Since mid-1990s, demands for programmer have been decreasing, and the experts of planning IT strategy and solving overall management issues with IT have been increasingly needed. IS experts would have many different types of job as time passes, and they need variety of job competencies to meet their career paths. The purpose of this study is to investigate the potential careers to suit MIS major and the needed skills in that field to develop MIS Curriculum. We asked to the personnel working in the IS organization and user departments to evaluate the current MIS curriculum of 4 year colleges in Korea and to let us know what jobs are the most important for them, what the core job competencies for them are. The results of study show that there are several courses the users and IS experts regard as core courses: Introduction to Management, Project Management, Introduction to MIS, DBMS, ERP, Systems Development Methodology, and IS Strategy Planning. IS experts regard the data and application integration, IT evaluation and strategic planning as the important jobs, and the most important job competency to conduct those jobs is the category of interpersonal skills, and business management knowledge, IT skills are succeeded.
In Japan in of today, there is no aspect in which the quantity of waste glass bottle discharged from ordinary homes decreases. Moreover, the kind of shape and color of the waste glass bottles are increasing little by little. In the recycling of the glass bottle, it becomes a problem that many kind of the color is abounding. It is possible to use the transparent glass bottle as raw material of the glassware. Since the reproduction of the color is difficult, the colored glass bottle is not possible to use as a raw material. Therefore, the processing of these glass bottles entirely depends on the reclamation. In Japan, the security of the new reclaimed land is very difficult for the reason of the environmental damage. Moreover, the life expectancy in many reclaimed lands is anticipated with within two years. Therefore, the development of the processing method of glass bottle other than reclamation becomes a rapid problem. At present it is examined that it is used of an aggregate of the colored pavement, as one of the application methods of colored glass bottle. The particle size of produced glass aggregate is also 5mm or less, because the thickness is 5mm or less on almost glass bottles. And almost glass particles have the sharp tip. The application as the aggregate is limited for this sharpness of the particle. This study was carried out for the purpose of the establishment of sharpness measuring method of the glass aggregate particle. It is possible that the injury degree to human in the handling is known, if showing the sharpness of the aggregate particle at the objective numerical value is possible. And the application of the glass aggregate is spread. In this research, the balloon fracture method was used for the sharpness measurement of the glass particle. This method is based on the completely new idea, and it is possible to express completely the possibility of injury to the human. It is reported with the detailed result in full paper, because this study is continuous in order to get the JIS which is industrial standard of Japan.
In this paper, we studied what the drug name of Sang-Baik-Pi(桑白皮) Mori Cortex Radicis) is, how to collect it; and how the chief symptoms had changed in the chinese medical references and herbological literatures and formularies. Also we bibliographically analyzed in the herbological way the drugs combinated with Sang-Baik-Pi and their active principles among the prescriptions in the famous medical book; 'Dong-Ui-Bo-Gam', (東醫寶鑑) of our country. Finally, we concluded as foolow. Numerous names of botainical origin were described, but it was not recorded that San-Keun-Baik-Pi(桑根白皮) in old days is different from root bark of Morus sp. in this times. Sang-Baik-Pi has been a common designation since Ming dynasty (AD 1500). Collections of it were independent of seasons, it could effect perfectly over 10 years old. And its cork layer should be removed after collections, it was especially emphacised that root bark on ground was poisonous. The chiefly cured symptoms with Sang-Baik-Pi were constantly not different from the contents of 'Shin-Nong-Bon-Chau-Kyung'(神農本草經) in ancient times, but it has been developed since Ming dynasty. Its uses are widely extended to a surgical and dermatologic desease; rheumatis, beriberi and diabetes in this times. and its efficacies depend upon curing. Prescriptions on Sang-Baik-Pi that were prescribed in 'Dong-Ui-Bo-Gam' are there, 177 drugs combinated with it. Glycyrrhizae Radix is most frequently combinated with Sang-Baik-Pi(frequently 68%). It is proved that Armeniacae Semen, Platycodi Radix etc, in the order take strong effects on anti-tussive, anti-phlogistic, diuretic, anti-pyretic etc. It is expressed 34 times, frequently, that a dose is 3.75g, and it shows that a usual doses is 2-4g. As the above prescriptions are classified, the results is as follows, respiratory tract desease is most frequently in 69 prescriptions, the next gastrointestinal tract 13 times, diuretic 12 times, and antipyretic 11 times. Therefore, Sang-Baik-Pi contains a good remedial value chiefly of the effects upon the respiratory diseases.
