본 논문에서는 CDMA2000 1x 단말기 신호의 품질 측정을 위한 알고리즘을 제안하고 구현하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 PC 기반 플랫폼에서 소프트웨어로 구현이 가능하도록 하였으며, 4배 오버샘플링된 입력 신호에 대하여 등화, PN 부호 동기 및 추적, 주파수 및 위상 오프셋 보상을 수행하여 수신 신호가 추출되고, 추출된 신호로부터 역확산, 복조를 통해 측정에 사용될 기준 신호를 재생성한다. 이 재생성된 신호와 추출된 신호를 이용하여 단말기의 신호 품질을 측정한다.

As more and more companies pursue ISO 9000 certification, the adaptation of ISO 9000 has brought about some significant positive effects to domestic quality systems However, somenegative results occurred in domestic industries rushing to fulfill the requirements of these new quality systems. The primary objective of this research is to provide the efficient implemen tation process of ISO 9000 certification on the basis of total quality management concerning with ISO/ DIS 9000:2000, ISO/ DIS 9001:2000, ISO/DIS 9004:2000. this study has been conducted using the data collected from 325 Korean small and medium manufacturing companies which registered ISO 9000 certification in March 2000. The first, the adoption of a quality manage ment system needs to be a strategic decision of the organization. The design period of the adoption of a quality management system is influenced by the size of the organization, the products process, KS certification, the rate of management.

With the increasing use of multimedia technologies, image compression requires higher performance as well as new features such as embedded Tossy to lossless coding, various progressive order, error resilience and region-of-interest coding. In the specific area of still image encoding, a new standard, the JPEG2000, has been currently developed. This paper presents a new compression scheme based on JPEG2000. In the proposed scheme, gray coding is applied to the wavelet coefficient. Since gray coding produces an image whose bit plane is will clustered. The proposed method improves compression efficiency of the JPEG2000.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the thermal environment of present state and energy consumption and to verify the improvement of energy performance applying free cooling in 5ESS-2000 telecommunication equipment room. Analysis program is used the DOE-2.1E and commercial CFD code, Star-CD. The results of the simulation show that free cooling could reduce 42.1% of cooling energy, increase 48.5% of heating energy because introduced outdoor air must heating and humidification. Therefore free cooling could reduce yearly 34,609.9 kWh of heating and cooling energy and this is reaching to 21.6% of total energy.

Objective : This study is perfomed to evaluate the effect of Archery therapy by means of data measured from ABR-2000 Method : Among the outpatients who visited Wolgot oriental medicine clinic from 1, June 2003 to 28, June 2003, I selected 30 persons. they were divieded into two groups. One group was patients pretreated with Archery therapy and the other was patients after treated Archery therapy. Before and after Archery therapy, I measured the outcome from ABR-2000. Consideration : I studied Archery therapy a point of oriental medicine. And also I studied between modern times and archery. Results : Patients before and after Archery therapy, there were significant differences. Conclusion : This result indicated that the Archery therapy was effective and so the more study is needed continuously.

Objective : This study is performed to evaluate the clinical effect of Gigong therapy by measuring ABR-2000 on neck stiffness patients. Methods : Among the outpatients with neck stiffness who visited to Wolgot Oriental Medical Clinic from 16 to 26, June 2003, we selected 22 persons. They were divided into two groups. One group was treated with acupuncture, cupping therapy added to Gigong therapy and the other was treated with the two formers. Before and after therapy, we measured ABR-2000 from the head, two hands and two feet. We selected 11 persons without specific conditions as a control group. Results : Between the control and the Gigong therapy, there were significant difference of differences. Gigong therapy plays role in relaxing inner and outer of the body. Conclusion : This result indicated that Gigong therapy is to regulate autonomic nerve and to relax the inner and outer of the body.

In this paper, we investigate the system performance when the voice traffic is constructed as the ATM Adaptation Layer type 2(AAL-2) and then it is transmitted to the Base Station Controller(BSC) from the Base Station Transceiver Subsystem(BTS) through El link in International Mobile Telecommunication-2000 (IMT-2000) network. For this purpose, we first briefly describe the architecture of the BTS and the BSC, and then model it as a queueing network. By simulation study, we present the required processing time at traffic control blocks and the timeout time which should be set for multiplexing the user packets in the LIU(Line Interface Unit). Further, we evaluate the performance of physical links and the timeout probability that user packets can not be multiplexed within the established timeout time, and the multiplexing gain. Finally, we present the number of voice users who can be simultaneously admitted on one El link and 99.9% value of the transmission delay from the Radio Channel Element(RCE) to the Selector & Transcoder Subsystem(STS).

The organizations registered ISO 9000:1994 have upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 family through transition period by December, 2003. Some features of ISO 9001:2000 family are that it merged three ISO 9000 series, reduced 20 requirements to five major clauses, and focused on Plan-Do-Check-Act improvement cycle. We interviewed quality managers and staffs of 37 companies certified ISO 9001:2000 in Busan and Kyungnam provinces where most machine, metalwork, and manufacturing companies in South Korea are located. Using statistical analysis, we find out which status of firms are related with the requirements of five clauses. We also discover if there is any difference in performing the requirements depending on top managership, reasons for seeking ISO 9001:2000 certification, and ISO 9001:2000 operating period.

IMT-2000이동시스템에서는 빠른 전송속도의 지원으로 무선인터넷, 전자상거래 등 많은 응용서비스의 제공이 예상된다. 이들 서비스는 인증, 데이터 무결성, 데이터 암호화 등 높은 수준의 보안기능을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 IMT-2000에서 암호화, 인증 등 망접속 보안 기능 제공에 따른 무선링크의 성능 분석을 수행하였다. 보안 기능의 추가에 따라 모든 구성 시스템간의 링크에서 관련 메시지 전송에 따른 부하가 증가하나 추가되는 용량의 처리가 쉽게 해결 가능한 유선구간에서의 성능분석은 제시하고 메시지 증가에 가장 민감한 구간인 무선링크에 대만 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

This experiment study was carried out to prove the efficacy of Cheongpajeon(CPJ) extract in ovariectomized rats. 40 rats were divided into 4 groups, administrated saline after sham operation group(sham-op), administered saline after ovariectomy group(control), administered CPJ 1g/kg after ovariectomy group and administered Livial 0.042mg/kg after ovariectomy group(positive control). We examined the water extract of CPJ that is capable of affecting osteoblast proliferation using MG-63 and HOS-TE85. (omitted)
