  • This paper develops the core competencies of manufacturing workers, analyze the consciousness structure on the core competencies. As the analyzing method of consciousness structure, ISM(Interpretive Structural Modeling) and FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) are used to classify layers and determine the connection state. However, the element of each layer is frequently changed by data. This paper suggests the method with the point of view that the structure is determined basically and the connection state of the structure model is changeable depending on the method; first to determine structure model by ISM, second to determine connection by FSM. By using this method, the objective structure model, analyzing the consciousness on the core competencies of manufacturing workers, is suggested with specialist confirm.

  • A lot of difficulties exist in analyzing the structure of a system owing to the complex and organic relations in the systems we face in reality. Focuses have been put on the research of optimal solution in a defined structure, however, on the assumption that the structure of the system has been already defined. With the grasping of the structure as the most prior condition, ISM(Interpretive Structural Modeling) and FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) are suggested as solutions in this paper. ISM uses the systematic application of some elementary notions of graph theory and boolean algebra, FSM uses Fuzzy conception for representing relationship between elements. In FSM, the entries in the relation matrix are taken to value on the interval [0,1] by virtue of a fuzzy binary relation. Numeric examples are used as the actual application as follows.

  • In this project, all available databases of molecular and gas-dust clouds in the Galaxy were cross-identified by taking into account available properties, including position, angular dimensions, velocity, density, temperature and mass. An initial list of about 7000 entries was condensed into a cross-identified all-sky catalogue containing molecular and gas-dust clouds. Some relationships were studied between the main physical features of clouds. Finally, we prepared a complex observing program and address future work for filling in the gaps.

  • We present the results of an H I aperture synthesis mosaic of the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC), made by combining data from 1344 separate pointing centers using the Australia Telescope Compact' Array (ATCA) and the Parkes multibeam receiver. The resolution of the mosaiced images is 50" (<15 pc, using a distance to the LMC of 55kpc). This mosaic, with a spatial resolution .15 times higher than that which had been previously obtained, emphasises the turbulent and fractal structure of the ISM on the small scale, resulting from the dynamical feedback of the star formation processes with the ISM. We also have done a widefield panoramic survey of H$\alpha$ emission from the Magellanic Clouds with an imager mounted on the 16-inch telescope at Siding Spring Observatory. This survey produced H$\alpha$ images which are equal to the ATCA survey in area coverage and resolution. This survey allows us to produce a continuum-subtracted image of the entire LMC. In contrast with its appearance in the H$\alpha$ image, the LMC is remarkably symmetric in H I on the largest scales, with the bulk of the H I residing in a disk of diameter 8. $^{\circ}4$ (7.3 kpc) and a spiral structure is clearly seen. The structure of the neutral atomic ISM in the LMC is dominated by H I filaments combined with numerous shells and holes.

  • In this paper, microstrip antenna is designed for industrial-scientific-medical(ISM)band of S-Band. We proposed that radiation element of antenna, which is rectangle patch shape. The feeding structure used L-shaped structure. Center frequency and -l0dB bandwidth are investigated by change of length and width in patch plane. And maximum gain, front to back ratio and 3dB beam width is presented by simulation radiation pattern of antenna in frequency ISM Band. The center frequency is 2.45GHz, band width is $2.314{\sim}2.577GHz$ with 263MHz(11%). And the antenna maximum gain is 9.3dBi, 3dB beam width E-plane is $52.5^{\circ}$, H-plane is $64.7^{\circ}$.

  • PURPOSES : This study is to develop ISM for potential risk factor in School Zone. METHODS : Based on the literature review, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been used most widely. However, it is difficult to apply in practice because the AHP results have the characteristics of the independence between each element and the interlayer can not explain the interrelationship. The Network Analysis Process (ANP) is possible to analyze the relationship between the elements and the network through the feedback. But, the reliability of the analysis fall because of complicated pair of comparison, also it is difficult to solve the super matrix. In this study, the complicated relationship between each element is inquired through the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). RESULTS : The methodology of ISM is developed to remove the children's potential risk factors in school zone. CONCLUSIONS : It is possible to remove the children's potential risk factors from low level to high level step by step and improve safety. Through this, risk factors can be removed from the low-level, and upper-level will automatically improve.

  • This study conducted a basic study to develop ISM Code operation evaluation module, which is part of development of Safety Management System(ISM Code) Implementation supporting module. In particular, the significant of this study is that it established AHP operation evaluation analysis process, the design of questionnaire, and the hierarchical structure of operation evaluation model standard, focusing on the development of ISM Code operation evaluation module. Also, this study has its value in the point that it attempted to apply AHP scheme, which is part of the main decision-making in management science field, to develop operation evaluation module.

  • The major drawback of the classical microstrip patch antennas Is their narrow band characteristic from 1% to 5%. In this paper, to improve this drawback, we designed the antenna with stacked structure having one drive patch connected with feed line and four identical radiation patches. Resonance is achieved by adjust ing coupling area between one drive patch and four identical radiation patches and changing the size of drive patch or radial ion patches. Used substrate is FR4(${\epsilon}_r$=4.6 and t=1.6mm) and designed center frequency is 2.45GHz. The designed antenna has a wide bandwidth of 380Mhz form 2.333GHz to 2.713GHz(about 15.5%) including ISM band from 2.4GHz to 2.4835GHz.

  • In this paper, microstrip antenna to enhance the isolation between transmitting port and receiving port under the proximity objects is proposed, and applied to the Doppler radar sensor working at 5.8GHz ISM band which detects vital signals of a human body. Two 3dB quadrature hybrids are placed around radiation patch to form a balanced structure between transmitting port and receiving port, such that it consistently provides enhanced Tx/Rx isolation and excellent return loss over nearby objects. It is theoretically analyzed and simulated to verify the validity of the proposed application. The fabricated antenna that is 2mm away from the human body, has more than 16 dB return loss and at least 30dB isolation over ISM frequency band of 5.8GHz.
