Recently, public libraries have increased in quantity, while various problems have arisen regarding the operation of public libraries, such as lack of librarian manpower and facilities. Additionally, an increase in the number of public libraries does not correlate to an increase in the utilization of public libraries, and thus developing various services is needed to maintain the continued use of public libraries. This study examined which types of use motivations affect the intention of knowledge exchange in public libraries when using public libraries based on the self-determination theory. It also looked at how the use motivations and the intention of knowledge exchange vary depending on the frequency of public library use. According to an online survey of 230 users of public libraries, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, autonomy, competence, and relatedness as independent variables had a positive impact on the level of knowledge exchange. In addition, the higher the frequency of public library use, the higher the needs for autonomy and relatedness were. Based on the results, it was suggested that the knowledge exchange needs to be established as a new service of public libraries by offsetting extrinsic motivation that emerged from by negative influences and promoting intrinsic motivation, autonomy and competence.

A variational approach employing localized functional is presented to solve alternating magnetic field problems with open boundary. The functional used in the approach consists of the domain integral of finite element region only and the boundary integral of the interfacial boundary between the finite and infinite element regions. The boundary integral is obtained by transforming the infinite domain integral for the infinite element region into the interfacial boundary integral. The proposed algorithm is then applied to a simple two-dimensional problem where the analytic solutions are available. It is shown that the algorithm makes it possible to yield good agreements between the numerical and analytic solutions. and that it requires less computer storage memory and computation time than the conventional finite element method due to the reduction of the computing region.

Direct current corrosion have being investigated by lots of scientists but alternating current corrosion was ignored because the corrosion rate by AC was very small. Recently however, AC corrosion accidents have been reported in many other countries. So the study of AC corrosion is to be necessary In these days. In this paper, several experiments which intentionally imposed the AC or DC to the specimens also imposed AC and DC at the same time was carried out in the laboratory to examine the AC corrosion characteristics and in addition applied the same way in the field. Moreover, while the field investigations of the abnormal corrosion failures, It was the AC that caused one of corrosion failures.

This paper presents a new approach to the problem based on neural network methods. Instead of using general controllers, neural networks PID control are used to control AC servo motor. The most popular and widely used control method in servo system control loops is PID type. PID controller has the features of simple structure, stability and reliability. But it has limitations in complex system control and can not remain above virtues under the conditions of parameters uncertain and environment uncertainties. AC servo motor controller is designed for drive of the cartesian coordinate type for machine tools.

We have constructed a hysteresis loop tracer in order to measure the magnetic properties of amorphous wires under variable tensile stress. It has a force range of 0 N to 20 N and a magnetizing frequency of 1 kHz to 20 kHz. Using the ac-hysteresis loop tracer, we can measure the magnetic properties(maximum magnetic induction $B_{max}$, residual magnetic induction $B_{r}$, coercive field strength $H_{c}$, etc.) of amorphous wires with precision of 1% under variable tensile stresses.

This paper describes a design method of electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter for pulse-width modulation (PWM) inverter-fed AC drives used for home appliances such as washing machine and air conditioner. The generating and coupling mechanisms of the conducted EMI for AC drives are first investigated. The design procedure of the EMI filter based on the EMI separation principle is then presented. Experiments we carried out for the PWM inverter-fed induction motor drive system and it is shown that the results satisfy the EN55014 EMI regulation.

Northeast Asian relations have been dominated by competitions rather than cooperation. Nevertheless, since the end of the Cold War, interchanges among South Korea, China, and Japan's local governments have been increasing rapidly. Why local governments of the three Northeast Asian states have maintained constant exchanges despite the sluggish cooperation of their central governments? What effects and limitations of exchanges among local governments in Northeast Asia on regional peace? The results of research show that effects of Northeast Asian local governments on regional peace is complicated. The study indicated that the local governments' exchanges had certain limitations in constructing the regional peace as an independent factor. However, it is also certain that the local governments' exchanges have contributed to the Northeast Asian peace, to some extent, by playing a complementary role in maintaining cooperation in local level.

Based on the capabilities of smartphone cameras which have developed rapidly in recent decades, coupled with and the global market penetration rate, it will study the possibility of various international exchanges through smartphone filmmaking. This aims to achieve a civilian-oriented cultural exchange, instead of simply providing capital-oriented exchanges and film production education. The Smartphone Film Workshop was held as an auxiliary event of the Korea-Vietnam Film Festival, which ran from November 17 to 22, 2017. The three-day workshop, which took place within the festival period, drew attention for its international collaboration project between Korean film directors and Vietnamese film students. The researcher conducted practical-based research while participating as a mentor at this workshop. A step-by-step approach to the entire process of production and post-production was administered, including workshop team composition, scenario, and pre-production in Korea such as shooting equipment, schedule, completion of local works, and screening. Through an analysis of exchange cases at international workshops, we will use trial and error as ways to improve and consider the results of cultural exchanges and the effects of future expectations. Taking this empirical case study into account, we anticipate more active international exchanges through the smartphone workshops.

In this report, Experimental analysis for main factors and analyzing methods of electro-magnetic noise and no loading noise was conducted because of noise of AC generator, which is peripheral equipment by reduction of engine noise that would be the main cause of vehicle radiation noise. In addition, This is intended to suggest the noise reduction development basis of AC generator for actual fan and electro-magnetic noise by making-analyzing-testing it's sample.
