This paper has been studied a rower amplifier for IMT-2000 handset. Circuit design is performed and optimized by using HP ADS RF software. Designed amplifier consist of 2 stage, has 25㏈ gain, over 27㏈m output power and about 40% power efficiency. Power amplifier operation frequency range is 1955${\pm}$70MHz. Mask layout of the designed Amplifier consisting of 4 mask. The measured results of these values are satisfying the specification of IMT-2000 handset.

IMT-2000 moving picture messaging service is a primary auxiliary connection service that allows a caller to leave a message when the caller can not complete the call. As the number of service subscriber for wireless communication is dramatically increased, various wireless services as well as simple connection service are requried IMT-2000 moving picture messaging service increases the call completion rate and makes it possible to provide various services.

The purpose of this study is to help understanding of fashion trend since 2000 years, to play a guideline's role in the development on fashion designs study. The methods of this study are the study of academic literatures as well as practical study through expert investigation and analysis of case studies about actual works. Fashion trends since 2000 years are summarized classic, sporty, elegance, ethnic, natural, romantic, vintage, futurism by expert investigation and analysis of case studies about actual works. Image of fashion trends are abstracted that Classic image is harmony, moderation, accuracy, completeness, neatness, manish from keep an archetype to eliminate additional things, Sporty image is daily, active, enjoyment by the pursuit of a movement and freedom, Elegance image is feminine, grace from the tender moderated and feminity, Ethnic image is folkway, handicraft, vernacular to keep national character, local folkways and traditional ways. Natural image is nature, peaceful, purity, pastoral to the exclusion of artificiality and revert to natural, Romantic image is sensibility, fantastic, ornament, splendid from facing ideal world getting out of the reality, Vintage image is cozy, old, disorder, faden, freedom by expressing the flow of time and the mature beauty, Futurism image is future, experimental, avant-garde, man-made from positive perspective on future.

기존의 JPEG은 낮은 bit-rate에서의 화질열화현상과 고압축에서의 블록화 영상 등의 단점에 의해 새로운 정지영상 압축 방법이 요구되었다. 이에 차세대 정지영상 표준으로 등장한 것이 JPEG2000이다. JPEG2000 표준은 DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform)과 EBCOT Entropy Encoding 기술을 기반으로 하고 있다. EBCOT(Embedded block coding with optimized truncation)은 JPEG2000 표준에서 실제 압축을 수행하는 가장 중요한 기술 중 하나이다. 하지만 EBCOT는 bit-level 처리를 하기 때문에 대부분의 연산 시간을 차지하고 있다. 이 때문에 EBCOT의 연산속도를 높이기 위한 연구가 많이 이뤄지고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 JPEG2000 표준의 특징을 이용하여 연산 구조를 개선시킨 Context 추출 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 고해상도 Multi-Component 정지영상의 압축을 위한 JPEF2000 Encoder Hardware에 적용될 것이다.

A parallel concatenated convolutional coding scheme consists of two constituent systematic convolutional encoders linked by an interleaver. The information bits at the input of the first encoder are scrambled by the interleaver before entering the second encoder.〔1〕-〔3〕Now many different interleavers are presented for Turbo code. The topic of this paper is to design of the interleaver which is for IS-2000 Turbo code.

본 논문에서는 PCS와 IMT-2000 이중대역용 삼각형 U-슬롯 패치 안테나를 연구하였다. 삼각형 U-슬롯 패치 안테나의 주파수 대역폭은 L-스트립 급전구조에 의해서 증가시킬 수 있었다. 제작된 단일소자의 주파수 대역폭 (VSWR$\leq$2)은 590 MHz(30.18%) 이다. PCS와 IMT-2000 주파수대역에서 VSWR 1.65 이하의 좋은 특성을 확인하였다. 따라서 L-스트립 급전구조의 광대역 특성을 실험적으로 확인하였다.

Most organizations adopt a process-based approach to manage their operations and now business process management(BPM) is a well-established concept. Because ISO 9001:2000 has been influenced by BPR and it also emphasizes process based, BPM can get together with ISO 9001:2000. Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information has taken ISO 9001:2000 certificate in November 11, 2003 and now implements quality management systems based on BPMS. We call it KQMS(KISTI Quality Management System). KQMS based on BPMS is a new example in field of ISO quality management and is expected to support process management well.

무선 이동 망에서는 멀티미디어 서비스의 QoS를 만족시키기 위해서는 사용자 위치관리와 핸드오프관리가 보다 효율적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해서는 IMT-2000 HLR과 PCS HLR의 차별성 및 지능 망 연계와 패킷 데이터 서비스 제공이 HLR에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 IMT-2000에서 서비스 제공에 대한 전반적인 개념인 VHE와 인터넷 접속을 위한 패킷 데이터서비스와 2세대 이동 망 기술을 기반으로 QoS의 만족을 위한 효율성에 관해서 연구하였다.

The International Chamber of Commerce introduced in September 1999 its new publication Incoterms 2000(ICC Publication No 560). The ICC was building on the past experiences in its revision works. I have discussed and commented constructively some main features and problems of the new set of terms. Incoterms 2000 takes into account, like already its predecessor did, the possibility that the parties may decide to communicate electronically and replace a paper transport document by an equivalent electronic data interchange message. This possibility will certainly be much more used under the present set of terms. Incoterms 2000 is well recognised by the international legal community, taking into account also the endorsements by UNCITRAL to its predecessor in the early 90's. Incoterms 2000 does not have major competitors remaining. However, the ICC still faces a battle to convince more traders to refer to its terms and to teach traders to understand and to apply them correctly. Incoterms 2000 is a tool for international trade created by a global business organisation. Its members decide every day if and to what extent they make use of this tool. The members of the ICC have participated actively in the drafting and commenting of Incoterms 2000 and thereby shown again a great deal of dynamism in creating rules for their own everyday use. Under these circumstances, "ship's rail approach" related to delivery point, risks and costs should be replaced by "on board approach" under FOB, CFR and CIF terms.

2000년대 초반에 서비스가 개시될 것으로 예상되는 IMT-2000 시스템은 전세계적으로 단일 표준을 결정하여 하나의 단말기로 세계적인 고품질 서비스를 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IMT-2000 시스템의 가입자 인증 프로토콜을 설계할 때 고려해야 할 보안 사항을 살펴보며 IMT-2000 시스템을 위한 보안 고려사항을 만족하는 효율적인 가입자 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 프로토콜은 가입자 인증, 가입자의 위치정보 보호와 안전한 통신을 제공하며 IMT-2000 시스템의 서비스 목표인 글로벌 로밍을 제공한다.
