방송 등 장르 중심적이어서 관련 기술의 발전 및 융합현상을 제대로 반영하지 못하는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 미래 정책추진의 기반(base)로서 효과적으로 활용되고, 콘텐츠 분야의 외연확장을 포괄하는 새로운 분류체계(taxonomy)의 정립이 요구되는 상황이다. 이에 본 고에서는 미래 정책추진 및 산업활성화에 초점을 맞추어 기존 분류체계의 한계점을 극복하는 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 산업에 대한 새로운 분류체계를 제시하고자 한다.

지식의 생성, 활용, 배급이 경제적 부의 창출의 원천이 되는 지식기반 경제 패러다임에서 소프트웨어 산업은 그 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 급속한 성장세를 지속하고있는 소프트웨어 산업은 대표적인 지식산업이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 소프트웨어 산업의 전략적 육성은 경제전반에 걸친 엄청난 파급효과를 가진 중요한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 산업의 현황을 분석한다. 중소기업의 성장이 궁극적으로 전체 소프트웨어산업의 발전에 필수적이라는 이해를 바탕으로 현행 중소기업관련 법규를 분석하고 중소 소프트웨어 사업자의 활동영역을 확대시키는 지원정책을 제안한다. 추후 심층적인 연구를 통해서 지원정책의 효과적인 시행을 위해서 필수적인 지원사업범위와 대상 중소기업 규모를 결정해야 할 것이다.

Bioplastics are attracting attention as a substitute for conventional petroleum-based plastics because they are carbon neutral and can be biodegradable. This study estimated economic and environmental impact of regulating the petroleum-based plastics industry and fostering the bioplastics industry using a Recursive Dynamic CGE Model of the Korean Economy. Results show that the regulation of the conventional plastics industry exhibits a positive environmental impact by reducing greenhouse gases and plastic waste and a negative economic impact with a decrease in GDP. Meanwhile, fostering the bioplastics industry with regulation on conventional plastics industry has similar levels of greenhouse gas and waste reduction effects when there is only regulation on the conventional plastics industry. It is also shown that expanding the production of bioplastics industry offsets existing economic losses as a form of increased GDP. If petroleum-based plastics are replaced through the expansion of bioplastics production, it can contribute to the decoupling of greenhouse gas emissions and plastic waste from economic growth.

IT convergence has been approached from national strategic dimension with an aim to drive forward technology development and industrial advancement in other fields by taking the IT to the next advanced level, and has been the focus of intensive investment of research resources. Against this backdrop, IT convergence has emerged as a cutting-edge convergence industry that helps spur development of new growth engine being pushed forward at inter-ministerial level, as well as help turn the mainstay industries into high value-added industries and create new IT industry. Health-related convergence services have shifted its focus towards the exercise/sports and rehabilitation-oriented entertainment experiential industry away from conventional disease prevention and control-centric treatment/therapy technology industry. Thus, this study was intended to examine the trends of IT convergence technological development related to health exercise and present recommendation on the future course for development of major technologies and advancement of convergence industry, given the importance assigned to IT convergence.
