현재 cdma2000 In 및 1xEV-DO 이동통신망을 통해 패킷 데이터 서비스가 제공되고 있으며, 보다 높은 대역폭의 서비스에 대한 사용자 욕구를 만족시키기 위해 휴대 인터넷 서비스에 대한 표준화가 추진되고 있다. 그런데, 휴대 인터넷은 고속의 데이터 서비스는 가능하나, 서비스 커버리지가 상대적으로 작다. 따라서, cdma2000 이동통신망과 효율적으로 연동하여 서비스를 제공한다면, 사용자는 서비스 지역에 따라 최적의 서비스를 받을 수 있음은 물론, 이동시 연속적이고 끊김 없는 데이터 서비스를 이용할 수 있고, 사업자는 망 구축비용 및 운용비용 절감을 얻을 수 있다. 이를 위해, 본 논문에서는 기존의 cdma2000 이동통신망과 휴대 인터넷의 효율적인 연동망 구조, 각 노드의 동작, 노드간 프로토콜 구조 및 인터페이스 등 세부적인 연동 방안을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 연동 방안은 밀결합 연동 구조로 인해 통합된 사용자 인증 및 과금을 수행하기 용이하며, 끊김없는 연속적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 기존 cdma2000 이동통신망의 수정 또는 추가 구현 없이 개발 가능하며, cdma2000 및 휴대 인터넷 서비스를 동시에 제공하는 이중 모드 단말의 구현시에도 복잡도가 최소화된다. cdma2000 이동통신망과 휴대 인터넷간의 핸드오프 성능 모델에 기반한 실험을 수행한 결과 본 논문에서 제안한 방안은 패킷 손실 측면에서 매우 우수함이 검증된다.

The ISO 9000 family of international quality management standards were revised on 15 December 2000. The ISO 9001:2000 standard is used for certification/registration and contractual purposes by organizations seeking recognition of their quality management system(QMS). We summarize key contents changed in ISO 9000:2000 family standards. To comply with ISO 9001:2000, we analyze the current QMS for steel outfit industry, using audit results from ISO 9001:1994 for seven steel outfit firms during last three years. We investigate statistical relationships between ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9001:1994 requirements from a three dimensional contingency table with audit results. We observe that the importance of requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 sections makes a difference between companies.

Beginning from July. 2000, the product liability of Korea is designed for reduction of customer loss by defective products. Therefore, most of company are supposed to be ready for taking care of safety and quality of products. ISO9001：2000 quality management system reform to emphasize continual improvement of the process with customer satisfaction. First of all, this paper start with introduction motive of the product liability and examine distinctive mark of the ISO9001：2000 quality management system. We consider the correlation between ISO9001：2000 quality management system and product liability and would like to propose product liability prevention by ISO9001：2000 quality management system with classification a defect style of product, the management guide and the law case.

본 논문에서는 차세대 멀티미디어 통신인 IMT-2000 시스템의 엑세스 방식으로 제안되고 있는 cdma2000 규격을 채용한 동기식 CDMA 시스템을 시뮬레이션하여 최적의 역방향 채널 전력비와 채널 추정 길이를 구하였다. 제안된 시스템은 기존의 IS-95와는 달리 Pilot 채널을 이용하여 페이딩 채널을 추정하며, 이에 따라 최적의 추정 길이(Estimation Lengths)가 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Pilot Channel과 Fundamental Channel의 전력비에 따라 요구되는 최적의 추정 길이를 구하였고, 또한 고정된 추정 길이에서 전력비의 변화에 따른 FER을 구하였다.

통신 서비스 시장의 패러다임이 유선 음성통신에서 무선의 데이터 통신으로 급속히 확산되고 있다. 이러한 통신시장의 변화를 수용하기 위해서는 고속의 전송속도에 근거한 다양한 서비스 제공과 아울러 인터넷 응용에 기반한 다양한 서비스들이 제공되어 기존의 이동통신망의 제한성을 탈피한 고품질의 이동통신망들의 구성이 요구된다. 이러한 고속통신을 수용하기 위해서는 무선 신호처리 기술, 광대역 전송기술, 첨단 이동통신망 구축 기술이 필수적이며, 효율적인 운용 기술에 의한 가입자 서비스의 수용 또한 요구되어 진다. 디지털 이동통신 시스템의 기반 기술로 활용되어 온 CDMA 다중접속 방식은 음성, SMS, 회선 데이터 서비스를 제공하기 위한 IS-95A/B 시스템 과 3세대 이동통신 시스템의 규격으로 평가받고 있는 동기방식 CDMA2000, 비동기방식 WCDMA 기술 등이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CDMA2000-1X 이동통신 시스템의 망 구조 및 특징을 분석하고, 각 서비스 제공 방안 분석을 통하여 차세대 이동통신망에서의 효율적인 망 구성방안의 기초자료로 도출하며, 3세대 이동통신망의 차세대 이동통신망으로의 진화 전략과 아울러 망 진화를 위하여 요구되는 핵심기술 등을 분석하였다.