The purpose of this paper is on identifying spatial structure of Palwang and Taechon village and dealing with restoration direction of village spatial structure and village groves. The results are as follows. It was identified that the standing stone for penis form is not standing stone for praying son but complementing that for enforcing enclosed function of enclosing village groves. It was considered that village entrance and entrance road, village grove of Taechon village must be restored for being identified as standing stone of penis form of spatial structure of village. It was considered that the above is essential to connect with ecotourism of Sunchang-gun region. It was identified that Palwang village grove is very good in conservation state, but Taechon village grove has been destructed mostly by various development. It was identified that Palwang village grove is high in species diversity and in scare value as mixed forest, landscape value. The dominent tree of Palwang village was Pinus densiflora and that of Taechon was Salix glandulosa. Salix glandulosa was used pavilion tree, main tree in both village. It was identified that Carpinus tschonoskii is showing the most rapid growth in tree height and Salix glandulosa is showing the most rapid growth in tree breadth diameter of all kind of tree. It was considered that Pinus densiflora was planted first of all and deciduous trees were complemented later. It was considered that simple forest of Pinus densiflora has been changed into mixed forest by artificial affect in the long term. It was considered that Salix glandulosa in Palwang village grove must be indicated as legal protection tree according to present criteria of protection tree selection in Korea. And it is considered desirable that standing stone of penis form and village grove in Palwang village must be indicated unitedly as cultural conservation element.

First, brand management is needed in the spin-off venture. second, IT governance solution companies including spin-off venture must provide something more than functional value. lateral insulated gate bipolar transistors(LIGBTs) are extensively used in high voltage power IC application due to their low forward voltage drops. One of the main disadvantages of the LIGBT is its scow switching speed when compared to the LDMOSFET. And the LIGBT with reverse channel structure is lower current capability than the conventional LIGBT at the forward conduction mode. In this paper, the LIGBT which included p+ ring and p-channel gate is presented at the reverie channel structure. The presented LIGBT structure is proposed to suppress the latch up, efficiently and to improve the turn off time. It is shown to improve the current capability too. It is verified 2-D simulator, MEDICI. It is shown that the latch up current of new LIGBT is 10 times than that of the conventional LIGBT Additionally, it is shown that the turn off characteristics of the proposed LIGBT is i times than that of the conventional LIGBT. It is net presented the tail current of turn off characteristics at the proposed structure. And the presented LIGBT is not n+ buffer layer because it includes p channel gate and p+ ring.
Pantograph of the electric train is the important part receiving current by adhereing contact wire. Wearing rate of pantograph or contact wire is changed by the type of pantograph and material of adhering part. In special, the weather influences the relative wearing rate and wearing type of pantograph Slider and Contact wire with steep wearing in arc and life cycle of pantograph slider. Presently, the weather causes side-wearing and over-wearing of pantograph slide installed in electric train. So it is difficult to manage and operate the electric train. Although the quality of slide using in line4 vehicle was finished the test in line 2 vehicle experimentally, it has to apply after pantograph is installed in some electric trains and check the influence in it and contact wire. It is because line4 section is very different from line2 section. Experimental application is the sequence to certify the safety and abrasion resistance importantly by enlarging experimental application with increase of the experimental electric train. The lenth of line4 in Seoul Metro is 71.5[km]. It is long section. The line is mixed DC 1,500[V] section and AC 25,000[V] section. It has underground section of 41.5[km] and ground section of 30[km]. Ground section is about 42% and receives much influence in the rain during the rainy season. After experimental application we found that this pantograph slide has twice as much abrasion resistance despite a little deviation and found the occurrence probability of arc and side-wearing is decreased considerably.
According to this study, Korean food department rather than Western food department and business department rather than food & beverage department is more separated with the greater difference. It is surveyed that the main reason to separate from food service is dissatisfaction to wage followed by six reasons. In the light of management the separation of employees gives management a positive aspect, but the separation of necessary employees bring about a big problem. That the separation rate of food service industry which greatly depends on personal service is high causes many bottleneck to development of food service industry. If the saparation rate of employees is high, it is difficult to maintain consistency of service quality. It is impossible to think that immature service new employee gives customer strong impression. Subsequently the spending of time and cost to train new employees and management reproaching supervisors makes morale of employees dropped. That is why the very this influences selling. To improve the vicious cycle of that serve absence in food service Operators of food service industry should be escaped from their fixed ideas. It is time to need management consciousness which wants to have real content rather than external growth. It is revealed that more than 80% of investment of most of food service industry goes to facility investment. A part of the investment cost should be invested to foster professional manpower. And if employees can have owner consciousness by continuous support and positive investment in training which can give real intention to their lives and vocational pride, it is believed that the future of food service industry in Korea is promising.
This paper is aimed at analyzing the effect of Information Technology (IT) investment on the output growth and Total Factor Productivity (TFP) of Korean stock industry. Data on 24 stock firms for the eleven years (1991-2001) are used for the analysis. It is identified that there are both direct and indirect impacts of IT investment of the Korean stock industry on output growth. The total effect on output growth is 1.34 percentage point per year, which divided into a direct effect of investment in IT on the output growth is 1.97 and an indirect effect on the TFP is -0.63 percentage points per year. Results show that IT investment cannot contribute to increased stock industry productivity. Therefore, the Korean stock industry has not benefited from increased investment on IT in increasing productivity, implying the so-called productivity paradox has existed during the period.
