  • 2002년 7월부터 시행될 한국의 제조물책임법은 제조물의 결함으로 인한 소비자의 피해구제가 목적으로 이에 따라 기업으로서는 제품의 품질과 안전에 대한 부담은 더욱 증가하게 되었다. ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템의 요구사항은 고객만족 지향에 대한 프로세스의 지속적인 개선을 강조하여 개정되었고, 고객의 요구는 제품의 안전을 더욱 중요시하는 추세로서 이러한 대응방안을 ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템의 요구사항에서 고찰·제시하고자 한다. ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템은 경영에 대한 프로세스 접근방식의 도입으로 프로세스의 입력사항으로 고객이 중요한 역할을 하며, 고객의 요구사항이 충족되었는지를 검토하며, 지속적인 고객만족을 위해 프로세스를 관리한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 제조물책임법의 도입배경과 Is09001:2000 품질경영시스템의 특징을 고찰한다. 그리고, ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템과 PL과의 관련성을 제고하여 제조물의 결함 유형별, 경영관리지침 항목, 소송상의 항목으로 분류하여 제조물책임 대응방안으로 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The Quality Management System is based on a system approach method. The Library and information center analyze the requirement of the customer, and manage to be interactive process so that we reach an information service level which the customer expects. This study accomplished theoretical review of ISO 9000 as International Quality Management System, investigated the trend for change of ISO 9000 certification systems. We reviewed ISO 9000 family which the Library and Information center possible apply and presented the requirement in the library and Information center with the process to need for a Quality Management System certification.

  • Most organizations adopt a process-based approach to manage their operations and now business process management(BPM) is a well-established concept. Because ISO 9001:2000 has been influenced by BPR and it also emphasizes process based, BPM can get together with ISO 9001:2000. Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information has taken ISO 9001:2000 certificate in November 11, 2003 and has implemented quality management systems based on BPM. We call it KQMS(KISTI Quality Management System). KQMS based on BPMS is a new example in field of ISO quality management and is expected to support process management well.

  • Modern stage must offer to the level which the customer requests the quality of the information service to offer from the information center. We are the one view which needs new system management around the process serving this. This study accomplished theoretical review of ISO 9000 as International Quality Management System. investigated the trend for change of ISO 9000 certification systems. We analyzed the recognition level of members about the introduction of ISO 9000 quality management systems in the information center. The level up of recognition about ISO 9000 quality management system certification systems was the low in the information center. Hereafter, We grasped the subject of ISO 9000 certification systems which the introduction needs. We reviewed ISO 9000 family which the Library and Information center possible apply and presented the requirement in the library and information center with the process to need for a Quality Management System certification.

  • Quality system of construction industry in Korea was a means to prevent unqualified construction work. But lately, it has became an essential requirement. So, lots of construction companies acquire ISO quality management system which provides fundamental management criteria. Now, most of the Korean construction companies have got IS0 quality management system. So, getting ISO quality management system doesn't mean advantage in public competition of construction bidding and that causes increase in the maintenance cost. That's why some construction companies abandon the 150 certificate. Therefore, the authors need to check the effect of ISO quality management system. For this, the authors provide the performance measurement index of ISO quality management system.

품질경영 운영과 효과에 관한 실증적 연구

  • 경제 환경의 변화로 무한경쟁시대에서 생존하기 위하여 중소기업은 자체기업경쟁력을 확보해야 하는 당면과제가 대두되고 있다. 정부는 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 1992년부터 품질경영 (Q : Quality Management)제도를 새로운 시대 환경에 걸맞은 대안으로 택하여 확산시켜 나가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO9000을 통하여 품질경영을 도입한 300인 이하 제조업체를 대상으로 ISO 9000 인증 취득 후의 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과 ISO 9000 인증 취득후 기업경영에 상당한 도움이 되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 인증취득기업은 IMF 이후 국·내외의 환경변화에 적절히 대응하고 있는 분석되었다. 또한 ISO 9000 품질시스템 구축은 부서간 Network를 신속하게 연결시켜 줌으로써 고객 Needs를 파악할 수 있었으며 , 기업경영의 체질개선 정비와 제품 품질의 향상, 부문의 업무 능률 등이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 ISO 9000 품질시스템 인증은 21 세기를 대비하는 기업경영을 실현하는 데 중요한 전략이라 할 수있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the management performance of the companies in the auto parts production requirements of new management techniques ISO9001 quality management system requirements for management innovation perspective in convergence age. For this purpose, we conducted a survey visiting the auto parts manufacturers. The results were as follows. First, among the details of the four key requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management systems in small and medium component suppliers, managers and responsible resource management showed a positive impact on business performance. In addition, based on the results of the investigation of the differences by grade, the higher rank group executive responsibilities, sub-grade group showed a low awareness of the quality management according to ISO 9001. This will contribute to establishing the guidelines and Improvement Consulting Strategies to improve productivity in small and medium automotive rubber bellows automotive parts production.

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the effects on management performance of architectural design offices, created by requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including design quality improvement, introduction of management tools to improve architectural office internal management environment, international standardization and open market impacts. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of architectural design offices in Seoul which holding ISO 9001 Quality System Certification. Following analysis using SPSS10, the result of this study is as follow; (1) The requirements of a quality management system influenced performance of resource management, production realization and customer satisfaction. The measurement analysis and improvements show the effect on design group member satisfaction. Also, production realization, resource management and manager responsibility have an effect on improving quality, and measurement analysis and improvement have an effect on economic performance. (2) The requirements of the Quality Management System were shown to influence the group members satisfaction most, but showed a low influence on economic success. (4) The design group member's opinion about the ISO Quality Management System was very positive and had the effect of improving motivation. The system and the result after acquisition was proven to be very positive in architectural design offices.

  • In recent years, the quality and safety requirements in the shipping industries have been more stringent than the previous requirements. It is essential to effective quality management system which can cope with a change in shipping business environment and improve shipping service performance to get competitiveness in the international shipping market. This study on the focus of the Korean shipping company which provides shipping transportation service examined following issues. First, how each of the key factors of ISO 9001 quality management affects service performance, internal customer satisfaction and customer orientation. Second, how the internal customer satisfaction affects service performance and customer orientation. Third, customer orientation affects service performance.