This study aims to define the concept of the futuristic image in fashion since 2000. In this study, earlier studies of the futuristic images in the fashion are analyzed and it is discovered that the most important characteristics of the futuristic images are the cosmic space and virtual reality. An analysis of actual data of the futuristic images of the fashion since 2000 produces the following conclusions. First, since 2000 the futuristic fashion to convey the image of space tends to be minimalist, taking H or A silhouette and using white, silver, or other vivid colors. Second, since 2000 the image of virtual reality is often expressed in the fashion of futuristic image as female fighters or vampires of the future who mostly wear pants suit or skirts that expose the body line. Materials of advanced technology or shiny leather are often used and dark colors including black are dominant in these images. Third, when the space image is expressed, the androgynous youth is emphasized. However when female fighters or vampires of the future are shown, sexual image of gloomy atmosphere is often stressed. Fourth, the fashion of futuristic image since 2000 takes up the space age look of the 1960s and the techno-cyber look of the 1980s and the 1990s. However their internal meanings are lost and only external forms are repeated. In sum, the current fashion of futuristic image emulates the past look of the fashion which was circulated as futuristic images and may be considered as a result of combination of futuristic image and retrospective image.

오늘날 대부분의 조직들은 프로세스 중심의 업무 관리를 위해 노력하고 있고, 이를 위한 Business Process Management(BPM)의 개념은 점차 확산되어 가고 있는 추세이다. ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템이 Business Process Re-engineering(BPR)의 영향을 받았고, 프로세스 중심적인 경영시스템이기 때문에, BPM은 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템과 다르지 않다고 본다. 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 2003년 11월 11일에 ISO 9001:2000 인증은 받았고, BPM 기반의 품질정보시스템을 구축하였다. KISTI의 품질정보시스템은 BPM을 기반으로 하여 프로세스 경영을 잘 지원할 것이며, BPM과 품질경영을 접목한 새로운 사례가 될 것이다.

본 논문에서는 IMT-2000 시스템에 응용될 수 있는 새로운 구조의 광대역 단일 패치 안테나를 제안하였다. 이 안테나는 사각형 금속 패치의 두 방사 모서리에 역시 사각형의 스티브가 각각 연결되어 있는 작고 간결한 구조이면서도 IMT-2000에 할당된 주파수 대역을 포함하는 광대역 특성을 나타내었다. 세그멘테이션 방법과 공동 모델을 함께 사용하여 안테나의 특성을 이론적으로 해석하였고, 실험 결과를 통해 비교.분석하였다. 제안된 구조로 제작된 안테나의 대역폭은 정재파비(VSWR) 2.0 이하를 기준으로 할 때, 230 MHz(11.9%)로 측정되었으며, 스티브가 달려 있지 않은 사각형 패치 안테나(4.5%)에 비해 대역폭이 2.65배만큼 넓어졌음을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze expressional traits and meanings of hommage expressed in the 2000s' fashion, based on studies of film, art, and design areas. For achieving the purpose, this research surveys related research works and performs a demonstrative analysis of fashion collection photographs. The scope of this study is from 2000 to 2011. The results are as follows: First, the term of hommage is generally used to mean any show of respect publicly to someone or something one feels indebted. Second, artists and fashion designers pay hommage to various objects to show respect and love, and they also empathize with them. Hommage works are recreated ones, not just simply copied or repeated ones. They are new but familiar. Third, expressional traits of hommage in the fashion of 2000s are categorized into reinterpretation, insertion, inclusiveness, and symbolization. The internal meanings are respect and love, communication and empathizing, interaction with art, and recreation. In conclusion, by using hommage technique, fashion designers in the 2000s create something new with their own experiences and creativities while pursuing the timeless values.

JPEG 2000 알고리즘은 기존의 정지영상 압축 PEG 알고리즘에서 발생하는 블록화 현상의 문제점을 해결하였지만, 압축 율과 이미지 복원율을 높이기 위한 과정이 복잡해 졌고 부동소수점의 연산 시간이 많이 걸리는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이 단점을 보완하기 위하여 본 논문은 JPEG 2000 알고리즘의 부동소수점 연산이 많은 필터 부분을 하드웨어로 구현하였다. 이 DWT Filter[1] 칩은 Daubechies 9/7 filter[6]을 기반으로 설계되었고 성능과 크기(반도체 숫자)를 최적화하기 위해서 3 단계 파이프라인 시스템으로 구성되었다. 본 논문에서 설계한 Filter는 소프트웨어로 구현된 것보다 부동 소수점의 연산에서 7배 정도 성능이 향상되었다.
